@AliSxo Thank you, managed to resist since I woke up an hour early and me and OH have agreed to test together. How are you feeling today? Are you testing again?

Glad you didn't test, the longer you can hold off the better but I know it's hard xxx not tested today, I'm away with work so don't want to upset myself if it's a fainter line again, I do feel queasy today just mildly so maybe my hcg is rising xx fingers crossed xx

You're absolutely right of course! I will probably cave tomorrow, maybe wait till Saturday if I can. Not sure why it's so hard to wait considering I'm expecting it to be negative! Fingers crossed for you, nausea should be a good sign this late in the cycle! Try to keep distracted if you can!

How many DPO will you be tomorrow? @Raizelrea I know it's been a good distraction going away with work but I'm so glad to be on my way home now xxx

Just 12! One thing that I do find quite positive is that normally I'd already be spotting at this point of the cycle so that could be a good thing - or I'll just be very late!

Yes I can imagine it's been draining for you! Did you say you have a day off tomorrow? Hopefully you'll get some rest - and reassurance 🤞

I wonder how exactly the HCG doubling works, if it's gradual over time or just big jumps after the 2 days... because you always seem to get your increase in the evening. Maybe it just tends to increase for you at that point? Either way it's definitely rising which is the important thing 🤗

Thanks, I know, my evening lines are ALWAYS stronger it's bizarre!! I've had a real loss of appetite, diarrhoea (tmi sorry), headaches, been quite tearful so I think my hcg has really spiked the last 48 hours, just praying it's stuck!! Let me know how you get on when you test xxxx

That's a BFN for me unfortunately. I tested with OH for the first time which was nice though.

I ordered a proper BBT thermometer yesterday and it arrived today. The thermometer I was using was digital one but only to .0 of a decimal not .00.

CD7 for me today. I only have 3 days of AF each nonth.

Today was my first morning of using the thermometer, I kinda like it. It's reading less than an 'in ear' themometer but that's normal apparently. Intriguing to see if I'll notice anything new this month!

Today is also the first day of this cycle on the CB digital OPK'S. Got the standard O today. Hoping I ovulate a bit earlier this month, CD 16 I got my peak last month.

We're going to a day of local TED talks today which I'm excited about. Didn't test this morning as I can't imagine the result would be different. Will probably test again tomorrow or possibly Monday if there's no AF by then.

Yes looking forward to this cycle. I am on annual leave for the next two weeks so no excuse not to DTD lots! Feeling much more chilled about the whole process too, almost 'meh, it'll happen when it happens' which i think is good as stress helps no one!

It's an oral thermometer. The vaginal ones seem so much more of a 'faf' per say. Ill see how it goes.

I'm 13 DPO today and started spotting so I'm guessing AF will be here tomorrow or Monday. I had a nice time at a local TED talk today though and now having a glass of wine by the fireplace. So things could be worse ☺️

I don't temp no, I would like to give it a try in the future but not sure what OH would think of it.

Sounds like you have the right attitude, should be a good month! I actually have a job interview coming up and if I get I may skip a month or two, so watch me get pregnant when we're trying to not conceive 😂

Not going away which is nice. Lots of little house jobs to do which will keep me busy and relaxed. Cleaned the house from top to bottom today so I'm super chill at the moment 😂

I'm not super strict with the temping. Try and do it the same time each day but it's hard with shifts. The thermometer I brought was only £8.

Me too I've always wanted to see one so when I found out there was one locally to me I was all over it, feeling very inspired now 😊

Thank you, I'm not sure if I believe in implantation bleeding being a thing beyond just a tinge of red in CM, I always get spotting before period so I don't want to hang on to false hope.

Amazing, I bet you feel really accomplished now, having a freshly tidy house and some time off to enjoy it is perfect 😊

£8 sounds pretty reasonable actually, definitely worth the investment - way cheaper than the CB OPKs 😆

CD8 for me today and ive got my flashing smiley already! It's a day earlier than last month so hoping that means an earlier ovulation. We shall see over the next few days.

Still having my grapefruit juice, folic acid and omega 3,6,9 daily. I have really noticed a difference in increased CM. Even starting to like grapefruit 😂

I actually really like grapefruit juice, I find it much nicer than orange juice 😄

That's good about the flashing smiley, are you using the same holder? I read that of you keep using the same one it gets used to your hormone levels so you only get a couple days of flashing smileys as opposed to the crazy 5 days.

No I am using a new holder. Figured every month is different and I didn't get a BFP last month so I'd rather 'start again'.

Hoping for 3 or 4 days flashing and that'll mean DTD will fall easily with DPs shifts.

Due today though Flo is predicting tomorrow based on when I ovulated. I started spotting yesterday which is normally a sign she's coming. Still have nausea and a sore boob (just the one haha) which is annoying, but I've accepted it's not my month.
