2 week wait

So I thought I would start a thread and see who else has started the dreaded TWW, I'm currently 2DPO and finding it impossible to wait to find out the outcome, so I need some ladies to share my insanity with.

@Markygirl1995 I think I can see the faintest something on the middle one but. Any tell whether it's a shadow or coloured line. 🤞🏻

@Abi58 any day between Tuesday just gone and Sat (only had 2 periods since coming off the pill so haven't got a regular cycle yet...) It's the tiniest bit of brown with CM, but had some mild pulls/cramps too... :(

@JenDaw the last few have they started like that brown spotting and pulling? Still it out until af come with force 🤞🏻

@Abi58 Don't think so- 1st pregnancy only remember pink spotting at 11w (MC) and I think I spotted a little brown/light pink at around 6w with DS. Just going to try and keep calm and wait it out xx

It's so early, without getting your hopes up it could even be late implantation 🤞🏻 for you

Big fingers cross both of you get your BFP. In those photos I can't see any lines, however cameras can do this and my phone screen might be affecting the photo by I hope you get your 🌈.

@JenDaw don't lose hope yet either. How many dpo are you. AF generally can't arrive till 12dpo.

An update on us. Today is 8 DPO (days post ovulation) and this morning at 0610 we did temperature and it had dropped by 0.4c so quite the dip. Could be getting ready for AF though. Also worth to note woke up with headache.

Around midday wife started to have nausea, a numb back pain rather than a muscular pain which last around an hour. Went toilet around 2 and had light bleed / spotting. Could very well be implantation only time will tell. We are planning to do a test on Sunday unless AF arrives.

@MaceyP87 I'm 10dpo today- trying to think positively but proving hard! I was either due on Tuesday just gone- or could be due on Saturday.x

Have just taken a test to see what's happening, and the line looks very slightly darker, and showing on a less sensitive- but don't know what to make of it all...

Has anyone had a chemical that did get darker initially? I'll monitor tonight and tomorrow morning- then test again I think? Do I need to call the doctor? Any advice welcome- not sure what to do :( xx

@JenDaw if you have a positive test then you'll need to call the doctor and book in a midwife appointment then you'll choose your hospital and they'll send you an appointment to book in and then a letter will be sent out with a date for a 12 week scan xx

@Markygirl1995 Sorry, I meant in the case of a suspected chemical.

Was going to hold off booking in as positive until after the weekend (time to get a stronger test result etc.) x

@JenDaw 🤞🏻 for you.
I had a chemical last month. I had nearly a week of positives (faint but not squinters) seemed to get a bit darker then lighter then a few days later I started bleeding and a few days after that negative. If you are concerned try and see your go but unfortunately there's nothing they can do if it is.

2 drs told me that the strength of the line has no indication on amount of hcg it purely tests for its presence not the amount, saying that I see people's tests getting darker but I'm inclined to believe drs (Flo also has an article saying the same thing). Also there are people who have really dark lines and it doesn't stick.

Are you bleeding or spotting? Even bleeding in early oh can be normal and a lot mistake it for af and don't realise they are pg but any worries see your gp they can do the blood test to check levels are rising 🤞🏻 for you and don't worry 💕

@JenDaw have you got photos or your tests?

@JenDaw I had proper bleeding with my last pregnancy, as in, thought I'd miscarried and he was fine at that point. So you just never know. Keeping fingers crossed x

@JenDaw I know it's hard but try and remain positive, no matter what may occur in the future which is totally out of anyone's control you are pregnant right now so try and enjoy it. I have everything crossed for you ❤️

Doing another test tonight and one tomorrow hopefully I've been holding in my wee!

No control line 🤦🏻‍♀️ double dunked and came back negative so probably ballsed it up! Got another so I'll wait till tomorrow

@Markygirl1995 oh no :( well atleast you have another one, keep us update! I tested again to still a BFN so i will be testing again tomorrow

@NinaPS if this one comes back negative looks like I'll be waiting till my due date!
