blackcat i'm sorry, I cant offer you any evidence in support or otherwise. I've never got pg with or without. I do like preseed though, it makes life easier those nights where you know that you need to dtd but aren't necessarily up for it. Maybe keep it on reserve for those times but go without when you can. I've read lots of good things about epo though. Take from CD1 to ov day with lots of water to increase ewcm if you feel you don't already produce enough.

Thanks tink I do produce ewcm so that's ok. I did take epo one cycle but ended up with a 44 dayer compared to usual 28ish, may not have been the epo but it's put me off. Recent months I've stopped all supplements except folic - nothing wants to work

You'll get there, keep the faith. If you produce plenty of your own ewcm maybe leave off the preseed then? You perhaps don't need it anyway? I've tried all the supplements too. Just bought some Agnus Castus to try again this cycle as last time I took it I scored 67 progesterone on day 21 tests. Try and keep positive if you can. It's torture, I know only too well. Try whatever You think might help Are any of you viroids that are currently struggling temping and confirming ov? I'm not but am going to start again this cycle. Have a funny feeling i'm not oving again.

Temping wasn't great for me as I wasn't sure now accurate it was. I usually wake for a wee an hour or two before I properly wake up to temp and think that probably affected my charts. That said, I had spikes so might give it another whirl.

Just googled >30 indicates ovulation.

Ironically every cycle i have ever temped i make a perfect, textbook chart! I cant do a baby for love nor money but perfect charts are easy. I can also do perfect blood results on occasion - go figure!
