Anyone else starting the two week wait?

We dtd Monday morning and now the two week wait. Not that hopeful as I feel I was one day too late. But it was during the 48 window of the static smile face. Second day though. Anyone else just about to start or at the beginning of the 2 week wait? How are you keeping busy?

I enjoy my wine, so its difficult for me to stop, unless of course I have a reason like I am pregnant! I am slightly tempted to hold it off so I can celebrate xmas properly and we are going skiing, so obviously if I am pregnant, I would not be skiing. But I will go ahead and try as I don't want to wait longer.

Guys, I'm so confused... apart from the smallest spot of blood when I wiped this morning, still no AF! How long do you think I should leave it before testing again? Give AF another couple of days to show up?
I never usually have spotting except a few hours before AF shows, so not sure if it's normal for it to take so long to eventually turn to full on period (Can you tell I'm desperate and grasping haha)

@starkid me too but my body did this to me last month for three days before period finally started. I was so up and down as kept thinking I had a chance. Hope af comes quick this month

@starkid give it a couple if days and hopefully you will know either way. I had implantation bleeding with my first 2 kids but not with last miscarriage pregnancy. Was just a bit if spotting about 3 days before period was due.

I'm not a huge drinker but we are visiting family the week before Xmas and it would look very odd if I didn't have fizz. Will just have to wait and see I suppose.

Annoyingly when ttc this spotting seems to happen to more people and confuse us more! In the past I’ve had such ultra light spotting I was convinced it must be implantation until finally after 4 days my period showed. I was so annoyed. So now I know better. But at least my body isn’t okay tricks on my like last time! This time it’s increased more after a day so I’m not left wondering!

Yeah I'd prefer it to just hit me full on than dilly dally with it! I'm giving it til Saturday...

I took another frer - I'm beginning to wonder if they have done something to their sticks so an indent will show when not pregnant so for people like me who test early get obsessed and keep testing...

Onemorewish that line looks like it has colour in it despite being faint! I'd take that as a positive! I did a frer tonight as postie brought 2 this afternoon and it was 100% negative.

@Easterbuns1 I would really love to believe it but this happened last month ... I'm so annoyed at myself for testing but keep looking at the stick and then thinking of spotting this morning...

it's bloody hard not to test early, I take my hat off to folk who can relax and just wait until they are late! keeping absolutely everything crossed for you. Do you have more frer in the house to check if line darkens over next few days?

I definitely see something in that recent pic! But like you said, hard to know if it’s a faint line or indent. I too wonder if they have changed the tests to make them more tricky. But then, I would not know as my last two I never had the guessing game as tests were positive. It is only now for the third I’m taking tests before my af is due, which is silly as it just drives me mad!

I've found this time trying for #dc2every frer I've tried I can make out a line ( though sometimes angling or squinting helps) but for dc1 I clearly remember it being bright white and no detection of second line at all.

I have of course caved and took another test ( no point having them in the house I'm useless)

It shows the same line as second test I did last night.

If it wasn't for having these in past months or the bit of spotting last month I would convince myself I was pregnant.

Hey go just need to wait it out I suppose. This is not like the movies - darn all those women in the movies they must be the type who wait for their missed af lol

Me! DH working away today and tomorrow though and I got my solid smiley clear blue today 😩 hoping for a bit of luck

I've been having to at the crack of dawn to pee the last 2 days, trying not to clutch at straws with the symptom spotting but I was like that last time too. Monday can't come quick enough!

I'm out. AF arrived yesterday. Boobs are still fecking sore though so pretty pissed off my most misleading symptom is persisting even DURING my period (usually everything dies down once the witch is here). Oh well. Onto cycle 5! Good luck anyone still waiting for a BFP!

I think I’m also out, another BFN and spitting and cramping this morning to signal af is on its way. I’m totally overly emotional it’s taking all my effort not to cry, I didn’t think I’d be this upset but I honestly thought I would just fall quickly again after my miscarriage. It sucks.

So sorry Easterbuns, that sounds really tough. Fingers crossed it happens for you soon.
