2 Week Wait Buddies?

Hello!

I know there's millions of these 2ww threads active at the moment but wondered if there is anyone out there who is 1 day post ovulation today and wanted to wait it out with me ☺️ I feel bad jumping onto someone elses thread when they're quite a few days ahead of me!

11 DPO here and havent cracked yet! AF due in 3 days at the earliest. Yesterday evening/night was the roughest I've felt yet.

@Mimi91 I love this going rogue route! I do think the whole process can get a bit consuming otherwise! I'm doing clear blue opks but that's it. I don't think I'll even test next month. It's a bit too much of a rollercoaster!

@MrsS147 when are you testing?

@Sunflower2019 hoping these are symptoms for you! What cycle are you on?

I had a freak out earlier my whole body is covered in these veins and one is directly going into my nipple, and they keep tingling! I don’t usually feel like this when af is coming!

4 days till I can’t test 🤦🏽‍♀️

@Larrydavid I think I’m going to test on Thursday! Although I’m getting impatient now! I just want to know one way or another!

I don't know if I'm being overly sensitive, but am I overreacting here?

My SIL's gf has posted a status on social media about going for an ultrasound and says she hopes she's not pregnant (for context, she's in a same sex relationship with my SIL, so clearly a joke).

My MIL has posted a comment underneath to say "let's hope you are, it's the closest I'm going to get to getting a grandchild"

She's just constantly on at me about not being pregnant and it's just the worst day to see a comment like that 😭

@Mimi91 it is a little uncalled for I must say! I’d feel like that, but I am very sensitive 😂

@Sunflower2019 thanks for agreeing, think I overreacted a little bit 😂 had a little cry, some chocolate and I'm over it. Need to get a grip! 🙈

@Mimi91 I don’t think you’re being overly sensitive at all - I think I’d be the same! And especially when AF is coming and emotions are higher than normal too, not a nice thing to read 💐

Thanks @MrsS147 . I had a male colleague telling me today to get a move on with having a baby (I'm 28!!!). It was said in a jokey way, but every fibre in my body wanted to punch him square in the face and I'm not a violent person.

@WineOrGin definitely, we're still so young and quite frankly it's no one else's business anyway.

I've just had a bad day, people have said it a lot to me since I've been married, but 2 comments in one day! And on the day AF arrives (3 days late as well), was just a massive kick in the teeth.

How are you getting on? Has it sunk in yet? 😁

Hope you manage to find an excuse not to drink at the hen weekend @WineOrGin 😬 I’m so busy thinking about actually conceiving I’ve forgotten about things I’ll need to give up when it actually happens! At least it’s a good reason for having to give up the Brie sandwich 😁

@Sunflower2019 I've read about all the veins being a symptom! Hopefully it's nothing to worry about! Either that or these things happen all the time and we never notice them! I had my mirena coil out about three months ago. I had them for 15years. Though my body is just about getting into a cycle.

@MrsS147 it's the not knowing that's hardest. I feel a bit better today knowing that I can move on to next cycle!

@Mimi91 I'm not too sensitive and that comment would drive me nuts. I'm sure it comes from a good place but still, uncalled for. Try to not let it bother you.

I think I’m out! Had AF symptoms yesterday (tired, hungry and grumpy) so took a test this morning to put me out my misery - BFN. To be honest I’ve had a gut feeling the past week about next cycle so I’m not actually that surprised or upset! Just gonna wait on AF now and hope for the best for next cycle! Feeling quite positive for now 😊

@Larrydavid definitely! I’m kinda glad I tested a bit earlier so I can know and just move on. And in the unlikely event AF ends up not turning up it can be a nice surprise but not gonna count on it!

Took a cheaper test last night and still can’t test for 3 days as the earliest.. period due 20th and sure I could see the tiniest faint 🤦🏽‍♀️

@Sunflower2019 I just about see that :) fingers crossed.

I feel exhausted and sick today but that could just be because my 15 month old gets me up at 5am and wakes to feed twice in night to.

It’s weird as I feel weird already, and some people say you just know!!! Will re test in 3 days with a frer and update xx

@Sunflower2019 this is my 2nd cycle. I got pregnant on 1st cycle but lost it within a week ☹️

Just a month really.. so I guess we will see. My body just feels weird, yesterday when I saw all those veins on my boobs I thought surely that’s a sign as never seen them like that, going to wait to test now as I know it’s early! 8 days till af

@Sunflower2019 yeah definitely sounds good. Fingers crossed for you. I got 8 days until AF I think.

Found some old onestep tests and done one this morning and couldn’t see anything so maybe Im not pregnant think I’m gonna hold off now as chemical last month and could be the same this month! X

@Sunflower2019 I did same with one step test this morning. Hoping they are just rubbish.

@Gorillaandme I think they are.. read some posts online saying that are really faint and not as sensitive as they say!
