My husband and I have just decided to ttc! We are both youngest in our family although both on mid 20s! We want our children to be close to their cousins who range from 2-5! Just hoping our brothers and sisters won't be judgemental as they were all in 30s when they started having children! We have been on nice holidays but feel that a baby is the next step and we are very excited! Just looking for some moral support!!!

Yes MrsW it felt different - somehow more significant? I suppose for us it's the whole "neither of us ever having had unprotected sex with someone" thing. It made me all smushy that we love each other this much and want a child together . DP remains infuriatingly relaxed and says "it's all just sex until I knock you up", but he definitely seemed different too!

aww thats cute Jess, i know what u mean though it was like proper 'making love' instead of just shagging! and i know he felt the same i could just tell by even the way he kissed me. He was almost a bit nervous about it too bless him.

DH is excited atm, asked me what app he can download and keeps asking am i ovulating yet every hour. im like NO i havent even had an AF for over 2 years i have no clue when im due to ovulate! lol

I'm due AF on the 20th/21st as well! Till then, lots of SWI, if I'm not too shattered from work that is . Was thinking about going shopping tomorrow for some new sexy pants to try and keep things interesting!

As it stands I'll be due on the 27th ish! Depending on cycle length! If my AF goes back as it was before I've still got 5 days of hell ahead at the moment lol!!

Can I just say it's so refreshing to come on here say whatever and know that we are all wanting the same and have that support too.

I don't fancy telling anyone until we have a scan but I doubt I'll keep quiet from my mum and dad!

Bumped into a friend this morning who had a baby early this year and she said it was the best thing that ever happened to her!! Jealous lol!!

Ok so thiswhole waiting thing is getting frustrating already and im only on day 4! Lol. Peed on an ovulation stick every day since coil was out as i havnt a clue where i am in my cycle atm. Negative negative negative :-(

at ovaries exploding.... spent all morning at nephew's birthday party, running around a bowling alley, chasing kids and dancing to gangnam style, fun times! Think I am ovulating sometime today/tomorrow but not too sure on my cycle yet. I never seem to have that much cm but what I have got today/yesterday is stretching 4-5cm before it breaks (sorry if tmi!). Hopefully this is my equivalent of ewcm and I am fertile this weekend as DH is away for a week from Monday (everyone is different I have read, so you shouldnt necessarily expect 'normal', just judge by changes to your own cycle...hope this is true as having googled ewcm and seen the pics mine looks nothing like as copious!)

Yay my first af since coil being removed on wednesday just arrived! So chuffed as it means i can now start figuring out my cycle and we do have a chance of a bfp for xmas

I'm now secretly hoping that by some miracle my AF never turns up and I've managed to get preggo this cycle... Super unlikely! Will have fun officially trying next month though so that'd be a benefit I keep saying it, but I really hope we all get our BFPs sharpish!

Symptom spotting this morning, because last night and this morning I've had some spotting. Trying not to think it might be an implantation bleed because I don't want to get my hopes up!

Yea itl be interesting to see how long they keep up the act of looking after us once we get our bfp's - my DH has sworn blind hes gonna pamper me throughout the whole pregnancy. I do not believe this for one minute. Lol

So my af kind of disappeared today and now im confused.... Was it my af? Surely 4 days after coil was out it wudnt be a bleed due to the coil being removed but why did it only last for half a day?

Hmmm I wonder if my OH will treat me like that lol!!

Regarding AF being half a day, it is quite strange. I was expecting mine to be mega heavy and painful but it although it was quite heavy the first 2 days I've had no cramps! Thank god, all I remember from my periods pre-pill was 7 days solid cramps and very heavy periods!! So far I'm 4 days in and I could see it being finished tomorrow!

Was out with 2 friends today who are both in relationships just slightly less time than myself and the topic moves to babies and marriage etc! Was so hard to keep my mouth shut and not let anything slip but at the same time be part of the conversation like nothing's going on!

Hope your AFs sort themselves out sharpish guys, must be really confusing!

I'm continuing to symptom spot in spite of myself. I know that chances of me having conceived this month are super mega tiny small but I know the chance is still there and it's driving me crazy. So much so I'm planning on doing a FRER tomorrow just to make sure! 'Cos I think I may have had that implantation bleed a few days ago, my boobs have gotten sore since then, and today I'm tired and nauseous. It could very well just be pre-AF stuff - but I guess I'll find put tomorrow!

Look forward to any news, Jess-fingers crossed for you! No sign of AF or Ovulating yet-very confusing. Am also finding it tough finding the same time to use the stick everyday as I barely have the time to go to the loo anyway! My instructions say I can test up to 8pm. Does anyone now if I am alright to test say 5pm everyday for OPKs? I heard on here somewhere that midday was best but I am really struggling with that at work.

It's 10am-8pm "optimum testing time" for OPKs so 5 should be fine Kitty :)
