Currently waiting for AF to leave the building so I can pull out my OPKs and get peeing. Resolved not to test until AF is due this month- around the 20th Feb.

DH's Wellman tablets arrived at the weekend and he looked at me with surprise as he'd clearly forgotten the 2 second conversation we'd had about him trying them too. Had to massage his ego by commenting that it's lucky the tablets are so big as they match his... well, you know... He grinned and took his medication like a good boy. Men!!!!!!

Has anyone else got their furniture for the baby's room chosen yet? I know exactly what I want! If I show Dh I know he'll suggest going to buy it though. Might hold off and instead just start finding cloth nappies that I can hoard! Apparently that's common!

Starky There was a blog post I read on Rock My Style which was basically plucked FROM MY BRAIN re decor. Lots of greys and chevrons and cool stuff that's probably horrifically expensive...

planet basically it's just ikea! A cot and a changing table. The carpet will stay the same --it's sort of gold/brown, and I'd magnolia wash all the walls. And do bright colours for accessories! I make name bunting and I'm doing a load of blankets in loads of colours now so I'm ready for any eventuality! I love the idea of doing a pastel colours baby room. Pale leafy green, duck egg blue, lavender, peach and pink have been my "inspirations" on pinterest!

One thing I'd love but they cost a small fortune is a rocking chair! Ive been collecting bits in the sale and pinning natural baby things!

starky I'm with you on the rocking chair. I looove them but Christ why are they so expensive? Also can you come and decorate my nursery seeing as how you're all organised and stuff. I wouldn't know what colour to paint as we're keeping the sex of the first a surprise so it's going to have to be bright or neutral. No pink or blue in sight!

Starky if I talk to DP about furniture and that he would have a heart attck! I have to ease hime slowly into this. He does not like change!

Also starky I've seen an oak set of cot, changing table/drawers and wardrobe from mother care I need want. We're probably doing the same re magnolia walls and we have a brand new cream carpet in our smallest bedroom nursery. I'm not buying anything at all until I get that second line and that is literally the only willpower I have.

Morning ladies, barely slept last night and have a pounding headache but I'm sure it'll clear with a few glasses of water. Don't feel as bad this morning thank goodness, no vomiting or back door blowouts 😂😂

My best friend is AMAZING at designing and making things with fabric on her sewing machine. She sent me all these ideas last night because she was buying 12 metres of fabric and needed to know which pattern I preferred... lunatic hahaha

OH has always doubted the cheapie tests... so said he bets if I did one today it wouldn't come up... just did a cheapie and low and behold there is the faintest of lines...

Cheeky beggars, no way are they as sensitive as stated. If you want answers... pee on the cheapies until AF due then get yourself a FRER!!

So, still spotting, still got cramps. Now on day 2 of possible AF predicted days and day 31 of cycle! Having been told by ff that my average is 29.5. Refuse to do a PET until I'm properly late, but cheapie was bfn yesterday, and I flushed my fmu 4 hours ago (I've had a crap night). My womb is really toying with me, and I'm pissed off!

I'm going to sit over here and sulk.

Well I'm 14dpo today, AF due tomorrow. Had sore boobs yesterday but they seem alright today. Maybe feeling a little crampy but it could all be in my head

Same for me pyxie her nose would be stuck straight in! But she'd have great advice and she loved kids.
