I’m starting a new thread as got ignored on the one I joined! Anyone else feeling pregnant but bfn 14dpo? AF due tomorrow. Have had faint lines and I mean faint!!! But only after the given time but that is how my other pregnancy started. I hate the not knowing

Ahhh I got a BFP! Absolutely stunned! I had a feeling as I took my temp this morning and it’s the highest it’s ever been.

I can’t believe I lasted until 20 dpo to test!

This was our first month using clear blue opks and pre-seed so would deffo recommend.

Omg what am I meant to do now? I can’t tell my partner until we are both home from work so got to hold this in all day!

So organised to have so many tests @Blondeandbroody ! I’m glad I’m not the only one with spotting, I was worried it meant AF was on the way.

I’m going to hold off testing til at least tomorrow, and enjoy a glass of wine tonight. Am now 4 days late!

It’s so inconvenient to try and test and use FMU on a weekday and then have to go to work.

So glad I found you ladies - prepare for my rambling emotional outburs!! I'm 17 dpo, and started spotting/light bleeding at 11 dpo - AF not due until 4 days later. Spotting lasted 4 days (and it was deffo just spotting though it was quite red in colour) with the faintest cramps for an hour or so to start with. Definitely wasn't AF, which is usually bang on time and pretty heavy (I use a cup so always see that there's a fair bit in there!) So I think I'm technically 2 days late for AF, did a cheapie test yesterday and was sure I could see the faintest something, but then did a Clear Blue one this morning and was a bfn. Is there still hope for me?? My boobs are so tingly and I thought I was going to throw up all day yesterday!!!!! I have one gorgeous DD and had a miscarriage earlier this year so really anything could happen.... So heartbroken and confused, cried all the way in to work this morning. Every hour I change my mind about what's going on and it's torture!! xxx

I think we all need to ban the Clear Blues and invest in some FRERs... none of us have had any luck with the Clear Blues at all!

You’re not out til AF comes so 🤞will you get another test and test again, do you think?

Thank you @Wise0wl!! So glad you all think Clear Blue are no good - I was so cross with that stick this morning! Lol. I have another cheapie one I will try again with tomorrow, and see what it's looking like. I just have no other explanation for what's gone on with me the last few days.

@EmmaMCS I'm right there with you with my head all over the place. Makes it really hard to enjoy time with my son because half of my head is always elsewhere.

Thank you @Wise0wl we started investigations last month due to the number of mcs - I've had five since January. Our appointment is on Thursday to find out our first lot of results. I'm cacking myself not going to lie.

Well AF is now officially 9 days late at 18dpo. I always have a really short luteal phase at max 10 days and my cycle is never more than 30 days at max atm I'm on 36 days. I've been feeling lightheaded and nauseas after food but that's not unusual I get that when AF is due too. I've got some FRERs coming this afternoon. I'm at work at 7am tomorrow and won't have chance to do one in the morning so tempted to do one tonight but I know when it's negative I'll just make excuses.

Ahh @WatchOutLurkerAbout 🤞🤞🤞 for Thursday for you, I hope it gives you some reassurance and information. Could you take a FRER on Thursday morn? That way you’d know before your appointment too...

Waiting is hard though.

I’m on CD32 (had regular 28 day cycles) and no AF, still a bit of brown spotting and feeling very nauseous like yesterday.

Thanks @Wise0wl tbh I'm not holding out hope of any good news. Don't know why I'm just convinced it's going to be a really bad verdict. I won't have time to do any tests in the morning as I'm on my own with my two year old and two dogs and got to get out of the house lol. Tbh though if I'm not getting a positive at 9 days late then it's not good fmu wouldn't make that much difference this late.

Have you used a frer @Wise0wl? Do you temp or anything?

I haven’t used a FRER yet, am going to get one later this week but feel weirdly nervous and keep waiting for AF in the meantime. I don’t temp because I can get quite obsessive about things and so trying to keep it chilled to save my mental health! I refused to test until AF was late for the same reason (but obvs it’s all I can think about!)

