Hi Ladies,

Thought it would be good to start a 2019 support thread for all of us who are trying to conceive. Any one welcome, please join!
I will start:
Age: 26
TTC: baby no.1
Trying: 20 cycles with 2 chemical pregnancies
Currently: 2 ww, due on tomorrow with negative HPT's so far

Would be great to hear your stories and support each other along the way. Wishing you all baby dust☺️💐xx

I haven't used them in a few cycles @Waiting2bMum but I had a positive for 2 days one cycle, and then only once on one day the others. So I think it can vary by person and by cycle. If I don't have any joy this cycle, I'm going to order some more and try the preseed again x

@Dosmamas I use Superdrug own brand folid acid with vit D. I was using pregnacare but had a really strange cycle and got a bit worried! They're also really expensive!

@MrsP4 your LP will always stay the same. So if you ovulated later in your cycle, your AF will be later. As I understand it, your LP will only ever shift by a day (which is why they recommend testing the day after the first day of your missed period). My cycle varies between 26 -29 days depending on what day I ovulate, but my LP is always 12 days (except last month when it was 11 and I freaked out and googled it!) I think it only really changes dramatically if you're taking something that can alter your hormones Xx

I had a teary chat with DP today because I am unhappy with my job but I don't want to leave and risk losing mat pay (6 months in full pay!) and he thinks that I am too stressed with it all and over-analysing and obsessed with apps and ovulation sticks and all my "accessories" so maybe I won't tell him about the pre-seed lube I bought then

He says that kids are expensive and that 6 months pay is a drop in the ocean of what we will end up paying for them.

@PaintingOwls 6 months full pay is bloody good so I get that. If you was to start looking you can always be cheeky and ask if they would honour your current terms and conditions. No AF just yet, last cycle was 4 days late so got excited, this cycle I'm now 2 days late but don't want to get my hopes up yet x

Ahh thank you @LondonKez that's out my mind at rest, I had a positive OPK yesterday and negative today so hopefully I've done enough, my LP the last couple months since stopping the pill has been 13 days so guess I'm now officially in the TWW! 🙈 the crazy woman (ME) is back Until AF arrived and I tell myself I'm going to be calm and more relaxed next cycle 😂

Well I've got my first negative pregnancy test today post miscarriage so it feels like it's finally over for me now.
I am also ovulating already 6 days post MVA so very quickly

Have just had several positive opks but no temperature rise so think might nip off shortly and dtd I would recommended fertility friend app and taking basal temperatures to anyone TTC!

I was on the pill for the past 5 years since having my daughter, came off in October last year, had no period until Xmas, now ttc first month.

I'm 8dpo AF due on Saturday, I've had a few symptoms so far including cramps, sickness, nausea, the first week, now this week I am having cramps, feel like my boobs are huge, hungry all the time, urinating more, had some food and drink aversions, things I usually like. Took a one step test few days ago and bfn.
Just ordered some frer so testing again Thursday at 10dpo.

So AF is 2 days late so me and DH have decided to test this morning unsure if I see a second line or not. It's very faint and I don't know if I'm just wanting it so bad and willing it to be there that I don't know what I'm seeing.

Lovelies who have got faint lines before how long should we wait to test again xx

@MrsG7718 think it's 24 hours or maybe try a digital test?

@Waiting2bMum, it's so disheartening and gets you down so much. Especially when everyone around you is pregnant and managed to get there with little hassle. Just wish I knew what is going on inside my body. Do you recommend seven seas then? Xx

@LondonKez I seen to only get one positive test that's it. Yeah I'm going to use preseed again this cycle.
@PaintingOwls aww sorry to hear you feel like that. That is very good pay. Maybe it's getting to you more with TTC?

@ale2992 sorry did you mean you had a negative pregnancy test but positive ovulation test today?

@Kat9707 yeah I feel the same, it is upsetting where you hear people are falling pregnant😞I try not to be bothered by it and hope my turn will be soon. Yes I do, I tried pregnacare trying for a baby ones and they made me feel really sick and my urine was luminous green, I read the dose is to high in them so I used seven seas because my periods were anything from 40/50 days and now they are always 32 days x

I didn't post at first as I know how disheartening it can be and didn't want to upset. But here goes
1 was after the 3 min advised wait and pic the other (slightly darker) is after 5 min.

@MrsG7718 you can use frer any time😄😄so exciting for you!! And ok so far, 9 days until ovulation for fingers crossed🤞🏻🤞🏻I will start testing in about 4 days as sometimes I have ovulated earlier xx
