Still no AF but 2 neg test

Not sure if i am just being silly but my cycle is usually 29-30 day. Day 33 today never been this late expect for once when i had just had the coil removed. Woke up really early monday morning cramps etc so thought it was on its way but these went after an hour and nothing since. Dont feel premenstrual at all but did a test on monday and wednesday both negative. I am a bit worried because of past ectopic do these always show up on pregnancy tests. Thought I might ring Gp but she probabley think i am going slowey mad probabley am! Just wish it would hurry up now. If I was pregnant would it definatley show up on day 33. What should I do?

How many days were you when you actually tested bfp?

I didnt get a poitive until day 37 my cycle is usually 29-31 days. But last month I did ovulation tests which I did until about day 18 or 19 then got fed up as I thought I would ov at about day 16-17. So I must have ovulated after day 19-20 so would have been due on about 14 days after that. Hope that make sense. Hope you get some good news to pussycatmomma.

i have pcos i have a ds whos nearly 3 who i conceived naturally but was diagnosed with pcos last year after trying to conceive since i had my ds. i had missed miscarriage last october and have been desperatley trying since.

pussycatmomma i notice you mention you have had ovarian drilling what was it like? this has been mentioned to me as an option if im not pregnant by my follow up appointment in april. been taking clomid and synarel but they dont think its worked so far 10 and 15 day scan showed no developing follicles so they stopped synarel 26 days ago and ive just finished cyclogest 2 days ago to induce bleed to start all over again. the strange thing is i feel more pg now than when i was but dont know if its all the drugs messing with my hormones i soooo want to be pg. ive done a test today first response and negative but dont know if too early keep feeling like going to start af but then pain stops.

WAYZEE; The ovarian drilling was the first treatment which was offered to me, I have not had any experience of any of the drugs you mention in your post. Have you tried the verity website for pcos sufferers?? sorry i cant do links, the site isnt as user friendly as mn but if you are looking for advice, they have tons of helpful posters. At the time of the drilling, i also had to have a large dermoid cyst removed, but my periods have been regular although often different cycle lengths. However the diffences between the cycle lengths has reduced.
Will let you know if its been successful if i test positve before April - thats when next gyny appt is for plan b.. ... Not sure what plan b involves but am sure it will be drug treatment of some kind.
