Anyone out there want to join me in trying for a successful Feb?! I’m sure there are loads of us out there can can support and answer questions :)
I’m 35, TTC #2 and have been trying for 4 months or so. My Son is almost 16 months so out of that baby stage which was so much fun (although this age defo has its perks).

I’m with you Yeoooooooo I have absolutely zero patience, and unfortunately getting pregnant isn’t exactly one for the impatient types!! It’s infuriating 🤣 It’s difficult not to get obsessed

shouldntbeonhereagain · 03/02/2019 20:41

I am sooo obsessive. I did a test today (neg obvs ) and have only been off the pill 3 weeks! I keep getting it out of the bin to see if it's changed! Watching call the midwife doesn't help! Ahhh! Anyone got any tips on not obsessing?!

NU035 · 03/02/2019 20:44

I'm in!

Age: 30
TTC: Number 1
Cycle: 2

Let's hope it's our month!

Kinsella82 · 03/02/2019 20:55

Would love some tips on how to not obsess too!!
I'm on CD8 and today had a good bit of spotting with ewcm also. Never experienced this before at this time? Anyone had it? Should I be worried?

FilthyforFirth · 03/02/2019 21:05

What apps, if any, do people use to track cycles, ovulation etc? This is my week to DTD, then the horrible wait!

Good luck to all testing tomorrow. I never had spotting before with my last one, so I can't help help with that I'm afraid.

Littleelffriend · 03/02/2019 21:05

I’m ttc no 2, have been trying 2 years. Trying ovulation kits just now but totally fed up. Don’t know whether to accept one or go down the medical route for 2. I’m 37 in a few months.

FilthyforFirth · 03/02/2019 21:07

Have you/DH been checked over? I think they recommend after 12 months? Though I'm not sure if that is the same if you've had one already. Sorry, I know how frustrating it is.

SunnyL88 · 03/02/2019 22:19

Joking in too if that’s ok!

TTC #1
Cycle #11
CD #8

It’s all so stressful isn’t it? Has anyone had a bfp with high prolactin?

Jduh · 03/02/2019 22:39

@Littleelffriend Have you been to your GP?
I'm also ttc #2. Started AF today so this is beginning of cycle 17. I went to GP in November and they did blood tests (all fine) and semen analysis for DH. Turns out DH has low count and very poor motility. We are trying things to help improve it and due to go back in March for retest.

I'm like you and torn between accepting one or taking it a step further and look at going to fertility clinic.

LouzieC · 03/02/2019 22:58

shouldntbeonhereagain Getting it out the bin to see if it’s changed 😂😂😂 I do that too!

Littleelffriend · 04/02/2019 10:49

Jduh/Filthyforfirth I haven't been to the GP yet, it was so easy with the first one.
Jduh what kind of things did they suggest? x

Bluebell9 · 04/02/2019 10:58

I'm in for Feb too.

Fingers crossed for everyone.

joopy79 · 04/02/2019 11:04

Me too
Age 39
TTC #2
Cycle 1
CD 12

I concieved on CD 9 last time so frantically googling early pregnancy symptoms Blush tell me it's not just me who does this!!!

Jduh · 04/02/2019 12:15

@Littleelffriend they suggested exercise, loose boxers (apparently it has a lot more impact than people take seriously) and vitamins. We also researched that Brazil nuts are good. We also don't do the sex everyday thing because that doesn't give sperm enough time to build back up.

It took 4 months to conceive DD so this has been a big shock to the system.

lizzie198 · 04/02/2019 16:29

Can I join please?
2nd cycle TTC #1 age 30 😊

FilthyforFirth · 04/02/2019 19:08

Are people DTD everyday during their fertile week or every other as recommended? I'm not sure what to do for the best!

Jduh · 04/02/2019 20:10

@FilthyforFirth every other day here. 1. Because recommended with DH sperm count. 2. I just wouldn't have the energy for every day. Every other is stressful enough at times!

cattaxi · 04/02/2019 20:57

I’m Feeling really nauseous at about 9 dpo. But, ds just had a very loose poo. I’d much rather a baby than a bug!

LG0914 · 04/02/2019 21:37

@filthyforfirth I use the Clue app. Not sure how accurate it is for tracking ovulation but worked fine for tracking periods. We try to dtd during the fertile window that it shows, if nothing happens over the next couple of months then may try other options of tracking.

FilthyforFirth · 04/02/2019 21:41

Thanks both. Will look at the Clue app. Also too knackered to dtd everyday! Will stick to every other day for the next few months.

Making a baby isn't as fun as it should be is it?!

LouzieC · 05/02/2019 00:53

joopy79 Not just you who frantically googles symptoms! The funny thing for me is that when I conceived my first, I had ZERO symptoms and that’s how I knew I was preggers, because I had no period cramps, no backache etc, so I thought something was up. So not sure why I google every pinch and symptom 😂
Good luck to you x

Hello

Age:31
Ttc:#2
Cycle: 2
CD: 17

Using clear blue smiley ovulation test. Have had 5 days of flashing smilies but no static yet. I was getting lots of ewcm yesterday, dtd last night and will again tomorrow night. Hopefully I see LH surge soon.

My periods have been really irregular since having ds and I'm a bit worried somethings wrong.

lizzie198 · 05/02/2019 07:46

We are only starting 2nd cycle TTC #1 and haven't started temping or using OPKs and I was just wondering when people started doing that?

kaytee87 · 05/02/2019 07:54

@lizzie198 I used opks with ds1 on my second cycle and that was the cycle I got pregnant. I prefer knowing for sure when I'm fertile so I can plan dtd especially as my cycles are irregular this time.

Scottish1 · 05/02/2019 17:03

Hi ladies! Can I join?

Age 38
Ttc #2
Cycle 3
Cycle day 11

Love to see a few ‘older’ ladies on here! Gives me hope! 😂

Not testing this month as did for Jan and December and got faint lines, got my hopes up and the Af arrived 😩
Doing Smep this month, using preeseed, taking seven seas trying for a baby and just started taking Ubiquinol. Using clear blue fertility monitor too.

I’m on a time frame as hubby is 45 next month and feels he’s getting too old so I only have until May 😭

I will be devastated if I can’t get pregnant by then. My daughter is 12 from a previous relationship and my husband (been together 8 years but only got married last year) has a daughter from previous relationship too, she’s nearly 11. Wish we had decided to have a child together earlier just hope we haven’t left it too late!

Didn’t realise it would be so difficult to fall pregnant!!!!
