I'm also due around the 5th. I poas AGAIN today!! Of course bfn. I've got 3 left....I'm hoping to hold out until Monday but will probably just do one Saturday, Monday then wait to see if AF shows up or not before I do the 3rd.

I've come out in spots today - something i experienced with dd but also something I get a few days before AF due. Why do preg symptoms and AF symptoms have to be identical?!

Bangonthedoor, it sounds promising. I am assuming your not prone to sudden mood swings during your cycle? I have started getting spots on my chest, very odd, But I still don't feel any different. I have my fingers crossed for you

ToffeeJungle, It's so confusing right, I hate Google. On the plus I don't think I have ever known my body as well as I do now...something's I would rather not have discovered.

How are you feeling noimagination?

No, usually I get angry and stroppy about a week before AF due which is about now. I just tend to shout at DP an awful lot but never an emotional wreck. I broke down again today over something silly! I'm trying to stay positive, aren't we all?!

I don't have the 'pregnant feeling' either but is there even such a thing? It seems like Mother Nature will do exactly what she wants when she wants!

Still have fingers crossed for you all and here's to our October babies!

I tried to post earlier but don't seem to be able to on my phone
I'm assuming I'm now in the 2ww as got a fixed smiley on tuesday.

Had a terrible week at work and my best friend sent me a pic of her 12 week scan earlier so very emotional. Feel like AF is coming which is a bit odd! Must be ov pains? I don't know.

Anyway good luck with all the POAS-ing hehe

Yeah, I know what you mean I don't know what to expect, I have stopped looking things up and trying to just go with it.

I'm knacked, having trouble sleeping and have lost my appetite, but that I am putting down to stress and 12hour days at work...Not the best time to be ttc, but hey when is

I agree that the symptoms for AF and early pregnancy are annoyingly similar! I've had some slight period pain type cramps today plus am really tired but reckon it is just AF and a hard day at work!!
I should stop reading up on stuff though, it's all a bit contradictory and really does help me or change anything! Just hope some bfp's are around the corner for us all!

Hi, I'm going to try and avoid POAS until at least 9th Feb. Hopefully I actually get a chance this time as last cycle AF came 2 days early! Think I am only about 5 days post ov at the moment. I'm also feeling a bit emotional and spotty but surely too early for symptoms for me. Fingers crossed for everyone!

Well am definitely feeling 'mentrual' today, ugh!
In fact I feel very similar to this time last month, when I got a bfn
Though at least this time round I know not to get my hopes up, waste time poas, and that although some of the symptoms could suggest pregnancy (ie. feeling sick, tired, bit of a cold, cramps) they also could just suggest AF is on the way.
Gosh tricky business this baby making lark!

And thanks smorgasborgen, it is a bit crap though still no AF yet so I guess there is still a little bit of hope (just trying not to think about it too much like I did last month and end up getting into a bit of a tizz about it all!!)

noimagination just out of interest are you experiencing sore boobs? It's just that was prominent with dd And I don't seem to be feeling that at the moment. Just want to know that I'm not out the game yet?!

Hey all, I feel a little tender in the lower abdomen, felt a little sick to the stomach all day, but nothing major.

Boobs are fine, but they are massive and don't have much sensations in them on the best of days......

I have a feeling my early af last week might have been a positive.

We used preseed once this month, we got dtd every other day from my 2nd +ov day. Dh was out the first day and came home drunk, not best pleased x

Thank you everyone, the shock has worn off now. Was convinced there was no way this month. Only poas out of habit....

toffee they are so similar, it's hard to tell. I am going to keep testing through the weekend, af not due until Wednesday so anything could happen.

Just got home and poas again, (different brand) and it's come back as bfn.

Will you test again in the morning noimagination? How is DH?!

Im feeling a bit funny this evening...funny taste in mouth, very mild cramping and a bit sicky. But im sure this is nothing i would notice unless ttc!! Been driving me mad tonight! Definitely going to hold out until monday but im just not sure how im going to get through the next 2 days.

The 2 things giving me a feeling that im out this month is the perfectly non painful boobs and no excess cm infact im pretty much bone dry!! Might have to google the cm thing again...

BFP/AF due 12th Feb. Feels like an eternity to wait! Was so sure I wouldn't go all crazy over this baby-making lark...SO hasn't happened! Feel like an obsessive nut job!! How can 14 days feel like such a long time?!

Erm, not that different to be honest. My boobs are a bit sore but thats more likely to be because I keep prodding them to see if they are sore! Had some unusual cramping the last couple of days, but it is so easy to talk yourself into having every symptom under the sun when TTC!
How about you?

Im still dying to test but doing well at keeping my obsession to a minimum. Af isnt due for a couple of weeks but might still poas next week! Haha

When af turns up I'll order the cb ovulation tests but since they aren't cheap I don't want to order them until af is deff here. Might just order some anyways tho!

So I'm having some cramping today and it's definitely different to pre AF cramps and definitely not constipation...which I suffer from a lot so I'm hoping this is a good sign?!

I'm around 11dpo today and still going to wait until Monday to poas - my last internet cheapie.

How's everyone else doing?
