Another month, another period. I was due af yesterday but had no sign but today I've had brown tinged cm so she'll be here tomorrow.

Persisting / worsening symptoms at 10DPO is a pretty good indicator as progesterone will have started to drop by then if implantation hasn't happened.

Question: I'm very out of touch. What's the earliest dpo that could potentially give a bfp?

I was seeing her because I have chronic migraines and my doctor recommended I give it a try. Luckily the one I picked specialises in hormonal disorders in women including hormonal migraines.

I only had about 7 sessions in total I think as she herself has just had a baby. My last session was at CD10 on this cycle and I think I would have ovulated not too long after that based on cramping and a ClearBlue digital putting me at 2-3 weeks.

I can't wait to tell her next time I have a session with her! Honestly, I can't recommend it enough - even if it's just for the relaxation during the sessions, it's blissful.

It gives stats for how likely it is to get a positive test for each DPO. I would say 10DPO is the earliest reasonable time as only about 30% of pregnant women will get a negative test. However I'm a big advocate for waiting until 14DPO, nothing like a nice strong line and no doubting the result.

So posted last night. Cd 29 today and trying not to test due to such irregular cycles.
BUT.... just did a clear blue and got a BFP 2-3 weeks!!!!!!
Been checking my hr today too and getting super suspicious as earlier post suggest it goes up. This is mine for last month. I think of was at very beginning of month. So if any of u have Fitbit then u might find that useful

I am currently 9dpo and trying to hold out until Wednesday before testing. This strange taste in my mouth is still persisting and very annoying! Also having some cramps over the last couple of days. Trying not to get my hopes up but fx!
