Anyone ttc baby #2?

Hi everyone,

I'm new here, ttc baby #2 (1st cycle) and already driving myself wild with the tww. I wondered if anyone else is in the same boat?

I was so relaxed about baby #1 that the constant nagging thoughts about am I / aren't I are completely new to me and are making me feel anxious with symptom spotting.

Thought I'd see if there is anyone to talk to on here as my husband is quite matter of fact about there being nothing we can do to find out except for being patient - I know, he's infuriating right.

It'd be great to buddy up if anyone else is in a similar position.

Gx im hoping i ovulate soon. But tests still negative. Only cd10 though so a few more days still dtd to be safe lol x

Good luck Kellz r u getting any lines on ur OPKs ? I found keeping them was handy because u can see the line getting slightly darker as o day approaches xx

Gx im not getting any yet :( hopefully today i will. According to the two apps i have tomorrow is the start of my fertile window. Its still a but disheartening but i know im early days. Will let you know once I take the test today :) xx

Don't worry kellz I'm sure u will get it eventually I didn't get lines til cd 16 and then finally a dark one on cd19 so u will mibi ovulate later than u thought X

Gx I think your right! I'm not sure when I ovulate. I'm all new to this haha. My app says my fertile window is 29th to 4th. AF isn't due til 16th Dec so there's a while yet :) just impatient haha xx

I haven't tested, but have started to feel I have worked out my average cycle from my most recent 4 cycles and based on that average I am 1 day overdue. I hadn't even realised. I do feel slightly pre menstrual though so really, really, really trying not to get my hopes up, but then I am now reflecting and retrospectively symptom spotting like crazy. Sore boobs - could be PMT, hungry - completely usual for pre AF, tired - common for AF although I dozed off on the sofa mid afternoon yesterday which is very unusual. I have been a bit moody this week, but (and this is the weird thing for potentially having PMT) today I have been in the best mood ever. I don't want to think about it as will probably wake up in the night with cramps and AF will have arrived.

How's that slap in the face Jp? I really hope you get a shock bfp! It's when you said you were dozing off I thought hang on!! Usually you can keep awake unless you have jetlag and that is what early pregnancy feels to me, jetlag!

Yeah, i have a bit of pain in my lower right side. Last time i felt it like this was when i got pregnant with my lg. normally get a pain but not too bad. And i have a bit of egg white cm. So it could be soon. Fx. Not getting my hopes up anyway incase xx

I had the weirdest of experience during my ovulation this time.had af like pains,nausea i so felt pregnant i even poas thinking my last period was implantation bleeding,so really hoping its a good sign that smthing happened.
I hope your pain brings a bfp!

I am too scared to test in case it's a bfn. I'm enjoying being late but don't want to test too soon in case it's just a let down. I haven't even said anything to dh, I feel like if I say anything or test it will be tempting fate to burst my bubble. Saying that if I had any tests in the house I'd be all over them!! Chemist trip for me tomorrow if still no sign of AF.

Nice to have a catch up of how you are all doing, fx for us all at our various stages.

Mimi - I'm good ta and bday girl had a birthday week ! Very lucky and got lots of lovely things ! Going to have to do a clear out before Christmas of old things ! How r u coping in the TWW ? Any symptoms ? Really hope this month is ur month ! X

Mrs l - doing good thanks food aversions have begun really struggling to cook dinner and Iv just had toast tonight , also been getting car sick which didn't happen before apart from that I'm all good how r u ? I keep forgetting what stage everyone is at , are u close to testing ? Xx
