I'd think they'd want to look at your cervix or send you for a smear if its happening persistently. Unless you think it could be just a scratch or tear on the outside.

I used to bleed after sex and after visiting gp who said everything was normal we realised it was psychological and I was tensing up.

Is it possible that you're a bit tense? Perhaps if you're worried about ttc?

Sunday: Rushed to hospital by snooty ambulance men, who told me I should of got a taxi! With extreme back pain and what felt like contractions! Told by midwives I have a severe uti that had been given wrong anti b's for. Given right anti b's and codine. Sent home.

Monday: Codine stops working at 11am ish, later go to the loo and wipe away mucus plug, wipe several more times and find blood stained mucus (nice) call triage and they tell me to come in. Go to hospital to be put on monitor, told I am not contracting but the check me anyway and I am 1-2cms dialated. A drip is started and I am given steroids to help Eli's lungs.

Tuesday: Remain in hospital and on drip only allowed to get up to use loo :( am closely monitored during day and night and barely eating due to pain, also struggling to empty my bladder and told to drink more!

Wednesday: Released off my drip, but given another steroid injection. Given fibrogel as no poops since Saturday! While waiting to be transferred to the ward, pain start again. Told I am not contracting, monitor's not picking it up! Infact I was contracting alot, the machine never picked it up until they changed sensors. Sat at 4cm's dialated for ages, then they decided as the baby's heart beat was acclerating and dipping to do a c-section, they checked once again and I was fully dialated. We think I was fully dialated for ages but they didn't check so it went un noticed!

I pushed by myself about 6 times and then they used forceps he was out in one pull, very quickly!

He is the most yummiest baby ever!

Thanks all for the advice re post shag bleeding. DP has got a massive cock is rather generously endowed in the trouser department. It could be that during sex something has broke in my fanjo and it keeps getting prodded. Also I do tense up a bit in certain positions in case he knocks my cervix.

.. I wasn't going to ask because I know I've been v.naughty with the contraband but Google is driving me crazy I need a hooya. So. Cd122. Been having v.liquid cm (sorry) for last week (first time in 10years) also cervix v. High and ? Open (sorry again ) so last week been playing with the contraband. Yesterday lines were oh so nearly as dark as control and this morning. .. see below. (I know I'm not supposed to use fmu but thought this was because it gave false - not false + ? And it was 10am) held my weewee really long this afternoon and at 1600 it was def negative. Much lighter than yesterday. Does this mean last night I might have actually finally surged? ?? patiently it sounds like you might've iced. Forgive me if you've already told us I'm old and forgetful have you spoken to your gp? Perhaps also the contraband with smily faces might help as they are easier to read.

patiently sounds promising to me, although surge doesn't guarantee ovulation. if I were you I'd start temping as that will give you a more definite idea of what is going on. cd122! I don't know how you are staying sane! my 70+ day cycle was bad enough!! fx for you.

We were advised everything from sex counselling to marriage counselling lil! Eventually it just went away when life got less stressful

Leela I am fed up :( have been to GP so many times I think she might be getting bored with me, first clinic at the hospital in a month...

I tried temping last month and have been doing my best this month, but what with shifts a demanding kitten and my need to pee in the middle of the night I'm really bad at it! might also be something to do with the fact that I am in denial over an-ovulation and actually, there is no thermal shift for a reason although this month my temps do seem to be consistently higher than last month (when I appeared to be an amphibian) so I'm in hope that my body is thinking about icing at least?

patiently if you are gearing up to ov u would have a low temp. mine is generally 36.2-36.4 pre ov then shoots to 36.6-36.8 post ov. so of ur temp has gone up is there a thermal shift? I am not entirely consisting but can still get a pattern. shifts probably hard to avoid but getting up to wee is OK as long as you sleep for 3hrs pre temp. if you wake up close to time to get up I'd temp then instead. you can always go online and find a bbt adjuster to est what it would be if I'd done it normal time. my thermometer stores temp until o take it again so I can take it then look at it when Im ready to open my eyes.

Kato i doubt you're broken. I sometimes get very thick CF too, although it generally makes itself know when i wipe, rather than guest appearances in my underwear. Could it be your version of the so called "egg white" CF?

I'm really interested in the whole temping thing, I wanted to do it before but then XP didn't want to use condoms at the same time so... DS happened. I get very thick jelly like mucous which is almost solid (consistency perhaps of toothpaste??) very often but I have no idea what it's related to or what time in my cycle this happens. It sits on top of a pantyliner and I have to scrape it off with toilet paper (sorry TMI!) because it feels wet and horrible.
