thought since a lot of people are on multiple ttc threads we should combine our cycle details so theres less confusion iykwim

Well.....waited two days and tested - this time with Clear Blue digital and.........it came up with Pregant!!!!!!!! I'm so excited and so nervous at the same time. I think my cycle must definitely have lengthened this month weirdly so doing the tests last week and early this week didn't work. I just knew something wasn't right!!! Dp thinks I'm mad and obssessed!!! I'm going to do another one in the morning but I'm assuming that once you've got a positive it doesn't matter how many you do? Anyone had a negative with the second test?

Lissie...I think you have something there...I got stronger & stronger lines the further along I tested with dd...

Lissie - thanks for the explanation re chemical pregnancy. Had heard the expression but didn't know what it was.

Did another test this morning and it's still there. I was quite scared it was going to have gone!!! It does defo get stronger the later you leave it. I did a test on wed eve and for the briefest of seconds it almost went positive and then went neg. So excited. Dp is a bit shellschocked - now having to explain the birds and bees again to him!!!! So I guess I have to leave now - not that I've done a lot except babble!!!!

I will be keeping my fingers crossed for everyone, especially those of you looking for results this weekend x

well, gave in and tested this morning with a predictor test, and bfn

still dont feel right tho. so angry with myself right now

well, just made hsg appt at the hospital. told them my period started today, so a little white lie...

Oh Lissie, that's a shame. But, as CT10 said, don't be so hard on yourself. Do you think you got a BNF cos you tested early - will you test again in a couple of days? And what is HSG please?

here's an explanation of a hsg. got backache so think af is on her way now tbh. just really disappointed.

All is not lost is it Lissie? Maybe hcg levels are just not high enough yet if Af is only due tomorrow.

I did another test this morning - BFN, but I feel pregnant. Boobs big and a getting sharp pains through them and I have lost weight even though I have been stuffing my face (this happened with last PG because metabolism goes up during pregnancy - that's my bad science opinion anyway!) I am not so worried about it now anyway. What will be will be. There's always next month.

Is doing four tests in one weeks some sort of record?

Question: I'm getting some of that funny CM again today, thick but not stringy - like it's got bits of fluff in it. Any ideas, ladies?

Actually I think the bits of fluff were from my knickers

I have got really thick CM though, maybe EWCM - I don't trust myself to recognise it now cos I haven't been right about OV once yet.

nh101 - I've had a lot of that this week and I seem to remember getting it last time too. I had 6 BFN's before I got the positive this week I think unless your cycle is spot on month after month it's really difficult to predict when you should be testing.

lissie - it is really hard - the signs at the beginning are so similar for either it;s really frustrating. You;re not due until tomorrow though are you. Do you think you could hang on till sunday if there's been no sign of af to test again?

AF here for me so CD1 yet again. Had a feeling that I may have conceived again but it all fizzled out (starving hungry and sicky for a few days). So frustrating

Well it's CD11 for me and we should be getting down to some serious BDing but we're off to my folks for the weekend and I'm a bit worried we are coming down with some gastro bug. DH was sick this morning which is really unusual for him, so I doubt I'll get any action from him tonight (I hope this wasn't his plan, I think I wore him out last month!)