@Wise0wl totally get that, im the opposite lol the more I know the calmer I am! Not knowing drives me round the bend!

I've no idea how many dpo I am, or if I'm even ovulating at all as I'm still bf-ing 17month old DD.
But, I'm 14dppo(possible ovulation) as I noticed ewcm then so we DTD several times in hope more than anything.

I'd kind of forgotten about it but felt nauseous in the car yday, and the smell of a damp towel my DH left in his gym bag made me gag, then I went to get my nails done and the smell of the polish was different and overwhelming but the beautician says it's the same as always, not a new brand.

This would be my only symptom though. No periods to wait for, always tired with DD anyway so can't tell any different. Feel like it's very unlikely I'm even ovulating so don't want to get my hopes up. Maybe test on the weekend.

So I’m back home and I can’t believe I haven’t been for a wee since 6.30am this morning!!!! I’m not even that desperate now 😮 anyway I think after my failed test this morning I’m going to do another test now, think wee should be pretty concentrated! So here goes, I don’t even mind if I’m not as not actually trying I just want to know. I’m now one day late and feeling s#*t!!

Well no positive line on that one but that’s ok means I can enjoy a large drink this evening 👍🏻

I'm really sorry @gg321 but I gotta say a massive WOW to that bladder control! I only manage that on days where i don't have time to drink so a trip to the loo is never going to happen. I'm feeling quite antsy after waiting four hours atm

@gg321 your bladder control is IMMENSE. I am weeing every hour at least to see if AF had come or if my spotting has gone (no change!) cheers 🥂 and enjoy your drink!

Yep about an hour ago. Absolutely resounding negative. I spoke with the fertility clinic were under - have our first consultation after our first round of tests on Thursday. They said that they'll do a test when we go in. If negative then they'll give me meds to induce my period. But I'm pretty sure that it's not good news anyway

Sorry to hear that @gg321! But that is amazing control... I was bursting on my drive home and I'd only last been at 3pm!

I'm the same as you @WatchOutLurkerAbout - I need info! Been googling so much in the hope of finding answers!! I might to the gp at the end of the week for a blood test if I don't get any change....

If what I had last Weds was just a really light bleed/ spotting then I'm on cycle day 39 (usually 36 days) with still no sign of a full blown AF. I did a FRER this evening when I got home but got a bfn!!! I know they're supposed to be mega sensitive but is it still possible I just don't have enough hCG yet?? I would literally eat my hat if AF was 4 days early and that light........

I might do one more test on Thurs morning - anyone else going to try then?? Let us know what you decide @Indigo89?

@EmmaMCS I might test Thursday but probs not til the afternoon - I have such a busy week at work and I know if I test before I won’t get anything done whether it’s a BFN or BFP. Like you, surely if AF hasn’t come by then and I’m 6 days late I must have enough hcg to show by then?!

@EmmaMCS I hope your GP is helpful! Mines absolutely awful refuses to take notice at all. I only got referred because I was seeing a women's health nurse due to abnormal smear results. The nurse referred me. I ended up buying an Ava because more information to pour over helps me keep calm! If one more person says "we know too much it only makes things worse" I might scream.

Sadly @EmmaMCS and @Wise0wl Ive been thinking thinking the same thing. Surely this late if there was a viable pregnancy doesn't matter what time of day a test would be positive? How late will you two be by Thursday?

@WatchOutLurkerAbout I was also thinking about Ava - even though I don’t do OPKs because I think I’d go mad scrutinising them and get a bit obsessed, Ava could work really well...

On Thurs I will be 6 days late. Like you, I think if nothing shows by then it can’t be viable? I was so sure a couple of days ago that I was definitely pregnant, now I’ve had two exhausting days at work I think it’s just work related exhaustion. But where is AF?!

Woke up this morning to brown cm when i wipe so think im out now not meant to be due AF until tomo but must be to late for implantation :(
