AF/BFP due: 4th December

Realitysucks try not to stress, I was extremely stressed last week and didn't get my lh surge until CD18 yesterday even I usually have 28 day cycles!

You might just be having a weird month.

I have no idea when I ovulated as I never had a clear surge on my strips however I am CD20 now and normally have 29/30 day cycles so I would assume I have ovulated. No real symptoms just feel abit achy like period type pain. Hopefully this is all our
Month x

@painting owls thanks gives me some hope! I thought I would be able to tell the difference between ovulation and pregnancy signs but no. Boobs so sore past two days, sorry TMI so convinced I’d missed the surge. DH asleep so no chance of dtd not sure if to hang on and wait for surge but if it doesnt come then wasted another month and I only have two cycles left before ivf 🤦‍♀️

Hi everyone this so where I'm currently at, didn't have most of these last month so it's all new to me, has anyone else experienced the same?
FX to everyone still waiting!

1DPO Sore/Sensitive nipples
2DPO Sore/ Sensitive nipples, thick creamy pasty CM
3DPO Sore/Sensitive nipples, dark brown spotting/CM
4DPO Nipples not as sensitive, brown CM/spotting, occasional twinge and runny nose, Sharp stabbing pain really low down.
5DPO Bloated at times, gassy. Occasional cramp/twinge, tired.
6DPO little gassy, hardly any CM, crazy dream previous night
7DPO crazy dreams previous night, feeling pressure low down
8DPO feeling a bit queasy, light headed and feel pressure low down also got s but of heartburn which I never get and I've only had a cup of tea.

Really hoping this is my month! Would be the best Christmas present ever! No idea when to test either it's only my second cycle so still new to all this.

Sounds positive!! I think you can use a first response early test at 11dpo so not long for you!!

Af due between 1st-6th dec. No symptoms😒. So looks like not preg 😔

unicornxo I'm 1DPO and wish I could test. I'm so impatient. It's a real character flaw haha

Oh I really do hope so @unicornxo just went to the shop and had ache type pains in my boobs which I've never had also I have blue veins that have suddenly appeared on my boobs no idea if that's a sign but think I'm just a really bad symptom spotter. Haha! Think I'm going to test Sunday morning, only got 1 test in so I'm not tempted to keep POAS.

@Kaye03 no not really anything yet. I started getting period type pain about 10dpo with my last two pregnancies which ended in miscarriage. But I guess every pregnancy is suppose to be different. I'm not sure if I missed this month though so I'm not feeling very hopeful anyway. Is this your first cycle?

unicornxo, no this isnt my first cycle, its my 6th cycle. Keep getting down when af shows.

Anybody here with good knowledge of OPKs and ovulation? This is my first month using them and I'm trying to decipher today's results.

I took a test this morning and the line way DARK! Unquestionably dark. It was definitely positive.

This afternoon, I took another one to see if it's still positive but it's not, it's faded. A lot!

Trying to work out why.

Option one: I've drank more this afternoon and it's simply diluted.

Option two: I have ovulated already and the LH has now left my body?

But if option two is the case, the egg will still be there, won't it? For 24h?

I've never taken OPKs before and I'm just wondering if anyone here tests and goes straight from "obviously positive" to "very faded" in a matter of 6 hours?

All this because we had a night off BDing last night & now we're kicking ourselves!!!! Would like some reassurance we're still in with a chance this month!!!!

@WildFlower2018 you might just of had a quick surge some people only have a surge for a few hours, if you have ovulated today I would DTD today and as long as you done it at some point over the last few days your covered! Sperm can live for about 5 days I believe. A friend of mine only gets her surge for about six hours that's why she had trouble conceiving she had clomid to help with ovulation

Also because of her age she wasn't ovulating every month so that was more the reason for the clomid, I think you'll be fine! Make sure ray when you first notice a positive OPK no matter how faint the second line that you do it twice a day to try and catch the surge xx

I did test twice yday as I noticed the colour changing and about 4 times today (just to work out what's going on?)

We DTD on Saturday and today so hopefully that's enough. We'll do tomorrow & weds also, just to make sure.

I've just done another test and it's much darker than the two from this afternoon but not as dark as this morning's, so I'm probably going to ovulate tomorrow, as predicted by my apps based on last period.

In fact, I use the Glow app to analyse the tests and that days this evenings line is still positive so I am probably just losing the plot and worrying over nothing! I did have several glasses of water today so I'm guessing my urine was diluted when I tested this afternoon, both times 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm not going to stress now. And I'm not going to track with OPKs next month (if I don't get a BFP of course) I just wanted to try them cus curiosity got the btter of me!! 😂😂

Haha @WildFlower2018 that's definitely what's happened then! Diluted Wee! I usually test about 10am then about 5pm. Good Luck! Xx

@unicornxo Not sure if these are symptoms but me and DH DTD last night and afterwards I had a tiny bit of dark spotting in my knickers, and I keep getting heart palpitations, like I can feel my heart beating and it feels faster than normal also had shortness of breath, I don't suffer with anxiety and I'm not stressed so don't really know what all that's about, still keep getting the odd tingle or ache pain in my boobs and pressure feeling low down. Lastly I was really irritable last night and couldn't get to sleep I'm probably reading far too much in to all this but I'm so proud of myself I'm currently 9DPO and haven't tested once, when is good to test? Was thinking Friday and I'll be 12DPO? I've got one FRER and 1 CB digital which I'm saving for when I get a positive on FRER. How are you @unicornxo anything? Xx

@MrsP4 that's exciting!!! I think it's looking positive for you.

You can test with a FRER 11dpo I think so Thursday/Friday would be fine. If you go on their website you can put your first day of last AF and it tells you when you can test.

Nothing for me yet, I think I may have missed this month though so not feeling to hopeful. I really want a BFP but after two previous MMC I know I will struggle to be excited if I did get one ☹️

@unicornxo I think I'm just a terrible symptom spotter 🙈😂 every morning I tell myself I'm not going to symptom spot today, never works!
I just went on and checked and it says I can test tomorrow but gonna hold out until Friday! Don't know where I've got my willpower from this month! I read my horoscope yesterday and it said something about getting fat so I was like 😍 haha thinking No it probably means I just need to stop eating and get back to the gym, it also said pregnancy news will make you happy or sad which was definitely true as one of my best friends told me she was pregnant last week and I'm so happy for her but sad because I want it so much. See what I mean I'm crazy! Please send help! Is it just me?! I google stuff and don't know what I'm expecting I'm sure I'm just waiting for google to be like yes your pregnant! 🙈
