@Nic555 I have light periods too that only last 3 days. I've been researching and its probably due to dehydration. This period i've been drinking LOADS and its the heaviest period i've ever had. Maybe worth a try for you too?

Af for improving CM - youtube the fertility homeopath. She has great YouTube videos on that. I'm trying grapefruit juice this month and omega 3 fatty acids too. Those alongside the hydration i'm hoping is enough.

My clear blue OPK arrived today so I need to have a read of that and see when I need to start testing. On CD2 today and with a 25 day cycle I think it says CD7 or 8 to start.

AF on the way here too :(, I'm so grumpy and crampy today.

To cheer myself up I've ordered some Gin Baubles - Pickerings Christmas flavoured they look amazing / disgusting !

@Blossomingflower94 update us on the clear blue , I'm going to use what I have left of ICS this cycle and get clear blue in October I think

I used clear blue so of course it made me think we had definitely managed it! If DH agrees will do SMEP again but also every 2-3 days all cycle (which I would have preferred this month but plans thwarted)

@mrsmeow2019 I will of course update you all. Going to start on day 7. Today is actually day 3 not 2 so can get this run of shifts out the way and start after my night shifts.

DP is definitely on it this month too. Not telling him about the clear blue because it's not fair on him.

I've also been temping but apparently I run at 37 degrees all the time so far 😂 maybe it'll drop after my period ends.

Well I'm on cd 40 and no AF! I ovulated late so expecting AF tomorrow/ Friday. Just want it to come so I can move on! Excited to move into next month as I've been researching vitamin supplements to help with my PCOS symptoms/long cycles and going to try the SMEP method so I just want to move onnnnnn!!!

@Chaosonthehorizon oh yes definitely! I've had 0 pregnancy symptoms all the tww, just AF symptoms. I did a test 2 days ago and clear as day bfn!
It's so frustrating just waiting when you know you're out 😩😩😩

Don't feel like I'm pregnant at all, but I suppose you never know till AF arrives 🤞🏻

So after thinking I had niggles in my back and brown spotting (I got brown tinged CM and some brown stringy bits) I'm now officially late CD30/15DPO with dizzy spells on and off all day, breasts only a little bit tender. Tested this morning and BFN - I don't feel like I'm pregnant plus the last time I got my BFP one day before I was due. I think the witch is just late this month.

aF due today... CD 41...... 0 pregnancy symptoms... did this to get rid of the test!!!

Thank you ladies!!!! I must add that I really have had no symptoms and had a BFN 2 days ago! It just shows... you're not out until you're out! Anyone tempted to test... wait until AF due as you may cause yourself unnecessary misery!
I'm not sure I believe this cheap Asda test... I'm gonna retest tomorrow... My husband is at work, my little boy is in bed... I keep walking around saying WTF to myself 😂😂😂😀😀💗💗

@MrsMeow2019 we dtd everyday day around my fertile window which ended up being about 9 days in a row as I ovulated late! We then dtd according to the SMEP following ovulation.
I'm in so much shock right now! I've just spent a small fortune of vitamins for next month that's how much I was NOT expecting it 😂😂😂

Congrats @november90 especially after a long cycle as it can be so tough waiting 😖

I am currently 3po I think.. I feel absolutely raging today with no motivation and I could just cry.. don't normally suffer from PMS or anything so hope it's due to altering hormones either that or I am just turning into a witch after 8 unsuccessful months ttc with one mc 🙃🤦🏽‍♀️ so not due to test/AF until the 14th!
