Hey, currently around 8/9dpo. I had a static smiley on clear blue ovulation test Sunday 24th so assuming I ovulated the next day? No idea to be honest, it's my first month trying them. Af due on friday (6th), I am dying to test but going to hold out until friday (well try to anyway!). Been getting some cramping this morning (I get this a few days before af due though so I'm guessing I'm out this month, but trying to stay positive). Anyone else testing this week?

Another Bfn for me but my temp has also dropped a lot so think I'm out 😩

wannabebump · 04/12/2019 07:39

@claireb707 sorry 😢 but not out til AF appears.x

Dollywilde · 04/12/2019 08:16

I’ve turned into a symptom spotting freak...

Bad news: pretty dry on the CM front Sad
Weird news: boobs are usually killing me at 4 days before AF due whereas they’re more just a dull ache? Can’t work out if this is good or bad...

Also my most ridiculous symptom spot yet - I have terrible keratosis pilaris spots on the back of my arms but in the last day or so it’s cleared up loads... have managed to find one single person on a reddit thread from a year ago who said hers cleared up before her BFP. So obviously, I’m clinging to that Grin

The TWW is driving me mad...

charlie0692 · 04/12/2019 09:30

Hey everyone, I give in and took the frer test this morning - bfn not surprised. I'm holding onto the fact that I'm around 9dpo so may be too early but deep down I know it's not my month, got the usual cramps before af arrives 😔 xx

@charlie0692 I'm sorry about your BFN. I was reading an article this lunchtime that said that you should basically discount all symptoms pre AF turning up, as progesterone is responsible for all of them whether it's pre-AF or early PG.... I'm trying to remind myself of it as I sneakily feel my boobs at my desk for the 100th time today! As they say it's not over 'til it's over - will have my fingers crossed for you. 9dpo is usually implantation day anyway so a negative at this stage wouldn't be unusual.

I have a little bit of CM this afternoon! Woooh! Haha, not really celebrating - it's all kind of bullshit anyway like I said above. But still.

Today's 'WTF' came courtesy of the nurse who gave me my flu jab, who (when I told her I was TTC in answer to the 'could you be pregnant' question) told me that the secret was to pray for it Confused I do actually go to church irregularly but if it's in God's will he's taking an effing long time about it!

I think I might be out 😢 I've been feeling really crampy and moody today also had quite a bit of pink spotting this morning which is what happens usually for me before af.

wannabebump · 04/12/2019 17:29

Sorry @HE88 xx

Jurassiclover · 04/12/2019 17:44

I also think I'm out, started getting cramp now :(

wannabebump · 04/12/2019 18:09

AF got me.
Just been to the toilet & it's fresh pink when I've wiped. Now really worried about a short LP because my positive OPK was CD20 & this is CD29 😭

claireb707 · 04/12/2019 21:17

Still no sign of my period, not had my normal cramping or spotting yet either. Go on holiday in 19 days so need to know ASAP as if I am pregnant I need to cancel holiday

HE88 · 04/12/2019 22:26

The whole tww really sucks. I feel like I should just do a test to put me out my misery.

Jurassiclover · 05/12/2019 06:55

1 day late for AF, tested with FMU today and got a glaring BFN :(

Anyone testing this week??
charlie0692 · 05/12/2019 08:14

Hey girls, looks like we're all in the same position unfortunately 😔 af due tomorrow, I normally get spotting the 2 days before, not had any yesterday but will probably get it today. Had cramping now for the past 2 days. Like an achy cramp 😔 af defo on her way xx

I've got a very very faint positive on a FRER ... i'm only 7 days late lol. Going to take another test either tomorrow or saturday to double check though!

charlie0692 · 05/12/2019 09:59

Ahhhh @mummashu congratulations 😊 our first bfp on this feed. Heres to 9 months of a happy healthy pregnancy!! Xx

Congratulations @MummaShu lovely news Grin

MrsHufflepuf · 05/12/2019 11:12

Cycle 7
Not 100% on DPO I know when the ovulation hormone was around but missed when the line was darkest. Based on app I'm 12DPO.
I had a tiny bleed, 9DPO at night.
I've been tested every day since.. all BFN.
I'm waiting till 14DPO to do a FIrst Response. But been using the cheapest.
Today I'm seeing things, like I actually think I'm looking it.
I did two tests, one nothing and the other one... I feel like I'm seeing the faintest on faintest faintest something. Wishing so hard...

Anyone testing this week??

So last night I fell asleep at 7pm and woke up this morning thinking right I’ll test! My boobs stopped hurting so wasn’t holding out too much hope, I kept hold of my FMU and just got this 😱 I’m not due AF until Saturday

Anyone testing this week??
MrsHufflepuf · 05/12/2019 13:02

Congratulations @Lilly950 !!

Dollywilde · 05/12/2019 13:10

They're coming thick and fast!! Congratulations @Lilly950 and @MummaShu!! I think I can see a whisper of something too @mrshupplepuff, I'm 11dpo today and trying to hold out but your test makes me want to go POAS right now Grin everything crossed for you.

I can't make up my mind with me. Boobs haven't hurt anywhere near as much as they usually do pre-AF - usually at 3 days to go they're killing me, today they just feel fuller with a dull ache. Can't work out if that's a good sign. Definitely 'damper' than usual though and had some cramps yesterday which is very unusual for me - usually I don't have any pain until the day AF arrives. Either this is suspicious stuff or I'm just having the most un-like me lead up to AF I've had since we started trying.

Trying to decide whether to test:

  • tomorrow - 12dpo and 2 days before AF
  • Saturday - 13dpo, one day before AF
  • Sunday - 14dpo, AF due day
  • Monday - 15dpo, one day late

Obviously Monday is the sensible answer but I'm not sure if I can hold out... at the same time I've seen the distress chemicals can bring and really want to not risk if I'm just going to get myself upset. Hmmmm.

claireb707 · 05/12/2019 13:17

Another Bfn for me this morning and now period has made an appearance so I'm out, and for 3 months now 😩 Bloody zika

MrsHufflepuf · 05/12/2019 13:18

Hi @Dollywilde I've had cramps now the last 3 or 4 months, so I'm starting to ignore that symptom. The bleeding I had a few days ago is definitely new. As some who pretty much tests for 7 days straight, I would say wait. Cos seein that negative every time kills you a little. But I seem to be all about the punishment lol.
One month AF was early and at least I had less stress that month lol it was disappointing but at least I could just look to the next month.
I seriously can't practice what I preach though 😅

Dollywilde · 05/12/2019 13:23

@mrshufflepuff tell me about it! First 4 cycles I was obsessively testing but the last three I've managed not to and AF has turned up exactly as expected. I have an FRER in the cupboard that I've made myself promise not to use until I'm late, it just hasn't happened yet... honestly I want the excuse to PO that overpriced S so much!
