So I thought I would start a thread and see who else has started the dreaded TWW, I'm currently 2DPO and finding it impossible to wait to find out the outcome, so I need some ladies to share my insanity with.

@NinaPS OMG yay!!!!! That's amazing news!!!!! And yes- we're exactly the same DPO!xx

Treaclepie19 · 21/06/2019 08:00

@Abi58 you're a machine! We have not DTD that much 🙈

Ahhh congrats @NinaPS!!!

JenDaw · 21/06/2019 08:38

@NinaPS I did do a test this morning with FMU, and is darker again- but I'm not sure if that means anything... atm I'm just testing to see if it's disappeared x

@Abi58 Did your bleed start getting worse in colour and flow pretty quickly? Or was it over a few days? I'm still getting the same colour/amount as yesterday pm which is almost like watery light brown... (sorry guys if tmi!) x

NinaPS · 21/06/2019 08:55

@Abi58 I'm so impatient I'll probably test later today and tomorrow and probably every day after that until I'm bankrupt 😂
I just hope it's still there and not a false positive :(
11dpo seems to be my BFP day as I was 11dpo last pregnancy so maybe you would wait until then aswell (if you can 😂)
@JenDaw I now know where your coming from as I have other concerns now like is it really a BFP will it stay will the line get darker 😞 TTC is a nightmare

JenDaw · 21/06/2019 09:07

@NinaPS True! And it doesn't get any less stressful throughout pregnancy 🙄

Send a pic once you've stopped shaking lol xx

Abi58 · 21/06/2019 09:09

@Treaclepie19 😂 🙈

@JenDaw try and relax and enjoy! If you're worried please go dr for bloods to confirm it will just out your mind at rest (after last month I'm doing that so I don't drive myself mad with worry and spend loads on tests 🙈)

Mine got bright red within half hour of it starting about 9pm and the next morning I was passing clots so yours sounds like normal spotting but dr blood test will put your mind at rest 💕

@NinaPS I was the same last month I have a little collection 😂😂😂
It's very unlikely to get a false positive so just enjoy 😁
Wow maybe 11 is your lucky number!
Mine was 10 last month but maybe that's not my lucky day 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm going to hold out as long as possible but I'm struggling already and know nothing could possibly show at 6dpo 🙈

Both of you a line is a line and you are pregnant enjoy it 😁 (I know easier said than done)

JenDaw · 21/06/2019 09:09

And @Abi58 please don't feel like you need to go into detail if you'd rather not, realise it's a personal thing xx

JenDaw · 21/06/2019 09:11

@Abi58 we crossed posts. Thanks hun, appreciate it. I'm going to take the day on the sofa and see what's happening after lunch. Will call gp then if hasn't stopped xx

Abi58 · 21/06/2019 09:18

@JenDaw tbh it's nice to talk about it ive sort of bottled it up husband is very understanding by also says 'it will happen when it happens' so I don't want to keep bringing it up. Strange even though it wasn't long feels like a grieving.

I just had dread and not worry or anxiety or 'can this be real' I just knew something was wrong and was desperately hoping it wasn't and the clots were there less than 12 hours after the bleeding started.

I'm sure you'll be absolutely fine spotting is common and brown I don't think should be concerning as that's old blood could just be from the egg burrowing in deep which is a great thing.

I'd advise the blood test as it will just put your mind at rest if you are worrying. The sooner you start the process the sooner you can stop worrying and enjoy your amazing news 💕

JenDaw · 21/06/2019 09:32

@Abi58 True. I think I'll give them a ring. And, for me, I think it is a time to grieve - any miscarriage is (and 5 weeks is still 5 weeks of being pregnant). My husband said the same thing, which is a nice thing to say- but doesn't help either when you're going through that. It's made me quite emotional already, and I don't know what's going on yet... xx

Abi58 · 21/06/2019 09:42

@JenDaw let us know how you get on but from what you've said I think it sounds fine but by getting the blood YOU can KNOW that it is fine and relax and enjoy it 😁💕

Markygirl1995 · 21/06/2019 09:44

Came back BFN 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I don't know what to think now I thought I had a positive I'm not technically due for 6 days so looks like I'll be waiting patiently till then!

Abi58 · 21/06/2019 09:50

@Markygirl1995 sorry to hear that! 💐 did you manage to hold it all that time as well? Was it a sensitive one?

NinaPS · 21/06/2019 13:49

@Markygirl1995 don't lose hope, AF for me is due in 3 days and I've only just got a BFP that is faint

OP posts:
FredMyl · 21/06/2019 13:58

Stupid question and I think it is because I am over thinking things. Normally My cycle is 35 days roughly however last month it was 28 days. So if AF pays a visit after 28 days I should be due on Sunday (23rd). So the question is, when should I start testing??

I am so impatient it is unreal.

Markygirl1995 · 21/06/2019 14:21

@NinaPS very true might try to hold off till Sunday! I'm due Thursday. My cervix is still high and soft and cm is still wet 🤷‍♀️

Hayd88 · 21/06/2019 15:07

@Markygirl1995 sorry to hear that - I'm holding out hope for you for a few days time!

Can I ask a question ladies? For the last few months I feel what I have pretty sure has been implantation cramping for a good 2-3 days around 5-6 dpo...really obvious cramping too that I don't think I ever normally get?

Only to get a BFN each month...! Does this happen to others also? It makes me so hopeful and then only get disappointed...

NinaPS · 21/06/2019 15:17

So can anyone else see the 2nd line or is it just me? 🤷🏻‍♀️

MaceyP87 · 21/06/2019 15:23

@NinaPS coming from a guys perspective I can definitely see a feint second line. Normally the missus always gets me to check the lines to ensure she isn't imagining it.

Congratulations on your bfp

NinaPS · 21/06/2019 15:27

@MaceyP87 I don't know why but I feel reassured that you as a man are able to see it aswell 😂 normally my OH is like nope can't see anything it's negative 😂 And thank you so much I hope you also have a BFP this month.

OP posts:
Hayd88 · 21/06/2019 15:28

@NinaPS yes can definitely see that!! 💕

JenDaw · 21/06/2019 15:31

@NinaPS That's a really good one!! Yay!! Have you told OH yet?xx

Treaclepie19 · 21/06/2019 15:32

That's a good line!

Abi58 · 21/06/2019 15:40

@NinaPS yes! Congratulations definite line!!

Markygirl1995 · 21/06/2019 16:05

@NinaPS congratulations!!!!!
