Hi all

I thought I'd start the June bus as I'm getting impatient!

I'm 31 (for a bit longer anyway), TTC#1. DH and I agreed to start TTC in May, but won't be ovulating till about the 24th. ETD 8th June! Feeling terrified and excited at the same time.

Join me if you will! Smile

According to ovia my fertility score is 3.5 and I'm in my fw tomorrow... which is our wedding anniversary so will prob be dtd quite a bit anyway Grin

This is my first cycle ttc and I feel like dh thinks it's a given that I'll get preg because with our first we knew nothing about ttc and got preg first go before an actual period. I keep telling him that we were just lucky but he keeps going on about getting preg now so that we can still go on our 2 booked holidays and that a February baby would be OK. He's doing my head in now and it sounds stupid but I feel like my womb is under so much pressure to perform Confused
Fingers crossed for all those of you that are testing.
Ovia says my testing day is 16th June i think but I wouldn't test unless I have missed period I don't think.

Hi laura - welcome to the crazy symptom spotting bus Grin

Your symptoms sound promising!!

I'm 7dpo and for the first few days I had really wet, watery CM, then it went to a more transparent sticky consistency, then it went thick and creamy and today it's back to being transparent again Confused

SophieBear13 · 29/05/2016 21:12

So AF has returned in full force so whatever was going on earlier is over! Glad in a way because now once AF is over we can begin again!

Laura05 · 29/05/2016 21:28

Thanks Writer.
It's my first cycle ttc #3. I fell pregnant with DD first cycle after coming off the pill (dh was gutted as he thought trying for a baby would take ages and he wanted an excuse to DD at every opportunity Blush ) The only symptom I had with her before bfp was aching boobs.
DS I had no symptoms what so ever before bfp! We were very much if it happens it happens and so it was only because my af was 6weeks late (totally didn't notice!) that I tested.
So this is my first time symptom spotting and I can tell I'll be quickly turning into a loon haha!

BertieBotts · 29/05/2016 21:56

Yay Hiding we have the same test date.

I generally ignore Ovia and use it as a guide. I read an article which said Kindara is better but I like that Ovia gives me random articles to read and stuff like that. I used the Ovia pregnancy app briefly before I mc and it was the best one. That was exciting in itself because I didn't even have a smartphone when DS was born, let alone apps for pregnancy etc! That makes it sound like it was ages ago but it was only eight years Confused

Hello, I am new to all this bus stuff and new to TTC! Going to throw caution to the wind next month. Exciting and a bit scary! Am I meant to put any other info on here when I hop on the bus?

TheImprobableGirl · 30/05/2016 07:27

Hopping on :)
Cycle #1 after coming off pill. No idea AF! Need to start DTD at all more...
TTC #3

TheImprobableGirl · 30/05/2016 07:36

Oh and EDT..... I expect 20.06? Give or take

Writerwannabe83 · 30/05/2016 08:06

thepartyartist

You just need to include your age, how many cycles you've been trying to get pregnant and what cycle day you are currently on.

And will it be your first baby?

Sunshineface123 · 30/05/2016 08:47

Where on ovia does it tell you when to test? Seen a few people mention it on here but can't find it anywhere! Thank you! X

TTC .#2

I'm after some hand holding please - this is kind of ridiculous but my granny died last week and we got up to see her in time so I was thinking of I'm pregnant this month then she would have "met" her great grandchild - will be extra gutted if I'm not Sad

Writerwannabe83 · 30/05/2016 10:22

So sorry to hear that frog Flowers

When me and DH had just found out I was pregnant with DS his grandma took very ill and whilst we were at the hospital bed he told her that I was pregnant but that it was a secret. I was only about 7 weeks but he wanted her to know just in case she passed away before we made the news public. She was so happy and it was a really nice moment between her and DH. I really hope you do find out you're pregnant this month Flowers

Well all my cramps have stopped and there has been nothing that looks like it could be implantation bleeding today either so I think I may have got away with myself yesterday Sad

MrsGsnow18 · 30/05/2016 10:50

frog I'm sorry to hear about your Grandmother. Hope things work out for you this month!
Surely implantation bleeding would only last a day or two writer?
I am supposed to be in FW, but no CM at all Confused I'm actually driving myself crazy!

wispaxmas · 30/05/2016 10:55

Yeah, an IB would only last a few hours to a couple days potentially!

Writerwannabe83 · 30/05/2016 11:07

My experience of what I thought might be IB was that I had two wees in the space of 5 hours and after each one there were flecks of what looked like brown/orange blood on the tissue paper.

It wasn't what I would describe as an active bleed and when I hear others talk about IBs they describe needing to use panty liners or mistaking it for their period and mine was nothing like either of those scenarios.

Writerwannabe83 · 30/05/2016 11:12

MrsG - on my previous cycles, and also this one, I only had about two episodes of EWCM appearing over the course of 1-2 days, it certainly wasn't appearing every day. It was my understanding that it only really appeared immediately prior to ovulation occurring so for it not to be present in the first 3 days of the fertile week can be completely normal.

babydances · 30/05/2016 11:23

Here's me symptom spotting Shock

My boobs have been painful for 5 days from day I ovulated.
Last month my boobs hurt in day of ov and that was it. I checked what I tracked on Ovia this time last cycle.
They are super painful and uncomfortable to the point I was feeling too fed up to dtd last night!

babydances · 30/05/2016 11:25

writer when I had DC I recalled one moment in which I had cm with a smear of blood in. That was t and I remember recalling two weeks later it was odd hat my period had started and then disappeared so you're not out of the race!

babydances · 30/05/2016 11:27

That was meant to say running

BusyNothings · 30/05/2016 11:32

Can I join too! Starting TTC from tomorrow. Enjoying our "last" free bank holiday Monday lol and starting to feel a bit like we're going to jump of a cliff... In a good way

BertieBotts · 30/05/2016 11:46

Had a proper BBT dip this morning! Right down to 36.0 when it normally hangs between 36.2 and .5! :) Better get baby dancing! Haha
