@Funkyemzie yes I've not had it at all today so I'm happy that it's gone it was really uncomfortable! Currently 5DPO and I'm feeling less and less positive about this month, not even tempted to test just gonna wait for AF to arrive think I just don't want to get my hopes up to be devastated.

Can anyone give me any guidance please? I've been temping for a while but don't think it's accurate really as I said, I don't hear a beep after 5 mins so give up and just record it. Does this chart mean anything? I think I might need to buy a new thermometer. I'm hoping I ovulated when the P+ So fingers crossed I get my period next week or so as I came off the pill kid September and no period since then

@Pastaallday I think that graph looks right, especially if that's when you got the positive OPKs. Your temps are quite high though - my temps AFTER ovulation are maximum about 36.3. Don't know if that's just me, but it maybe suggests your thermometer is wrong. Tbh it doesn't matter if the number is wrong, as long as you can see the biphasic pattern!

@mussie this is my first time ever temping. What does biphasic pattern mean and do I have it? I'm not sure what I'm looking for. I'm going to buy another one to try as not sure mine is completely accurate -i give up after 5 mins and hope for the best!

@Pastaallday It just means two phases to your temperatures - a low phase and then a high phase. Which you definitely have! Would be more definite if you had a few more temps in the low phase, to make it look more obvious, but you can still see the jump so it's there

Still no positive OPK but I got EWCM today and cried with relief as it's CD18 today and I thought I'd just not ovulated this month.

How's everyone doing? I'm 11dpo I think and I couldn't help but test this morning and there was a BFN.
I have zero symptoms apart from being really friggin tired and a couple of belting spots on my face.
I keep thinking telling myself it isn't the end of the world if I'm not pregnant this month as we are taking Christmas off as there is so much going on. But I definitely realllllly want it.
I'm keeping all my fingers and toes crossed for you all!

@paintingowls don't panic I normally don't ovulate until cd18/19/20

@Whowouldhavethoughtit I'm yet to ovulate, due to ovulate on Monday/Tuesday but I am so impatient atm that I'm sure you could talk me in to testing somehow 🤣🤣. I wonder if anyone has ever tested at -2 days PO 🤣🤣 just kidding of course.

I'm two days late. Still BFN, few streaks of blood on wiping today so I know it's coming. Kinda just want AF to show so I can calculate next month 😂

So day 14 still no LH 🤦‍♀️ Stressing now ! 😭😭😭

Can I join? Ttc no. 1, this will be my cycle no. 4. AF arrived yesterday and really hit me hard, I'd managed to convince myself November would be my month. I don't think of myself as an optimist and never expected it would be so hard to keep expectations low!

@RealitySucks. When do you normally ovulate? I'm a long cycler so used to not ovulating until cd19ish. Just keep dtd when you can ready for the surge!

Hi I'm on a few of these threads so feel like I'm repeating myself sorry! I've got my AF today but I am happy about it as it's my first one since stopping the pill in September! I'm hoping this now less I can properly get down to tracking my cycles. I got a strong positive OPK exactly 2 weeks ago. I'm hoping that means I ovulated? So do I start tracking CD1 from today? When would you suggest I start OPK again? Really hope my next cycle isn't 70 days!!!

@veeboo since stopping contraception in sept it’s been more regular 26-28 days. Af due in ten days apparently but I have had months where cycle has been 41 !

I feel your frustration @Realitysucks. My cycles have been 29-33 apart from last month which was 59!! It is frustrating but doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong. Although they are expensive, clear blue digital opks help my sanity as they are easier to interpret. We also struggle with dtd every other day so they have helped with timing that too.

@RealitySucks if you're only a few months off contraception your body is still working itself out.

@veeboo yes am using opk clear blue. Was hoping for it to happen by end of year as ivf starts in jan cycle. Am in two minds as to whether to start now or wait a full 6 months. DH back now but hung over from work weekends not sure he’s going to mange dtd tonight 🤣🤣🤣

BFP due 30/11 ish - my cycles vary from 33-36 ish days. So can't ever really be sure when what's going on.

Been having loads of cramping since OD and also very very sore boobs which I do usually get but it feels longer for some reason. Headaches too but only some days. Don't want to symptom spot but TWW is a killer isn't it!!!
I tried using OPKs but didn't get one +ve and I'm sure they are dudds (eBay cheapies) cos I roughly know when I think I ovulated (though my temp app says otherwise it changed my OD by a week earlier but I don't think it's right as my temps have always been here there and every where so doesn't look very accurate)

@Pastaallday when was your last AF? You should track day 1 from the first day of AF. (Sorry if I've misunderstood your question)

@MrsLBear I absent had an AF, this is my first one since stopping the pill so I'm guessing I start counting from today? It's not that heavy at the moment as it's day 1 but so I still start counting from today?

Haven't * not absent! So really this is my first 'real period in around 17 years!
