What's Royal jelly?

I've so far kept a tough eye on when fertile window is, bought pre seed for next window and taken pregnacare for a few months.

I'm following the 5:2 diet and trying to shift a bit of weight - am in healthy bmi now though but I feel so much better fasting for two days. It's amazing!

It's really good to see what everyone is doing! Can I ask what people think about caffeine... I am still drinking regular coffee... Should I cut it out?

I'm using clear blue ovulation tests and taking BBT but that's it. I'm on cd7 today and my af is still going, it's the first one since MC so assuming it could go on and on and on! I'm scared I'll miss ovulation... Does anyone use the cheap internet ovulation tests? And what cd do you start testing?

Hi all - thanks for you congrats but I feel my positive was short lived!! I've done a first response from Wilkos this morning and there was nothing, not even a faint positive?! I'm so confused and SO upset!! AF is due tomorrow and I'm sure she'll be rearing her ugly head on time!

Proseco did you use a different brand before? It could be the hormone is too weak to show up on the one you used today. Can you try a FRER? It could be that you've had a chemical :(. Really hope not though

Cheeky Royal jelly is a bee product, it is probably nonsense but supposed to help fertility! You can get supplement tablets from Holland and Barrett.

I'm just at the doctor's waiting to have pre-pregnancy checks, I have mild epilepsy which might need consultant-led care, particularly for delivery. I need higher doses of folic acid but other than that I hope things will be just like anyone else's pregnancy.

This is a different test which is less sensitive - the other one was 10 and this one is 25? Could that be why? xx

Yeah definitely prosecco. Try again with FMU with a 10 (whatever the measurement is in...)! Good luck!

prosecco the sensitivity of the test will definitely have a huge impact on giving you a false negative here. Agree you should try in the morning with another 10. Thinking of you!

Hey jpeg I'm a bit of a coffee monster so I'm trying to limit to one a day without being too natzi about it. I'll be more strict with myself if I get a bfp. Other stuff I'm doing this month:
Actively trying to lose weight (bmi says I am just inside the obese bracket which I was shocked about, knew I was overweight, so v much all over the healthy eating and exercise).
Taking agnus castus all month which seems to be regulating my cycle length, evening primrose oil just until ovulation to help with ewcm, pregnacare and vitamin c all month too.

Oh and I'm temping which in my third full cycle I'm finding massively helpful to confirm ovulation.

I'm not due to POAS for aaaaaages it is so hard not to get a but preoccupied with it all!

I'm not even in my FW yet. Yaaaaaaaaawn!!

CD9 here, SO impatient waiting for my fertile week! Just bought one of the clearblue dual fertility kits, hopefully it'll give me a nice smiley face next week

I'm CD11 but have 33-35 day cycles so still got a while to wait. Started DTD every day just to get in the swing of things and DH wants to get his money's worth in case I get pregnant quickly !!!

I'm 5dpo. I've decided to try to wait until the Fertility Friend app tells me to test - otherwise I fear obsession is just around the corner!

Really don't think this has been the month though, although we did Dtd in the fw.

2WW is dragging! I'm going to try FRER on weds, it's exactly 6 days before AF is due so a bit keen but I'm flying to Thailand with work in the afternoon so would be good to know if I should avoid the pre flight champagne!

I'm on CD9... Ovulation test this morning was negative but I expected that! Going to keep testing until my fertile window!
