Thought I'd start the April bus off since this is my first cycle since OD and April is my birth month so I'm praying for the best birthday present ever, our little miracle! 🙏🎁👶

Cycle 1 (since ovarian drilling)
AF/BFP due 16th April

@Mikeyjayne2018 ooh good luck to you! I'm so cross at myself for wasting my FRERs far too early. Can't buy them anywhere in my town 🙄 have to try a clearblue I suppose. Typical it's bloody rubbish weather too and I'm ill so going to the chemist seems unlikely.

@Queenofmyownheart I'm afraid that a line on a test that was sitting out overnight doesn't mean anything, unless that line appeared in the 10 minutes after you peed on it. Wait two days and test again. That will give your body more time to build up hormone levels and you will avoid second-guessing yourself. Best of luck!

@Queenofmyownheart they're so expensive too the clear blue's 🙄 it's so easy to get obsessed isn't it. I feel pregnant again and after only being pregnant weeks ago I feel the same again. But not sure If I'm just willing it to be. I'm crossing everything for us 😊 🤞

@BudgieBird deep down I know that, we all just need that glimmer of hope though, it's the closest I've seen to a BFP in so long 😂

@Mikeyjayne2018 super expensive 🤦🏼‍♀️ actually think my DP would kill me if he knew how much I spend on tests 😂😂

@Queenofmyownheart That happened to me once and like you I was second guessing myself! Definitely take another test and see what happens. I decided to buy the digital ones so actually says pregnant/not pregnant instead of over analysing my line! What are your thoughts on the digital ones?

@Queenofmyownheart my dp would kill me if he knew i was even taking tests every day 😂 he said he wants to be there when I do but I can't help taking them 🙄 it's his birthday on Tuesday I so want to be able to surprise him. ❣️

I'm glad i'm not the only person that spends a fortune every month on tests, my DH wouldn't believe me if I told him the full amount i don't think! I've never tried the FRER, do people recommend these?

I love the baby dust comment 😍 🤞 it's so lovely to be around people who are TTC, since my mc my two best friends have announced pregnancies which were completely unexpected and out of the blue. I feel so distant from them even just to talk to them it's made everything so awkward between us all 🙄 I don't want them to know we're trying so this thread is great for talking ! 😊

Can I join? I was on this board a while a go but gave up as nothing was happening. We hit 3yrs trying in Feb.

Clomid cycle: 2
TTC cycle: lost count a long time ago

Cycles went out the window some time ago, but I took a round of depo to bring on a cycle to take clomid and a second period showed up 28 days later.

I had an US scan last Wednesday and was told I'd ovulate within 24hrs if it was going to happen. I believe it did, on Thursday, based on pelvic pain and CM. I'm due to go back for the 21 day blood test on Friday to see if I did ovulate.

We DTD on Su/Mo/Tu/Wed/Th/Sat. Used pre-seed on Wed. I've also been taking Inofolic for a few months now.

Hopefully this is our month! Fingers crossed for everyone.

@Mikeyjayne2018 I feel the same, it's hard to not tell people as i'm excited to become a Mam but don't want the questions all the time. I've found it hard to not speak to my own Mam about it, I tell her everything! My best friend & sister in law are both having babies this year, really excited for them both but I would like it to be my turn soon. Finding this a great place to release/vent frustration and know i'm not the only one feeling like I am

It is so hard when people close to you announce their pregnancies especially when you have been trying. That happened to me this month, my friend from work announced her pregnancy and only took her one month (and she just come off the pill too), whereas we have been trying a bit longer and I haven't been on the pill for years....this site is such a relief as allows us to chat, vent and rejoice :) It is such a good support to have everyone here to ask questions and advice too

That's horrible when that happens. This site is great, there's been 9 babies born in our families between us since we started TTC. I'm but obviously can't say that to anyone in rl.

I seem to keep seeing people get pregnant 'accidently'. How is it that those of us who really want babies, who actually try, it takes months, even years of planning.

I feel the same, nobody knows me and DP are trying, and have been trying for the last year. He's older and I already have 2 as does he, and the general feeling is we should just be happy with our lot. It's nice to chat on here, it's things that I can't talk to my real life friends about. ☺️

It's nice to speak to people that understand the crazy too early symptom spotting too

I've had really sore boobs since 3dpo, and today, 6dpo, since about 12pm I've been feeling sick and had slight dizzyness/absentness/spaceyness but I know it's just too early.

I'm really trying not to get my hopes up again but I keep thinking we might actually be in with a chance this time.

@Eliza9919 I was 6dpo yesterday and had the same dizzy feelings. I've became so obsessed with symptoms, I sometimes wonder if they're in my head.

Yeah I wonder whether I create them if that makes sense.

I feel you all with symptom spotting, last cycle the low point for me was googling "shiny nails and early pregnancy" because my nails looked shinier than usual not to mention the other hundreds of googling, problem is there's usually someone out there in history that has had whatever it is your googling lol
Why is the wait between AF and ovulation so frustrating and long as well? Like we haven't got enough waiting around to do! Lol

What annoys me is on all these threads that come up when you Google, noone ever comes back to say whether they were Pg or not.

So I am now mega confused. I posted on Monday to say AF was here. Well I had all the cramps the bloating etc. I even 'suited and booted' (put a pad on) thinking it would arrive as I went out. Its now Wednesday and its not here?? What?? We only had unprotected sex once this month which was on the saturday cd 24. Theres no way I could be pregnant that late right?? I think I am losing my marbles....

And yes yes to symptom spotting. Its a nightmare when ttc. I googled so much stuff when ttc number 1...

That said historically whenever I have posted my period hasnt arrived it arrives within a couple of hours...

Maybe it's my obsessive POAS head, but I'd still be testing. You could have ovulated later this cycle.
