Morning ladies!! Also fallen off the October bus... sigh!! Was so sure it was our month. Going for a full suite of fertility tests with DH next week so hoping it will either pinpoint our issue or make me chill the hell out about this whole thing. I am such a control freak about everything else in my life - can't stand the lack of power I have to make this happen!!

Anyway:

TTC #1
Cycle #6
BFP/AF 8 Nov

Wishing lots of luck and babydust to you all. Sounds like an exciting month for some, and hopefully lucky for all!!

Mamabooksbabynumber2 · 13/10/2017 16:11

Jumping on the bus. waves to everyone

Now on cycle 9 and feel like I've partly given up. Here are my stats:

Cycle 9
Ttc 2

Currently on CD 7 and approaching fw. Such a rollercoaster and I really thought we'd cracked it last month. Hopefully we will all get our bfps soon xx

Mamabooksbabynumber2 · 13/10/2017 16:12

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage bluespotty. I remember you from a fee buses back xx

BlueeSpottyTiger · 13/10/2017 16:56

Hey mama yes i remember you too.
Shame we are still here ttc. Lots of Luck that this is our month 💖 xx

loobylou124 · 14/10/2017 19:34

So I came clean to my mum the other day about the fact that we're trying. Turns out that it actually took her a few months to conceive both me and my siblings, and my whole life I've been thinking she got knocked up first go each time! Apparently when she used to say 'i never had any trouble' she meant she was average, not some one-shot-wonder fertility goddess!

peterpanwendy · 15/10/2017 07:26

Hi all, my first month! AF due 5th Nov. Is anyone testing this month or best to wait till after?

DaenerysismyQueen · 15/10/2017 08:48

Joining the November bus, been following threads for about a month.
Had my withdrawal bleed on 17th September after coming of bc for 7 and a half years. AF has arrived today, I’m surprised it come so soon wasn’t quite sure what to expect.

Hello new ladies :)
DaenerysismyQueen haha i thought of it like that when i got af the other day! :)
Hopefully it actually is! Cd 5 here now, started dtd last night following the smep(sperm meets egg plan) will start opks on cd 9!

Caimor23 · 15/10/2017 16:58

Hi all!

AF came right on time this month, so it looks like I'm off the October bus, straight onto the November.

A bit about me:

Age: 27
TTC #1
Cycle #3
BFP due: 9th November

Bit disappointed as I'm going home for the holidays (I'm from the US) and was hoping to surprise my parents with the news in person. Looks like it might not be happening now unless third times the charm! Here's hoping it's lucky for us all :)

Anyone else struggling not to symptom spot / feeling disappointed when AF shows?

BandhaAid · 15/10/2017 17:16

Hi all, I'm on cd11 and am about to start TTC.

Age 32

PabloEscobarlo · 15/10/2017 21:24

Can I join?
Ttc #2
Cycle 3
Opk due: 21/10
Af due: 4/11

Really trying to relax this month, am considering not doing opk and just temping and dtd every day as dp got wind last month and then couldn’t perform due to pressure

Good luck everyone

InfinityPlus · 16/10/2017 17:14

Hi All,

I’m joining this bus too.

First month TTC since ectopic in July this year
DPO 3/4 (consultant and I saw ovulation about to happen in scan last week - eek!)
Experiencing right sided cramping all day
I know it’s far too soon that have pregnancy symptoms
Nervous of another ectopic.

MamOfFrankie · 16/10/2017 19:32

Thought I would jump on the bus after a brief hiatus from MN.

Age 27
TTC #2
Cycle #3
AF due 5th November.

Fx for this month as fertile period falls straight over half term, so I actually have some time and head space to DTD and enjoy it!

peterpanwendy · 16/10/2017 20:21

How does everyone stay so calm?! I’m in my first month (testing 5th Nov) and I can’t stop thinking about it. Trying not to get too excited but listening out for any symptoms even though I know it’s way too soon!

InfinityPlus · 16/10/2017 21:17

@peterpanwendy I’m not managing to stay calm at all. My web browser history is full of symptom spotting searches and I’ve just had a total meltdown at my OH. 11 days to before either a FRER or signs of AF. Argh!! 🙈🙊

peterpanwendy · 16/10/2017 21:50

@InfinityPlus what’s a FRER? I’m new to the acronyms! I’m glad I’m not the only one. Wandered around the baby clothes section of John Lewis today, it’s so hard not to get excited.

InfinityPlus · 16/10/2017 22:14

@peterpanwendy FRER is First Response Early Response pregnancy test. You’ll get used to the acronyms. I totally understand the wandering around the baby department!

tiddledpink · 17/10/2017 18:15

Hi ladies.

Thought I'd come and pull up a seat on the November bus now that AF has well and truly rocked up.

peterpanwendy · 17/10/2017 19:56

@InfinityPlus oh thank you, I bought that kind of test! Do you think that will be reliable on the first day of potential AF?

InfinityPlus · 17/10/2017 20:51

@peterpanwendy The one and only time I’ve used a FRER I used it 6 days before af was due and I got a definite bfp. But what I’ve learnt is everyone is different and every pregnancy is different. I think if you can hold out until af is due or after then do so. But who am I kidding, if I got symptoms that I could even partly rely on I’d be poas (peeing in a stick), regardless of when af was due. The tww really sucks and messes with your head imo. Good luck and keep us posted.

Cycle?
AF due 30th

Hi everyone this is my first ever post!
We've been uncareful for about a year and 'tracking' for about 6 months so not sure what cycle i fall on! Felt really dizzy and sick in Sept but bfn so had some bloods done (inc progesterone day 21) which have shown abnormal thyroid and iodine levels. Seeing the gp is 3rd Nov to discuss. I'm really regular and get positive opk results pretty much to the expected day (I use the clue app) and make sure we dtd at least a couple of times in the 5 days before ovulation but nothing yet Confused so here I am!

peterpanwendy · 17/10/2017 21:43

@InfinityPlus ooh that early? I will see if I can hold out, Nov 1st will roll around and we’ll see (banking on significant symptoms) if I can be as level headed as now haha! Good luck to you x

Foreverretro · 18/10/2017 10:11

Just got my first period since having my mirena coil out on 4th September - I don't think I've ever been as happy to get a period in my life! Things are working!! (Hopefully...)

Age: 32
