TTC buddies needed DESPERATELY

I desperately need some TTC buddies. We've just started trying for no.3 and we haven't told anyone. I'm bursting but with no one to talk to. I realise this makes me sound like a total sap

@MrsB899 do you mind me asking how old your 2DC's are? We are trying for no.2 and I feel really nervous about how it will be having a second, but dont want a massive gap!

MrsB899 · 30/04/2019 09:27

@LuciBee not at all I have a daughter who is 12 and a son who is 6 next week. The gap was hard a felt like I was starting all over again but I wanted to finish my nurses training before having another and then had to convince my husband this time round 😆

@MrsB899 one of each how lovely! My son is 2 at the beginning of July. I'm just terrified about how tough it's going to be with another one, but I guess everyone feels like that?! The sleepless nights and then one waking up the other haunts me!

MrsB899 · 30/04/2019 09:47

@LuciBee I'm sure you'll be absolutely fine and when they're older they'll be close to each other

Kinsella82 · 30/04/2019 10:06

@LuciBee my daughter was 2.5 when my son was born and I had the exact same worries but try not to worry too much. It does all work out and your little one will be heading for 3 by the time new baby comes along so they will have changed a lot in that time too xx

LuciBee · 30/04/2019 10:34

@Kinsella82 You're right. Plus you never know how long its going to take to get pregnant so he might be quite a bit older by then! Typical of me, worrying about something that hasnt even happened yet!

Kinsella82 · 30/04/2019 10:41

@LuciBee I'm queen worrier so I know exactly how you feel. Yes it'll be harder and things will take a while to settle but it'll be totally worth it xx

MrsB899 · 30/04/2019 16:44

If I'm not pregnant this cycle I need admitting to the nearest nut house after crying at bloody Jeremy Kyle 😂😂😂

MrsM18 · 30/04/2019 16:49

@MrsB899 🤣🤣 how you feeling today? Fingers crossed!

@LITTLEPICKLES88 how you doing? Been thinking about you x

MrsB899 · 30/04/2019 16:58

@MrsM18 tits are still killing and I'm crying at Jezza 😂 other than that I'm ok I can't wait for my FRERs to turn up so I can know one way or the other

OP posts:
dizzy85 · 30/04/2019 17:26

Hey everyone just thought I'd share that I've just seen on the Superdrug's website that FRERS are buy one get one half price at the moment packs of 2!
And also that my stomach seems to be a bottomless pit today I can't get enough of food😆!! Could mean anything but hopefully it's a sign 😂
@MrsB899 lol to crying at Jeremy Kyle that is funny!

MrsB899 · 30/04/2019 18:14

@dizzy85 I've completely lost it! 😆 i hope my FRER turn up tomorrow if not I'll put off testing until the weekend. I done a cheapie this evening which was negative of course, not sure why I even tested. I'm the total opposite i have no appetite at all unless is a box of malteasers 😂

OP posts:
Squiff70 · 30/04/2019 18:19

FRERs are still cheaper (than Superdrug) on Amazon. The only problem is you have to wait for delivery!

dizzy85 · 30/04/2019 18:27

@MrsB899 haha i know the feeling 😂ooh exciting hopefully the frers come tomorrow, how many DPO are you now? I could definitely eat a box of malteasers now you've mentioned it 😄

@Squiff70 yer I did check out the amazon ones but then I wanna test at the weekend so not sure if they'd arrive on time.

MrsM18 · 30/04/2019 18:30

Good to know @dizzy85 - thank you.

Speaking of FRER's! I got mine on amazon prime, has anybody bought them online & got one from a shop? Just wondering if they're legit as the box is a bit flimsy xx

MrsB899 · 30/04/2019 18:40

@dizzy85 only 9dpo I think. The test wasn't sensitive either but now I'm wondering whether I'm imagining everything now 😂

OP posts:
dizzy85 · 30/04/2019 18:44

@MrsM18 no problem! I've never got them online before, I always forget to order in time, but it seems like a lot of people get them from there so hopefully they are.

MrsB899 · 30/04/2019 18:50

@MrsM18 I've got my off Amazon I hope they're ok

OP posts:
dizzy85 · 30/04/2019 18:50

@MrsB899 I'm sure its just too early to tell especially with a non sensitive test and doing it in the evening too so I wouldn't worry😄last month I tested at 5DPO..5days honestly I don't know what I was thinking 😂

MrsB899 · 30/04/2019 19:02

@dizzy85 I tested at 5dpo too 😂 there's something seriously wrong with me

OP posts:
MrsM18 · 30/04/2019 19:16

I'm sure they'll be absolute fine just overthinking it 😂 I'll be 10DPO tomorrow so will try a FRER with FMU. I'm still convinced they were positives this morning 🙊 but can't be sure! I think I was 12DPO with my DD x

Louise190 · 30/04/2019 19:18

I'm using two different apps to predict my OD, one says tomorrow and the other says Thursday but they both predict AF/BFP on 16th May!? What!?

Also, what ovulation trackers do people recommend? In the circumstance that this cycle is not my time, I think I will want to start tracking properly!

Squiff70 · 30/04/2019 19:23

I use My Tracker (prefer it to Glow and Flo etc). I'm just using cheapie internet OPKs this month just because they need using up before I splurge thirty quid in a CB Advanced.

MrsM18 · 30/04/2019 19:26

Have you put much data in previous months? They may have calculated your luteal phase slightly differently. I've got two apps and both were a week out, thank god for cramping & OPK tests xx

MrsM18 · 30/04/2019 19:27

@Louise190 that message was to you! I've always used OVIA, and highly recommend x
