So yet again, af has got me. Brown spotting this morning after a cycle where I was actually genuinely convinced I'd done it this time. Oh well.

Only on month 5 of actively trying. I'm ttc no2. I'm awaiting a referral for a hospital appointment to investigate scarring in my uterus so every month that goes by without a pregnancy, the more I can't deny that there's obviously something wrong (I've conceived twice, both just after a missed pill so 5 months is long in comparison!)

Just thought I'd say hi and hope THIS might be our month and we have a chance at a baby in 2018 instead :)

I am getting very stabby pains kinda near my left ovary. It's making me feel worried, 6dpo! Xx

How is your temp looking blue? sally we are! I've just went and had a look at mine... wtf it's about three times the size as my right one!

@BlueeSpottyTiger could be tubes pushing the egg? If it's a really sharp pain and it gets worse, I would go to GP to exclude tube pregnancy

They aren't really painful i can just notice them especially when dd is sat on me feeding, i say stabby.. its like twingey/pokey 🤔

Can I ask, and I feel a bit silly, but what's a chemical pregnancy?

@MrsHandles it's when an egg is fertilized by the sperm but won't develop and gets out with af. Apparently a very common thing that passes most of the time unnoticed. It's called chemical because the only way to detect this is Hcg test. Body scans the zygote and basically decides it's not good enough.. could be because of many reasons, defective egg, spermatozoid or error in exchanging DNA, endometrium not being thick enough. I see it as a positive thing, at least we know that the egg was there and spermatozoid did the job! The rest is easy to fix

More pink spotting today 😫. Tests were darker this morning but it's still so worrrying. I was reassured when I got a positive on a digital but this spotting panics me.

@Waitingonasmile spotting could be an absolutely normal thing.. my mum had it and though it was her AF when she had me.. so realized she's pregnant when had 12 ww.

I am roughly 5dpo today and so bored of the waiting 😂 Boobs are still a little tender but not as bad as previous months feeling less and less hopeful as the days go on and even counting down to next fw so if I'm out this month I have mentally prepared myself for the blow! X

waiting - try not to worry. I bled throughout my first trimester with DD. Everything from spotting to heavy clots. In fact I also thought I'd had a period and got very drunk when I was 5weeks pregnant!! Bleeding in early pregnancy is remarkably common.

Thank you viletta and boatrace . Tested this morning and there is progression so fingers crossed. Just dreading going to the toilet and seeing more pink or for red blood to start.

CD13 here and a v strong positive opk this morning. Always at really inconvenient times though - PIL are staying the nigh tonight argh awkward! Dtd last night but really need to dtd tonight and tomorrow to catch the egg. Blasted PIL I will have to persuade dh to dtd anyway just really quietly haha!

I've just retested and there's a super faint line like the last pictures but nothing significant or stronger.

I think they are just a bad batch of tests. They are 15miu (I think) and I'm only 11dpo so I'm not out yet 🤞🏻

14 dp(suspected)o. According to my app, af due tomorrow! Anxious to test, will wait til tomorrow and see what happens.

waiting i too had 3 pretty heavy bleeds with dd the first one i had at 9 weeks was so heavy the epu thought i had miscarried... until my scan showed a wriggly bean. I then had 2 more bleeds every 4 weeks (ish) when af would have been due.
Its so scary and stressful though xx
