Scan was amazing. We saw our little bean wriggling around, measured 10+6 so a little ahead which is great as matches my original dates. Can’t believe I’ll be 12 weeks next week! Feels like I’ve been pregnant since March but also feels like it’s flashed by! Odd

I'm 21 weeks. I had my 20 week scan last week and all is well. Finally got my hunger back so I'm enjoying life at the moment ☺️

So glad your scans went well ladies! Good to be a bit further along @Bumpingalong84 less time to wait till the next scan. Hospital decided to keep my dad in overnight so hopefully be back today but will depend on test results.

Ahh @hopeful31 that’s amazing, seems to have gone so quick, does it feel like that to you?
@becca3210 did you say your scan is on the 11th? Are you finding out?

Due date is the 20th May. Oddly the same date as my 12wk scan/miscarriage this year! They might change that at 12 scan x

That's funny you lost your appetite @hopeful31 I could do with that as snacking all the time! Yes scan on the 11th @Bumpingalong84 and we are finding out. Can't wait for it really want to know everything is looking ok. Have you felt the baby move yet @hopeful31 my app said I might from now but haven't felt anything yet x

I was so excited finding out with my DD. Had originally not wanted to know but my DH did, but was so glad I did find out. Now can’t wait to find out with this one which will hopefully be around new year.

I didn’t feel DD till about 18/19 weeks then my DH first felt her at about 21 weeks I think.

Aww exciting times! Funnily enough have felt some small popping movements in my tummy the last few evenings so wondering if this could be it. Quite fun feeling it.

Aww @becca3210 that’s so exciting 😊 they will only get stronger now.

Have you or other half got a feeling about sex of baby?

I’m at the dizzy heights of 12wks today! Can’t wait till Tuesday. I’ve got a little bump already, trying to hide it is tricky in a nurses uniform! I need to order more dresses but don’t want to let the person who orders them know! I have a feeling a few people may guess these next few days/Monday 🤷🏻‍♀️

12 weeks is a great milestone! Hope the scan on Tuesday goes really well. I think a boy and husband thinks a girl so someone is going to be right lol. Exciting that your little bump is coming! Mine now just looks quite big all the time people starting to ask me now

Scan went really well. Baby boy. Both so happy and relieved  going to be hard to not start shopping around for cute boy things now!! Good luck @Bumpingalong84 for tomorrow xx

Aww little boy, I have a 5months old nephew and I’ve loved loved buying boy stuff. So much cute stuff out there.

Nervous about tomorrow and really hoping all is well, I’m 12+5 today and starting to have a very noticeable bump in anything fitted!! So will be nice not to have to hide it.

Hey ladies. Just thought I’d say we had an amazing 12wk scan. The relief is immense and can’t wait to meet our little rainbow baby. I’ll be 13wks tomorrow which feels lovely. We saw lots of kicking and moving. Just a lovely lovely day 😊

Hope everyone is well. I started reading 'The Positive Birth Book' by Milli Hill on the weekend. Am finding it helpful to start learning about what to expect and like the positive nature of the book though had no idea though there were so many options and things you could consider e.g. when to have the cord clamped etc! My friend told me about 'Seraphine' maternity clothes - went into the London store and bought a couple of dresses on the weekend which I am happy with. Hopefully I can continue with much of what I already have as need to save up money for all the baby bits! Next on list is to start thinking about buggy - eek such a minefield of options! Hope everyone is feeling good :)

Hey @becca3210 eek it gets so exciting from your stage now, real feeling of it getting closer. I think a lot of trust now implement delayed cord clamping which is good. There is so many ways you can go with your birth plan.

I’m feeling good, bump starting to make a proper appearance at only 14+1 I am the size i was at 16wks with DD! People at work outside my immediate office have started to guess and find out slowly. Had lots of congratulation hugs today. So nice when people are so happy for you.

Ohh I didn’t realise they had a store, I need to find a dress for the Christmas work party!

Aw it's so nice when people are happy for you. Kids and parents at my work have started asking this week and does seem like the bump has suddenly grown Good luck with your dress searching! Off to the cinema so actually have to try and stay away this could be a challenge lol. Happy weekend girls!

So today I have ordered a buggy! Bit earlier than thought I would but I had seen the buggy I liked in the shops and there was a good Black Friday offer on Mamas and Papas website so just went for it. Eeek. Exciting to make first proper baby purchase. Think will hold off now until January sales unless see a good deal on something.

Eek @becca3210 how exciting! I’m 20wks On New Year’s Day so holding to get a few bits in the sales and we shall know if we need to buy any blue or dig out our pink 😊

Hey @becca3210 yes it’s on New Year’s Eve which is a rather exciting day to find out if all goes well that is!

Ahh Christmas shopping can be so draining. Really struggling to find the motivation to get out to the shops this year 🙈 have ordered some stuff online and planning to have it done by next weekend tho wishful thinking ha.

Ah actually New Years Eve - that's a great day to have it. Start the celebrations early! Ended up doing just a small amount of shopping lol will do the rest online and getting my husband to do lots of as just can't really be bothered either. Am 24 weeks now. Bump is certainly out - no mistaking am pregnant now! Had midwife appointment and whooping cough jab yesterday. Had to book in for the first anti-d injection (damn negative blood type!) which not really looking forward to but just have to get on with it.
