2 week wait

So I thought I would start a thread and see who else has started the dreaded TWW, I'm currently 2DPO and finding it impossible to wait to find out the outcome, so I need some ladies to share my insanity with.

Apparently there's a lot FRERs at the moment that have false positives

Markygirl1995 I've seen that.
I'm still not sure about it though because I was reading an article about false positives which actually said there are no false positives, just different sensitivity tests and people having early chemicals/miscarriages and not realising.

@Markygirl1995 I think @Treaclepie19 is right. I I'd have taken 1 test later last month and then bled I'd have probably assumed faulty/false positive. 🤞🏻 for you 💕

I'm assuming I'm not purely to the fact I'm due on Thursday I'm sureeee I would've had a darker line by now?

Depends on luteal phase and implantation timing.

Hi!! A bit late to the party but wanted to drop in if that’s ok?

9 dpo- BFN today. Been having strange dull/heavy feeling in uterus for past 5 days or so. Left sided pelvic pain and lower back pain. Only been TTC since March and already I’m turning into an insane person every 2ww! Anyone else 9dpo?

@Markygirl1995 I agree with @Treaclepie19 some don't get a bfp until after af was due 🤞🏻

Abi58 do you think so? Honestly you’d think I understood enough about pregnancy being a midwife but I’ve seemingly lost my mind this two week wait business seems to last a year !

@DramaLama2019 definitely! 🤞🏻 for you! I don't think anyone realises the ttc madness until you're in it 😂🙈

@Abi58 using IC 10mui and fmu. Been actively trying 4 months but feels like 4 years. I’ve been pregnant twice by accident whilst taking contraceptive pill (clearly not well enough!) one ended in very early mc and the other resulted in our (not so) little one.

Haha that’s really strange to think I have probably supported some ladies on here at some point ! Being a midwife is just the most amazing job in the world. It’s definitely a calling 😍

@DramaLama2019 welcome! I had the same symptoms you mentioned early on. I started testing from 8dpo and got my BFP at 11dpo. I have convinced myself I was pregnant because I got a BFN the night of 10dpo so I thought there no chance I'll get a BFP the morning of 11dpo but I did. Fingers crossed this is your month ❤️ I wish you all the success in the world

@NinaPS hey! I ordered some more yesterday I don't think they'll be turning up till tomorrow or Friday so best to wait! AF is due tomorrow so who knows 🤷‍♀️

@DramaLama2019 the one step ones? Aw I know what you mean this is our 2nd month and it's felt like a lifetime!

Ohh I missed several of mine - a few days worth-and struggle with an intolerance(that for ages was blamed on ibs) so my stomach was often messed up but still didn't get pregnant, the timing might not have been right but I was worried I wouldn't be able to 😂

How old is your (not so) little one?

@Abi58 I don't feel to bad thank you for asking, waves of nausea here and there and VERY sore boobs. How about you? ❤️

@NinaPS aw good! Yeah waves of nausea here too! My boobs/nipples are finally getting a bit sore 😂🙈 but no where near what they were last month. Line seems to be getting stronger so hoping it's just this one is giving me different symptoms 😂🤞🏻yeah fee ok but so so nervous still 🙈

I caved ladies 💛 Think it must just be on the cusp of 1-2 weeks 🤞xx

@DramaLama2019 😁 I've found my one steps pick up a better line with an even wee (couple-few hour hold) so that might be worth a go?

Can I join please? 12dpo today. Trying not to test and wait just to see if af shows, trying not to get too excited or attached if I am or overthinking it as this is my first month trying after an early mc and then a mmc last year.

Trying not to symptom spot but I've got slightly sore boobs on the sides which was a telltale sign last time and had slight cramping on and off last few days with some brown spotting yesterday - never had that in previous pregnancies.

Fx this is the month and it sticks if so and to everyone else waiting to test!
