So on my first cycle of SMEP, some of you may already have been on threads with me 😊
I’m 6dpo today, over the past few days I’ve had lower back ache and a few cramps at about 1-3dpo. I’ve had no other symptoms and I know it’s still early to have anything. Anyway today I’ve felt quite heavy in my tummy and when I went toilet (sorry tmi warning) I’ve wiped and there’s been a tiny amount of red blood. Honestly it was like a pin prick but wiped over 🤦🏻♀️ I’m not explaining properly!!
It’s gone now and there was none on the second wipe, I’ve put on a panty liner to see if it is continual but nope nothing!
Is this just spotting until AF arrives? I never spot before AF. Anyone have any advice?
