TTC buddies needed DESPERATELY

I desperately need some TTC buddies. We've just started trying for no.3 and we haven't told anyone. I'm bursting but with no one to talk to. I realise this makes me sound like a total sap

Hi everyone how's it going? I'm struggling to keep up with this thread :)
hello to any newbies!

I'm 99% sure I missed the peak fertility time this cycle but a strange thing has happened with my resting heart rate [i wear a fitbit] - usually it dips a little just prior to ovulation, then spikes for ovulation, then drops a little before it starts climbing gradually til af arrives where it goes back down again.
This time however, after the initial slight drop immediately after I think I ovulated, it's completely spiked - it's gone from 64 beats to 68. Be interesting to see if it stays there or starts dropping a little. My resting heart rate never normally goes over about 66 when I'm well and not suffering a bout of anxiety, and the highest it ever goes then is 68/69 so if it starts climbing even higher I'm either getting ill....or potentially still in the game!!

Anyone else got a fitbit? It's actually quite an interesting metric to track and definitely correlates with af and ovulation. And both times I've been pregnant before, it's risen after ovulation and stayed high...

@Aberforthsgoat that's so interesting! I hope you're still in the game. I have a Fitbit but haven't used it for quite sometime, I'm going to find it this evening as I hadn't even thought about that!

Do it do it! It might take a cycle or two to notice your patterns unless you have historic data saved in the app and know roughly when you would have had af etc
I find it a more “fun” way to obsess over a symptom if there is such a thing! I think there’s a giant thread on it here from a year or so ago and quite a few women who had the spike that stayed up got bfps

Thank you @MrsM18! My DH just told me not to get too excited (yeah right) so I’ll test again in the morning. Only had a BFN earlier today!

Thank you 😊 only 9 DPO. I’m telling myself to calm down a bit until I test tomorrow. The clear blue monitor isn’t particularly sensitive so until I see it on there I don’t think I’ll believe it!

@mynameisMrG that is a fab positive for 9DPO - I take it was this evening? I look forward to seeing a FMU one! I don't have the monitor does it do pregnancy tests too? X

Yes it does which is handy. With my last pregnancy I had a bfn and the next day a bfp on it. I’ll make sure to post with a FMU photo

@mynameisMrG I'm so happy for you. I'm at roughly the same point in my cycle too but too scared to test until AF is due!
@Louise190 welcome,👋👋👋 I'm TTC my first too and on my first cycle. It's so scary&exciting isn't it???

Have you been having many symptoms?

Sorry girls I've been crazy busy the last few days so haven't been in the loop properly.
Only 4dpo today and it is dragging!!!
I've zero symptoms yet which is ok as it's obv too early - but how am I going to get through the next week before testing?! Lol

@MrsPandigital not huge plans, a lot of little annoying plans that are happening in the next week that I also can't wait to be over!! If I can get to 4th May I'll test then

@MrsPandigital I'm 28 too! My partner is 35 and wants us to be done having kids (two is the plan) by the time he's 40!

Welcome, @Louise190. Nice to have new people on board to share this journey with! I know what you mean about becoming totally obsessed - we just ended our first cycle and I am getting that way too.
