Is anyone currently ttc and due to test the week of/up to 12thfeb according to ovia:) would love to have friends going through the same as me roll on DC2 #baby2020 fingers crossed xx

@Bananaloaf88 it's such an emotional time recovering from an ectopic and then getting back to ttc. But hopefully better luck this time. Have you been tracking your ovulation? I've found everything changes post ectopic. My body was like clockwork before and now I'm forever guessing. Been tracking ovulation and had three days of flashing smilies so I guess must think of the positives

Hey everyone, I'm due on Sat 8 Feb (ish, irregular periods)

TTC dc2, dd is nearly 3. This will be 6th cycle since had the implant out. Took 7 months to conceive last time so I'm really hoping it will be soon!

I hate the waiting, it's so frustrating!!!

@brownbear18 I promised myself my first cycle of TTC I would avoid tracking I don't want to end up obsessed too quickly ( I know I will be by cycle 2 ) but I have noticed since my ectopic the 2 cycles I have had ( not including this one ) have been shorter and i'm positive i'm ovulating on CD9/10 where as before I was often CD 17 before ovulation!

I have to track everything as I’m on meds from the day of ovulation for 10 days, which is why I have to do a test at 10dpo even though super early! This is only cycle 2 trying for DC2, but already fed up of it all. Had a mmc (unplanned pregnancy so wasn’t on the meds) in September and just want to be pregnant again now.

I've just discovered that sperm friendly lube comes with an applicator... I have to say that threw me a bit Kills the mood a bit, no? Methinks we will just use it the normal way.

@mc3209 I googled preseed yesterday and was put off for the exact same reason ! 😂

@Mc3209 yes this is THE worst mood killer 😂 I’ve been using the applicator Stealthily before surprising my husband so he is none the wiser...

Lol we used preseed this time for our last session of fw. The instructions say it can be applied 15 mins in advance so as not to kill the mood! I “applied” it in the loo beforehand and my husband actually had no idea.

Hey sorry to jump in! But I'm also due on the 10th February and 2ww just started for me! Think I ovulated Sunday, this will be cycle number 6! Lucky number 6! (it better be)

I’m due on 8-10th Feb (I’m a little irregular) so will be testing from the 8th. It’s my first month TTC and would be my first baby.

I’m hoping since I’ve never been on any contraceptives and always just used condoms, that it will be quicker!

So I am at day four of flashing smiling face. I have been testing first thing after waking up. I decided to try randomly to see if i get a static smiling face but to my surprise it was a negative (?!) I think I'm being too optimistic for this cycle. Really disappointed to be fair

@brownbear18 try testing in the evening too. Over the past few months I’ve been getting my peak in the evenings and then -ve with FMU. Personally I prefer the basic pink LH tests that are either a yes or no, takes out the confusion of the constant flashing smily face

I just ordered a box of LH cheapies and going to stick with them. The smiley flashing/non flashing test is a little too convoluted for my simple mind. Apparently the normal LG yes/no tests work best when done serially at the same time of the day with roughly the same concentration of urine. That's the theory anyway..

5dpo here and had a bit of cramping this morning. Anyone else at a similar stage? This wait is really dragging and it’s realistically too early to even symptom spot!

I'm on cycle 2, just finished AF so I'd be next due on on the 20th February. Hoping for a BFP this month but it is early days.

This will be baby #5, and baby #1 since partners Vasectomy Reversal.

@Littlemadd, we will be testing on the same day I am determined to hold off until AF due.
Previously had contraception mishap and I remember the pain waiting for the right time to test, time seems to stop in 2ww.

@HarrietM87 same, I'm 4dpo and cramping with one sore nipple lol. Way too early to Symptom spot and I'm already done with this 😂 I cramp every cycle from 4dpo 🤷‍♀️
Is it normal for you?

@Ellsbells112 I’ve only ever had it when I’ve been pregnant (5 times, 4mcs) until last cycle, when I didn’t conceive but also had it. Kind of wonder whether the egg tried and failed to implant then. Will have to wait and see.

Oh wow! This is great :)
I have be off the pill since last august, but we just had the 'if it happens it happens' mindset but now we are really trying more so this is the first cycle we have been following. If that makes sense? What about your self? Xxx
