Yes creamy like lotion cm and a high soft cervix is supposidly a sign.... But I'm trying not to symptom spot.. HAHAHA! Like we all are ;)

First TTC this month. AF due next Tue but I have been feeling uncharacteristically nauseous all week so I am going to try testing tomorrow. May be too early but it's been a really shitty week and I am relaxed if it's not happening.

Gosh I hate the 2WW! I am trying so hard to be relaxed but symptom spotting is a nightmare!! I have cramping, diarrhoea (sorry TMI!) and quite puffy and sore boobs! Also exhausted!! I'm 6DPO and going a bit nuts!!!

Addicted I hope we all get BFPs and get to join that group! What a tough time you have had X

dejected I flunked out on the pregnancy test. The control window didn't change so I have no flipping idea. I thought I did it as instructed which is a pain.

I'm trying not to symptom spot as I've still got another 9 days before I can test. What makes it worse is that I'm actually a late tester (I get a very faint 2nd line, that you have to squint to see, a day or two past AF due date and have never been able to test early). The biggest symptom is the excessive cm like the ewcm you get when ovulating only it's a little less clear and sticky and a little more creamy in colour and consistency (sorry if that's tmi). I've also got the gentle tummy cramps that I usually get when pregnant, sort of like pre AF but more crampy and achy than actual AF pain. Fx for that extra line in 1-2 weeks time.

Have we got two BFPs in the group now? That's so exciting. I can't wait to see more in the group.

Just curious, does anyone know each other from previous threads or are we all new to this one?

I'm 7 dpo today, not symptom spotting much but I did have a really vivid dream/nightmare last night/this morning which I don't often get but used to get when pg with dd and ds. Plenty of cervical fluid, not sure if massively more than normal, but I think a bit more. I did feel sick earlier today but I do get that with anxiety sometimes. And I'm tired as fuck, but then I always am so that doesn't help much. I'm taking folic acid just in case though.

I suppose if I was 48:52 either way (a la Brexit referendum), I think I'd probably guess a smidgeon more on the side of pregnant. I'll test on Tuesday at 10 dpo.

What would everyone else guess for themselves, before you test, pg or not this month? And is anyone more convinced than me that they are or aren't? (I'm pretty 50:50 right now).

I don't know anyone, I'm new around these parts! I usually post in chat or AIBU (or whatever's in active threads).

FeckArse I and the same as you 6 or 7DPO. Although I'm major symptom spotting! I try so hard not to get too deep into obsession but I just feel like. Have so many symptoms!! Cramps, few lightening type pains, creamy (ugh!) CM and sore-ish boobs. But I need to keep reminding myself that pre period symptoms are the same as PG symptoms!! I need to CHILL!!!!!!! I'm only on my 2nd cycle. But I'm kind of 60/40 that I am!!!!!!!

It's nice to have a small group without hundreds of regulars tbh. The thread I was on when ttc DD moved so fast that we had a new thread every 5-6 days and I just couldn't keep up so this is perfect!

I'd say I'm fairly confident I'm pregnant based on all my symptoms but then I'm trying to tell myself that this is all just left over symptoms from the twins I've just lost. I think you spend all your time trying to find symptoms but when you actually find them you try to convince yourself it's a sign AF is coming or whatever as you don't want to get your hopes up!! The time between ovulation and AF coming is torturous!! You get AF and are a bit disappointed but once you get past that you're ok because you can relax and drink again (if you drink alcohol) and eat what you want, do what you want etc etc. Then ovulation comes and you focus your mind on bonking like rabbits but not too much incase you lower the sperm quality.....strictly no hand jobs or tight undies during this time!! Lol Then comes that dreaded 2ww.....absolute hell on earth!!! You symptom spot like crazy and see pregnant women everywhere you go.....you're convinced there's never been so many pregnant women about and everyone you know seems to be announcing their great news....and even though it's been a torturous 2 weeks it's over with either an amazingly beautiful second line on a stick or the dreaded, evil AF!! I hope this marks the end of AF for 9 months for everyone.....sending sparkly sticky baby dust.

I agree addicted. I can't keep up with the long threads I get lost and confused. I love reading about people's journeys though, it's incredible how unique everyone is.

CD24 for me and a usual cycle length is between 28 and 31 days. AF due on the 18th and wer off to Disney on the 21st so would be great to know either way before we go. I'm pretty 50:50 mrsdarling and feck. Boobs are fine, but lots of weird cramping. Twinge type pains on my left side, lots of creamy lotion like cm. Can smell everything, heaved over the smell of the dishwasher yesterday! Weeing lots and craving foods. (Never had any cravings in past pregnancies)
But this was our first month ttc within that fertile window. Didn't dtd much over that time though so I'm doubtful. Time will tell. Good luck to all testing soon, fx! X

Thanks for the encouragement, guys. I was going to retest but AF arrived (slightly earlier than I expected but pretty definitively) so this month is a bust. This was my first try though so I'm not too disappointed.

Sorry to hear af has struck again!

I'm now 10dpo, af due on Friday. Really want to know either way as I'm on holiday with a group of friends, with lots of alcohol and a hot tub!

What do you all do in the 2ww - abstain from everything in case you are pregnant or assume you are not until you know otherwise?

The dreaded 2WW!
After 3 months of completely buggering up the OPK testing, I finally got it right this month and got my first positive on CD25. Now on CD27 and wishing the next 10 days away while hoping I can hold out that long before taking a sneaky test!

Gorilla you are so good - I'm 9dpo tomorrow and I'm wondering whether I can resist having a sneaky test with FMU, or wait til Tuesday to be 10dpo! I'd have sooo tested already if I were you.

It's looking positive for lots of us I think. I know we bd at exactly the right time of the month. I think it's either it will happen this month or not at all because it was very much a spur of the moment drunk decision to have one last go this month. Heart made the decision - next month and from then on I will be sober using my head! For that reason gorilla I'm avoiding alcohol, ibuprofen and anything else I'd avoid in pregnancy and taking folic acid until af arrives (or not, as the case may be), but I totally would not judge anyone for doing the opposite and just acting normal while trying month in, month out (although tbh, I would just take folic acid all the time because it's really important - and easy to do).

I had a dream about being pg last night, was feeling sick last night too but have been ok all day today. AAAAAAAaaaargh! I'll know one way or another in a few days. I'll see if I can resist the test first thing tomorrow.

I was tempted this morning but with my last two pregnancies I got negatives until quite late on so think testing probably won't help me much until the weekend! I did pack 6 frers and two digitals as we are away until Sunday!

Currently having a gin and tonic with no gin in it, will take each day as it comes re booze I think

Last night I was feeling sick again, and I've started to feel my womb go a bit hard (could be pre-menstrual though). And I've had restless legs for a few nights. So I decided to test this morning. I peed on the thing, waited a couple of minutes (the test says wait 5), then my cat was making a weird noise (turns out he had a bird in his mouth) so I looked down at the test and I saw a very faint positive. I sorted out the cat (bird was fine), then went back to have another look at my positive test - and the fucking thing is negative!

Oh well, only 9dpo today so I knew testing wouldn't help too much anyway. To do list today: Buy another test!

I caved this morn and tested but of course BFN hoping it's just too early. The last 3 days I've had very tender bbs and so so tired! bbs don't seem as painful today though. Xx

I got a BFN this morning too, but AF not due til Friday so I'm not surprised!! I have so many tests, I went a bit overboard with an Amazon order so figure it can't hurt to test every day....
