Miley that is bizarre! Never heard of that as a pregnancy or an AF symptom? thanks for thinking of sharing, many of us might have been intrigued though possibly others might have left the thread!

SuchaJem · 24/01/2016 20:16

I wonder what nipple discharge might mean miley, have you googled?

pyxie with you on the bfn today and waiting out AF Thursday too. Fx she won't show up.

Ni4444 · 24/01/2016 20:18

I should have added...I see the increased ov symptoms as a positive cos it helps me recognise the fertile time!!

Mileymoocow · 24/01/2016 20:19

jem of course. Then convinced myself I had breast cancer so I stopped. It's very weird but not enough of it to concern me much

firstgo1984 · 24/01/2016 20:21

elle have you been using soy isoflavones?

ElleSarcasmo · 24/01/2016 20:27

Not yet First, was thinking about doing it next cycle maybe?

Miley was it from both nipples? Not bloodstained or anything? Far more likely hormones than anything more sinister Flowers

ElleSarcasmo · 24/01/2016 20:28

Ni I would LOVE obvious ovulation symptoms! Still not sure which day it's actually happening which is a little frustrating.

Mileymoocow · 24/01/2016 20:28

elle no blood and yeah from both! Will definitely be keeping an eye on it! Thank you Smile

Kwick709 · 24/01/2016 20:33

Kat I hope you do not think I have abandoned thread - just saw your post from earlier today... I still want to be on thread and just in the Feb bus for the rid whilst I down-reg for IVF.

Feefeefs · 24/01/2016 20:41

Sounds like your day turned out pretty well in the end ni Smile

Good tips runner.

Is AF actually here miley or just cramps ?

Kwick709 · 24/01/2016 20:57

okay that is me caught up!!! wow you guys sure can write!

So I have no tales about CM or piss or poo but may I please give an update on the lump on my boobage? So I have had a lump - specialist reckoned it was a lypoma - for a couple of years, but it flarred up a few days ago and got sore. Then I saw it had a pimple thing and decided to squeeze - all this gunk came out, again and again and again. It smells FOUL!!! The gunge has continued to come out at variying degrees of speed and colour when I squeeze... hopefully doctor will shed some light when I see them on Tuesday.

Finally managed to get hooked on War and Peace... good to have another drama to follow.

Feefeefs · 24/01/2016 21:02

Poor kwick that sounds painful. Hope it goes down soon!

Watching war and peace now! Watched war and peace and balled my eyes out!

Feefeefs · 24/01/2016 21:02

Sorry meant to say watch call the midwife and balled my eyes out! Not a symptom I'm usually this ridiculous

Mileymoocow · 24/01/2016 21:05

feef it's cramps. More like twinges at the mo but it always seems to start like this. Plus my poor chest ladies hurt.

Oh god kwick! That sounds awful you poor lady. Are you going back to the docs?

LisaTheGreek · 24/01/2016 21:11

Miley - nipple discharge?? That's a new one! That's such an exciting symptom it must mean something! Never thought I'd get excited about someone I don't know getting nipple discharge....

Also love the name Edith (sorry, forgot who brought that up originally).

When it comes to names I've been doing a lot of thinking. I really like some of the prettier, traditional names, but I'm very aware of the surname we'll be using. This may out me to anyone who knows me (unlikely anyone does on here) but I have a double-barrelled surname, and DH and I have agreed that kids would have his name + one of mine (so a few double-barrelled name, that is close to both of us but doesn't match either of us). We're very happy about this solution, but it does leave the child with a three-syllable, two-word surname (mine is also that).

As a result, I'm pretty keen on one-syllable names. Something short but nice, and not making the whole name too crazy. Anyway, that's probably a story for the baby names thread one day (if I get brave enough to venture over).

LisaTheGreek · 24/01/2016 21:13

Kwick - you poor thing, that sounds a bit unnerving. Hope everything is ok x

Planeteer · 24/01/2016 21:13

Ouch kwick poor you that doesn't sound fun at all. Try not to let it worry you, and hope docs can help on Tues. Flowers

I'm feeling bloated as hell and have a stitch-like pain in my lower pelvis plus backache this evening. Not usual AF symptoms for me, but who knows what my crazy body is up to. Going to try and hang on until the middle of the week, but am tempted to test...Might jump on the bandwagon with the rest of you lovelies on the 28th/29th.

Ni4444 · 24/01/2016 21:23

Kwick that's sounds horrible! Can the docs not give you an apt tomorrow? Hope they sort it out for you soon..antibiotics maybe? Take it easy xx

Mileymoocow · 24/01/2016 21:27

lisa that's a good idea and a lovely compromise. I have a double barrelled first name which I'm NEVER called but my surname is one syllable (I'm glad I won't have it for the rest of my life - very short and swedish) I think baby names is my favourite topic at the moment.

It will probably amount to nothing other than its the only way to secrete discharge because every other orafice is already working over time. Sexy ey Wink I do keep getting sudden twinges and pains all over my abdomen/sromach/baby area and am very farty (tho that isn't at all unusual)

Kathrino · 24/01/2016 21:35

Kwick, that sounds really nasty. I hope your doc can help. Sounds like you might need antibiotics or something

I'm absolutely knackered this weekend. I like to believe that it means something exciting but all it probably means is that I'm a lazy bum.

Kwick709 · 24/01/2016 21:36

Thanks for well wishes :) I am seeing GP on Tuesday as I need to ask for a Thyroid test prior to ivf and clinic suggested I try GP to save money. I will definitely ask GP then... but in meantime I continue to squeeze and continue to get gunk out... probably not the best but I cannot leave alone...
I actually have antibiotics in fridge - but have to hold on until clinic tells me to take them - part of 2.6k medication hoard that arrived on Saturday.

okay finding War and Peace confusing again... I do hope it has a happy ending... I read Anna Karenina years ago and that was very tragic.

Ni4444 · 24/01/2016 21:46

Kwick I'm intrigued...how come the clinic gets you to take antibiotics?

LisaTheGreek · 24/01/2016 21:48

Bloody hell, Kwick, you read Tolstoy? I find it more or less impenetrable. I love reading, but can't be dealing with stuff that's too dense (like Henry James or Thomas Hardy, etc.).

Pinklily1 · 24/01/2016 21:50

Kwik, maybe it could be a cyst? I think you get lots of gunk out of those don't you?!

twinkydink · 24/01/2016 22:00

Kwik I had a cyst a couple of years ago and while it didn't get to the point that I could pop it unfortunately when the nurse popped the needle into it it squeezed out lots of puss like gunge so does sound quite cyst like.

Speaking of popping spot type things, did anyone see that story last week of the surgeon who cleared someone's black head and a weird pebble thing came out?! Embarrassed that I am now sharing my weird fascination with spot popping with you all!
