Hello all,

I had a quick scan through but couldn't see any active ish threads. Just wanting to get a discussion going so we can help, cast eyes over your charts and offer advice.

I started charting 3 months a go and love it, knowing that morning my period will arrive as opposed to staring at BFN certainly is less disheartening and makes me feel more in control.

We have a MMC in May trying for baby no1 and I have a D&C cycles pretty much returned to normal however now I get the most hideous painful boobs now about a week before AF which I never had before.

Anyway, my chart this month has a huge dip 5dpo and a huge spike today 6dpo, have been having what feels like UTI symptoms but doctor said all is fine. Here is a pic of my chart

13th December and I can't wait. It's going to be a welcome distraction for the 2ww!

Forgot to to my temps last couple of mornings but it's the start of a cycle so not to bothered. Xx

@littlelemur opk’s are best done between 12-6pm and don’t drink too much water beforehand. Good luck!

We are back Christmas Eve. We go on holiday most years and always come back.on Christmas Eve!! We weren't going to go this year as my due date was 9th Dec but after we had the miscarriage my DH booked it. X

Hi ladies wondered if you could help me again as I’m finding this month a bit of a minefield! I had a fever on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week so FF wouldn’t record the temps. I got a +opk and static smiley 6am on Wednesday morning and a -opk Thursday evening. From about 3-8pm yesterday I felt twinges on my left side on and off but I thought I’d already ovulated most likely on Thursday. Can you get o pains after o actually occurs? Or do you think I was ovulating? Surely this would be well beyond the 36 hour window, it would in fact have been 57 odd hours. I think FF is confused because of my fever temps around static smiley.

@chanel05 I would say you ovulated yesterday but it needs theee days of high temps before it puts the crosshairs on and finds your ovulation day x

I agree that you probably ovulated yesterday. Just keep having sex! FF will only put cross hairs on after 3 days of elevated temps xx

Thanks ladies you know your stuff because FF updated this morning and said I’d ovulated on Friday! Dtd Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so hoping that’s enough even though it wasn’t o day we dtd.

Just in case anyone is still active on this thread. I did temps up until 3 days after I ovulated and then went on holiday. The stress of going on holiday meant we didn't BD as much as we have been doing previous month's.

Whilst on holiday I had a tiny spec of pink mucus when wiping on CD11.

Long story short, was expecting my period to arrive on 23rd december, it did not .we flew home from Mexico on 28th (was previously at Bahamas but moved as it was hurrendous!) I still hadn't had a period. So did a test and BAM . Pregnant.

I finally got my BFP!

Really struggling with nausea all day, being sick at work isn't great either. Had a bit of brown spotting and because I had a silent miscarriage last year the EPU are going to give me an early scan which I am really grateful for.

I've just started temping again after miscarriage so I was looking for a post to share charts... waiting for ovulation now.

I am going to start charting this month. Two days into AF so we will see..

Charting gave me something to be in control of and I loved doing it. Knowing when AF was coming and not just waiting around wondering was such a relief. Happy to help with any charting queries you may have X X

Hi ladies,
I'm now 12dpo and due af in 3 days, I need some advice on my charting, this is my first month properly charting. I supposedly ovulated on the 23rd but also had another app telling me the 24th, either way dtd as much as possible in the time frame given. I'm not very hopeful this month because I've had no symptoms apart from slight cramps here and there ☹️ but I think that's just af getting ready. This chart is done on the Flo app but will also download FF now and start on that for next cycle if this one lets me down.
Any feedback would be great ☺️

Could anyone post a photo of their BBT chart that has been diagnosed with low progesterone please?
My FF chart has predicted ovulation as I dropped to 35.00 and had a sharp rise to 36.00 (it's hard to pin point as I've had irregular periods).... however, my temps haven't gone above 36.40 after supposed ovulation, in my predicted follicular phase I had a few high temps but most were 36 - 36.20.

I would like to attach my chart so I can get some advice but I'm a new member so have to wait 28 days before uploading pics.

Any help appreciated, I know it's tricky without a picture.

@rosiepicks my temps haven’t gone very high either, shame you can’t post a pic. I’m not very hopeful this month, it’s my first month temping but started mid cycle so unsure what my chart really means. I haven’t been diagnosed with anything but I know that my temps are normally quite low even in the middle of the day if I’ve been rushing around.

@sh84 they look good as they sit below the coverline, but as you say it's limited isn't it.
My temps in the follicular phase were a bit erratic and some even went up to 36.4!

How long have you been ttc? My thyroid and hormones have been tested and all come back OK, so I'm a little confused.

I know! It's a bit annoying with the pic thing!

@rosiepicks this is cycle 5 for me, really starting to get me down. Temp stayed at 36.3 today. I don’t see an obvious implantation dip on mine but temps have remained higher in luteal phase. I don’t think the drop on 5dpo is accurate as I took it at 5am rather than 6.30am. I felt confident that I’d covered fertile days as much as I could but looking at my chart I’m not so confident. I’ll just have to wait & see. It’s good that your tests came back good, how long have you been ttc?

Can anyone help me with my chart please, I'm now 4 days late for af but getting negatives. My bbt chart seems to be all over the place 😩

@sh84 about 7 months but charting and having a closer eye on things around 3 months. My problem is irregular periods so hard to pin point ovulation! Keep us posted on your chart.

@Sho2207 looks like you ovulated cd20? Did you get any other signs of ovulation? Also do you temp as soon as you wake up, slightest movement throws a temp. Oral temping isn't always the best for accuracy. The erratic temps are probs why FF haven't done crosslines.

@rosiepicks I don't feel like I get ovulation symptoms whatsoever so it's always so hard to tell if Ive ovulated or not 😩
Yeah in a couple of temps I didn't check until an hour after the time I normally check🤦🏻‍♀️
If af decides to turn up at all I'll start temping properly. It's my first month trying out bbt🤦🏻‍♀️😂

My chart for today. I think today’s is a bit higher than it should be, took it 6.15 but I think I briefly woke at 6am & moved a bit.

@rosiepicks Irregular cycles are frustrating, I had 1 random 25day cycle last cycle & it threw everything, I’m usually pretty regular. I guess temping at least let’s you know you have ovulated but doesn’t help with fertile window. Do you do OPKs?
