We don't have rules, we love a good symptom spot, we try to stay grounded and not be hysterical sometimes we manage it aswell

jem head is a bit delicate today, but I'm embarrassed to say I'm usually a heavy drinker anyway but I've cut back quite a lot over the last month, and had none in the tww.

zazzles none! But my usual pre-AF sore boobs and cramos are not here.
I had some mild cramps on 8 and 9dpo which i now think were implantation.

zazz isn't it hilarious, I'm sure if you were to say to any bloke "honey bunch, how about we do nothing but have sex for a whole 2 weeks?" they'd jump at the chance, but actually coming to putting the plan into action, and it's a "not tonight babe, I'm K-O'D"

zazz that sounds exactly like me. I love my wine. If nothing else ttc has had the positive effect of making me drink a lot less!

zazzles I'm sure I used to drink too much as well. It's so easy to let it creep into a routine as a way to 'relax'

I did dry January, only lasted 2 weeks because of a big night out in the middle of Jan, but doing it again now for lent. Lots of hot choc in the evenings instead of glass of vino keeps my hands occupied! I sound like a right alcoholic

I was on the vino and port last nighg. Opps! Time to stop!

Just had a look at that sperm meets egg plan, and realised that's basically what me and Dh did last month. Relaxing more this cycle now. Every other day dtd, that's the plan (which is fairly standard for us). May or may not do opk's. Unlikely to happen next few cycles anyway so may aswell chill out about it! Although muscle man has an injury so may not actually compete, he's not decided yet so is still training/eating like he will.

Aww miley I know what you mean, I'd love us all to be suffering too! Definitely look after yourself and be as sedentary as possible!

I've decided I'm going to enjoy the next few weeks, stressing and worrying and wondering will do me no good. If the last three months are anything to go off anyway. Approaching the end of af has put me in a good mood! And a contemplative one!
