Another 2ww thread!!!!!

Hi everyone. I'm about to embark on another 2ww (ovulating today) and wondered if there was anyone else out there in the same position who wanted to come along for the ride!

Only cycle 2 TTC #2 but took 13 months last time so crossing everything!!

Welcome gillian you're on your final stretch of the TWW! Are you going to test ?

I did very well today .... Spent the last 30 mins holding in my FMU tempted to test but was good and decided against it! I am 10DPO and AF due Saturday .

Dilemma , shall I hold out to sat (which is going to be super hard) or wait another 2 days and test in two days? I don't really want to spend money in FRERs .... Is there any cheap own brand alternative that does early detection ??

candy I'm very very impressed with your will power. Remember if you are upduffed then you will still be upduffed come Saturday. If you can hold out I definitely would!

Well absolutely no idea if I've ov'd; left my thermometor at home so haven't been able to temp. Up to yesterday was still getting EWCM a seems to be a bit sticky this morning so hoping I have ov'd although last DTD on Thursday so really not hopeful if I'm just ov'ing as we won't be home until tomorrow! Woke up to some AF like cramps as well actually thought she was making an appearance. Hate not being in control!

On the plus side I'm having a lovely weekend and DD is being adorable!

Well, ovia tells me to test in 4 days but I caved this morning. I got a very very very faint second line!

Keeping my fingers crossed that the line will get darker this week...

I'm only 6dpo (I think) and was sooooo tempted to test this am but gave myself a mental slap instead. I do have very sore boobs though..

Alas, no pic Martian. I feared I would drive myself insane looking at it so binned it :) hopefully tomorrow's FMU will give another, darker, line which I'll take a pic of.

Many people say they get AF symptoms incl cramps after their bfp so try not to fret too much.

We have another line with FRER! I am a bit nervous as it's so early on. Very happy but panic is beginning to set in! How am I going to cope with two? Also feeling irrational guilty for DD1 .... Does it sound weird that I'm sad that our time alone with just her is limited now

Wowwwww!! candy congratulations!!! Wonderful line :-) I'm sure it's very very normal to be feeling lots of different emotions about having two, and a bit of guilt about DD1. You'll work it all out though and find a way to juggle! When I had DS1, I thought of it as a "new normal" eventually. And that's exactly what it'll be with your second!

Could have been my eyes playing tricks yesterday, or a duff test perhaps.
Got cramping today so perhaps AF is on the way but I just don't feel quite myself in a way I can't pinpoint. Who knows... Time will tell I suppose!

Not sure of the exact day I ovulated as all still new to me but using Ovia which says I should test in 3 days time. So yes, maybe tested too early.

Much as I would love a bfp, it's only the first cycle if TTC so I'm not really expecting it to happen so quickly.

Still, I'll keep my fingers crossed until AF appears...

This is first month ttc. Dying to test. Is First Response the best to use early? I heard that Superdrug's test is good early too?

gillian it's not over until AF comes. Maybe still too early, wait a couple days and see!

hi babybump , I have a pretty text book cycle, I tested using a waitrose own brand (£4 for 2) on 10DPO and for my BFP... Used a First Response the day after to confirm so both worked. First response was done 6 days before my due date if that helps. I would give it a couple more days to give eggy a chance to implant first!
