Fingers crossed Bab1990 and Proudmummy88. 2-3dpo today and I've been getting the odd crampy feeling, and my boobs are still really heavy/tender. Trying so hard to take my mind off the TWW, and it's clearly not working too well!

@deathbycats lol I know. It is impossible. Although I feel a lot more prepared this month some how. I think I just convinced myself so much last few that I was preg just to get period after all that hope built up. This month really just need to see. No plans on testing until day after due. (Mibby 😉) 😘😘

Really wish I knew when I ovd this month, it's so unusual that I have no idea! Really don't want to go down the opk route again (mainly because I never get to pee alone any more!) but I may have to next month. How am I meant to symptom spot?!

Morning ladies. How are you feeling @Proudmummy88 Cramping stopped during the night. Couldn’t help myself and googled cramping at 5dpo🙈 And got very excited when it said it could be early implantation! I must stay off google!! Might do some baking to keep me off google haha. Xx

It's CD12 here and I normally ovulate CD10 but going by OPKs I still haven't ovulated??
Maybe no egg released this month? 🤷‍♀️

I'm still cramping @Bab1990 I have zero energy too and just want to sleep. This is not like me at all!! I'm hopeful but also it could just be I'm run down. How are you today?

My cycles are normally 24days, but the longest has been 26days and that hasn't happened in a long time. If it was a 26day cycle I should have had a positive OPK today?m, but it's very negative !

Got a smiley opk on clearblue on Thursday evening.

Friday night was negative

Aware of increase cm but would say it was ewcm.
Lower abdominal pain Friday night/Saturday morning so assumed that was me actually ovulating

This afternoon I now have lots of ewcm along with lower cramps.

Does this mean I am ovulating now? Or could it have been Friday night/Saturday morning.

@Michellebops my understanding is that the tests pick up your expected LH surge. Meaning you are just about to ovulate (12-36 hours I think after your smiley face) therefore the test would be neg after that because the LH surge was already detected...meaning you dtd that day and day after so that the sperm catch the egg while it is viable....as the sperm can live a few days but once the egg is released it doesn't last long at all...if that makes sense.

I agree with what Proudmummy88 said Michellebops. I would add to it that based on my reading around the internet (I know...) that it is possible for you to almost ovulate, but not, and have another LH surge where it does happen. From what I read, successful ovulation is best detected by temping (temp rising for consecutive days after a +OPK) and by your CM changing from watery/EWCM to creamy/sticky (due to the increase in progesterone post-ovulation).

So it could take a couple of days for O to happen, or it might not have happened yet if you're still getting symptoms of it. Sorry it doesn't make anything any clearer!
