Lose 10 pounds in 7 weeks - anyone like to join me?

Hello we did a thread a bit like this last year and it worked well so I thought I'd try it again.

I have a wedding to go to in 7 weeks and I'd like to lose 10 pounds. I'm going to follow a low fat diet and do more exercise.

I'll post my losses (and any gains) on a Weds morning.

Come and help me!

CookieMomster - yep I need the further encouragement of a new thread, I need to keep going or I will just undo the work that I have done.!

Lost 5 1/2 pounds since this thread started and have got to target minus 1 pound.
Total loss....15 pounds....probably wouldn;t have been faffed without this thread though....HURRAH for us....loses big and small are still loses I say.

I put on a flaming lb this week. Tut. DH thinks our scales are unreliable, which is very sweet of him.

I am going away from early next week for a bit, and so won't be able to post my weights. There is no way I am leaving Mumsnet in the history of my mother in law's computer - can you imagine the can of worms that might unleash!! It's best that she doesn't know we are ttc, otherwise I will never get a minutes peace.

My AF is due at the end next week......same time as my DSs birthday ....just to rub it in a bit hey???

I start my jabs on CD2...so hopefully a normal AF so I can just get on with it again.

I'm having a super dose this month so watch out for the bfp announcement of quads!!!!!!

When is your appointment?

Had 2 appointments so far. First one last Monday was pretty uneventful. This week, I was scanned to make sure the pregnancy was in the right place so that I could be given my meds as they would have been dangerous if ectopic. I was only 5+2 so only saw sac and yolk in right place and am getting re-scanned on 5/6 to check viability. I was also taught how to inject my meds (ouch!) and am doing ok on those. Have to go back weekly for blood tests, all a bit of a roller coaster!

You will be an expert at injecting after a week or two.
I just jab 'em in and go now!!!!!!
