Anyone testing Easter weekend?

Af is due Easter Monday and I definitely won't cave and test early, I promise! Anyone with me? Anytime from Good Friday counts as an Easter Bfp

Hi All. I've been reading this thread since last week. We only started TTC earlier on in March with LMP on 28th Feb.

My periods are very regular and AF was due on Good Friday. On Thursday I had usual cramps so assumed would arrive. I took a Superdrug early test on Friday (CD1/14DPO) and had a BFN, and the same on Saturday. Yesterday I took a test and BFP which was on CD3. I've had very few pregnancy symptoms apart from a very windy tummy!

Super excited but just shows you that sometimes you need to wait a few days after AF to get a BFP! X

Wow congrats user! That's lovely news! I hope I have a similar result - did another Super drug test this morning with FMU and still BFN for me! What time of day did you get your BFP?

Sorry to hear about your BFN thisisbloodyridiculous Like User said though it may still come, and the absence of AF is a good sign.

Your story has given me a little hope! I'm due AF today or tomorrow, had really promising signs during my 2ww including a nose bleed in the middle of the night which has only happened once in the past (when I was expecting DS), so was feeling very optimistic. Really down in the dumps today because I've been having AF cramps since last night and feel sure the witch is on her way. My temp was also ever so slightly lower this morning too 😞 However boobs still full and sensitive.
Haven't tested yet, as I'd still rather see AF than a BFN. If the cramps dull off today I may well test tonight though.
Ridiculous, it's promising AF still hasn't turned up!! What tests are you using?? FX for you, really hope you have a similar story to user!!! xx

Thanks kitkat I'm hoping! tess I've used two Super drug early response but run out now. Ordered a couple of FRERs which should come today but DH is at Tescos and has promised he'll buy me a test but god only knows what kind! Thinking of testing later in the day to see if that makes a difference as I've seen a couple of threads where ladies have BFN with FMU but BFP later in the day

Hey guys! I'm about 12dpo & have been lurking on this thread. Got a really really faint positive on a cheap Amazon test last night, then a negative this morning. Just tested again (£1 Asda test) and it's faintly positive! No idea what to make of this...

Hi NotaClue. I'd say that's a positive. It's probably just really early days still so some tests aren't sensitive enough to pick it up, especially if you have been drinking lots and your urine is quite dilute. But I'm saying congrats!

Congrats notaclue!! Agree with KitKat's explanation. I'm sure the faints will only get stronger as hcg rises.
I've caved and took my IC test and not even a sniff of a line, boooo! I'm 13 or 14dpo, so along with my AF type cramps I think that's pretty conclusive. Gutted 😞

I've peed on two more sticks (I'm obsessed!) and got another very faint positive on the internet cheap test, and a pretty convincing positive on a Sainsbury's test!

Very early days still but I'm starting to feel quite excited!!! Absolutely love squishy newborns (have a 4yo ds already)...!!! Hope this one sticks!

That's definitely a BFP notaclue congratulations to you!!!

To you all with AF type cramps...with both my pregnancies I had AF Type cramps but I assume it was PG related so don't rule yourself out when you have these.

That's great news notaclue, especially at only 12dpo.
Is your plan to keep going with the tests until the line is strong?! How faint was the line on the IC??
Thank you Jod, I'd be so delighted if the cramps were for pg not af, I guess you can never be sure until you actually see af, but this together with my completely BFN on CD27 means all the odds are stacked against me.

Hi ladies.. Am away and hardly any signal here but just wanted to check in while I could. Looks like AF is on the way :( more than spotting but not quite full flow yet. I can't believe it I genuinely thought this was it.

tess sorry to hear of the bfn. Going to have a tonight as I didn't last night in preparation for the hopeful BFP when I got back! I'll share my bottle with you

I feel pretty confident I ovulated CD13 according to my temps, cm, and having used lots of opks. Only thing is I had a early mc last month, so I was actually expecting to ovulate a lot later than CD13... hmmm. We didn't DTD any later than CD12 as I was so sure of ovulation. A note for next month, keep it going just in case!! My plan is to wait for AF, if she hasn't arrived by Wednesday morning, I'll give my clear blue test a go. I thought my IC test would be the least reliable, but I've just read that it's 10mlu which is the most sensitive you can get.

... still no AF & FRER BFN just now with FMU

Okaaaaayyyy so. "AF" turned out to be that one off when I wiped (sorry, tmi) and I said to myself, if it hasn't turned into anything by tomorrow I would pick up an FRER on the way home. Done an Internet cheapy when we got home expecting to see a faint line, but nothing, as white as can be

I know their track record, so I am going to try and hold out as long as possible to do the FRER tonight!
