Only cycle 2 TTC #2 but took 13 months last time so crossing everything!!

Scary you know I am thinking implantation bleeding for you spotting issue earlier in the 2ww!! When's the witch not due? Well done for not testing though, you are a better woman than me Blush

Otter tut tut for your early testing (hey, who am I kidding......we all do it!) Grin as scary said, there is still hope, eggy might not have implanted yet. I know that this cycle my eggy implanted at 9dpo and i got a very very very faint line on an IC at 12dpo so definitely definitely still hope :)

Hi Mooley ! How's it cooking?!

According to temps I'm 10dpo but going by ewcm and pains I think I o'd a couple of days before temp rise (that def happened last cycle).

I suppose that means I could be in testing territory...

Taking a walk into town in a bit which may or may not involve a detour via the chemist.. Smile

ScaryMartian · 18/11/2014 13:03

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeek! Just got back from town- couldn't wait for fmu and got this.....

It's a brand called Answer, as that's the cheapest and only pink dye they had- looks look a frer but isn't. I think I can safely say I'm more than 10dpo which is what I thought! Don't know whether to laugh, cry or faint. I wanted this so badly and now I'm terrified AF is going to start.

Need to sit down and have a large glass of w...oh wait...water! Smile

It's cooking ok - 8+2 today so far the sickness comes in waves but is controllable. So different to my last pg where i was sick from week 6 until after DD was born. I also have bouts of.....ahem.....diarrheoa, heartburn and dizziness. Have a small bump already though and need to constantly pee!!!!

OP posts:
ScaryMartian · 18/11/2014 15:51

Thank you mooley and thank you for all your support Thanks Smile

Looking forward to telling dh tonight.

Glad you're well and not feeling as nauseous as last time. I've heard lots of people having diarrhoea in early pg. Hopefully I will bypass that one!!

That's cute re: the bump. I expect the maternity clothes come out much sooner 2nd time around!

otter32 · 18/11/2014 18:13

Oh my god scary! That's amazing! Congratulations!!!

I might celebrate for you, my progesterone was 47 and my estradiol was 677! I'm producing eggs! Yippee!

Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months! (And also slightly jealous Smile)

ScaryMartian · 18/11/2014 20:34

Thanks otter Smile

Yay for the good progesterone and eggys- enjoy that celebratory drink!

otter32 · 19/11/2014 06:00

No testing for me today! Good otter. I think it's the ICs. I kind of wish I'd never bought them now. It's far too tempting!

MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 19/11/2014 06:18

Good Otter Grin what dpo are you?

Bobian123 · 19/11/2014 08:58

59sound · 19/11/2014 20:54

Congratulations scary - awesome news! YAY!

otter32 · 19/11/2014 22:41

9 dpo today. My luteal phase is 12 days. So AF should be here fri/sat.

Might do another cheeky test tomorrow Grin

bobian and 59 - how are you two doing?

MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 20/11/2014 06:14

Otter did you test this morning (or is it a little early yet Blush?

Scary what did you DH say? I bet he was really pleased (and if anything like my DH, perhaps a little shocked as well!)

How's everyone else doing? Have we got any more testers coming up?

OP posts:
otter32 · 20/11/2014 06:59

Another dream with a bfp followed by a CBAFM bfn this morning :-( Think I need to start on my mefanamic acid before AF hits me and cripples me with pain.

How are you feeling moo? Has your stomach/digestive system settled down yet?

59sound · 20/11/2014 12:28

I'm not holding out much hope this month. Only DTD three times around my fertile windows (according to Ovia) - it's hard to have the energy as I'm just back at work/commuting and we've had relatives to stay. Once was on the day that I got a positive ov test so we'll see.

No symptoms apart from a tiny mild stabby feeling yesterday. I also have a rash across my torso and possibly a uti(sorry tmi) but think those are nothing to do with it.

All in all, a bit meh right now.

otter32 · 21/11/2014 06:38

Holy crap. 11 dpo. BFP!!!!! I can't quite believe it. I'm shaking! Please be sticky please be sticky please be sticky.

otter32 · 21/11/2014 06:46

This what I see on the CBAFM. Kind of takes the guess work out! But now in starting to think it's wrong....

Another 2ww thread!!!!!
MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 21/11/2014 07:45

Otter OMG!!!! Wow!! Seems pretty conclusive to me. Have you got any tests in? If take one just in case but the massive PREGNANT kinda says it all for me Grin massive congrats so bloody pleased for you (and thanks for the pic!!! Love a good pic!)

OP posts:
otter32 · 21/11/2014 07:50

It made me laugh this morning cos I wasn't going ooo is there a line, isn't there a line?!

I did an ic last night and it showed nothing. I have frer's in, so I might do one in the morning. Def 2 lines on the stick you put in the CBAFM though.

I can see me using every test I have in the house over the coming days though!

MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 21/11/2014 09:04

You have more will power than me. I would be cracking open that FRER to make sure that there were two lines on it (have never used the CBAFM so have no idea how accurate they are, but i assume they must be pretty spot on and can only say that you are pg if you are producing hCG).

I will be honest, up until a couple of weeks ago i was still peeing on sticks Blush i have stopped now because i have read that after 8 weeks the hormone starts to calm down a bit.

I am still feeling a bit icky. Have terrible wind Blush, constipation and sickness that comes and goes. Eating seems to help so by the time twiglet is born i will actually be the size of a house!!!! Grin

OP posts:
otter32 · 21/11/2014 09:39

I actually phone clearblue to ask if it could be wrong. She asked if there were two lines on the stick, I said yes, she said that's a positive result. You're pregnant!!

Moo I think I'll be the same. I can't quite believe it. I can feel cramping but I guess my womb is doing stuff. I'm still waiting for my period to start. Swinging from elation to pessimism and not expecting it to stick. Think I need to relax!

How far gone are you now?

MooleyWooleyShamaLamaDingDong · 21/11/2014 10:27

Oh thats fab news. I still can't relax until i get that dating scan under my belt, only 3 weeks to go!! until then it just doesn't seem real and like you i keep expecting something to go wrong, despite the fact i've not had a period since 21st September!! I keep thinking, what else could make a test positve and make AF disappear. Then i tell myself to get a grip and enjoy not being sick all day like last time.

I'm currently 8+5 so still really early days.

Congrats again!! So exciting :)
