Chemical Preg dates advice please

Hi,

Just wondering when the pregnancy hormone will have left my body. My dates are below.

24/11 Positive test (AF due date) (14-15 DPO)
25/11 Positive test
26/11 - Spotting turns into bleeding
2/12 - Still bleeding a little one week.

I just did a cheapie test from pound shop and there's is mega faint line. I don't for one second think I'm preg still because nothing could survive that blood loss, but just want to know how long hormone is likely to stay?

I was only pregnant for like 3 days so surely it would go pretty quickly as the hormone doesn't have time to build.

Allchat - no I'm not still bleeding, I only really had 12 hours of fresh red blood that when it stopped on Thursday morning it completely stopped, no spotting or anything since. The doc warned me to be ready for more though.

The party includes a chap currently on call for his 8 month pg wife... I think the topic of conversation is inevitable really! Still they'll all be drinking and I'll be sober so I'll just run rings around them with my natural wit or something like that.

Just a quick update this morning in case anyone was checking back here - BFN. I guess that's good news in some ways as it gives us the green light to try again immediately...

Hi. yes I'm still here. I didn't re-test. I stopped spotting last Thurs and I have loads of ewcm today so I'm either ovulating or maybe it will be anovulatory cycle. Only dtd on sat night, so haven't had the usual run up to ovulation. Anyway considering it took over 18 months to get that pregnancy, it's never going to happen on the cycle getting over it!

Hi Allchat, that sounds like you're trying not to get your hopes up, but you never know, it's always the least expected times when things work out (not thinking just about ttc).

I have no idea now where I am in my cycle (cd14 if I count from the single day bleed of cp) but as its DPs birthday today we've been dtd a few times over the weekend so I'm still counting this cycle as active

Hiya. Managed to dtd last night (although DH needed a lot of encouragement!). It's all so bloody hard.

Let's hope your activity and a bit of luck comes your way. have you had your normal ovulation symptoms this month then?x

I can imagine ovulation symptoms every bit as easily as I can pg symptoms!! Masses of ewcm towards the end of last week, and definite twingey twinges on my right hand side (seemingly perfectly mirroring the left hand twinges last month) yesterday. So I'm not 100% because I don't temp or use OPKs or anything, but that would fit fairly well with cd15, so I'm hoping for the best...

I've had ewcm every day since Monday really, so I'm not sure when or if I'm ovulating. Had loads of pain on wednesday. I normally feel Ovulation but this was really quite strong. I don't think pain is consistent though because I sometimes have it before, during or after. I don't temp either or use opks. Gave that up about 3 months into ttc!
I'm slightly worried that so much ewcm means by body is trying to ovulate and can't.
Oh well. Just got to try and get on with Christmas I suppose!x
