Is it defo from bcp? What part of your cycle are you in? I felt really achy when I stopped but that's about it!

Im in limbo at the moment it doesnt seem like anything is going on! My headaches have gone though could be down to me switching which vitamins im taking

NeuroticSweetTalk · 19/09/2013 12:38

I'm assuming so since I never really suffered when I actually stopped them. I figured it was just late onset consequences :( I'm CD 17 of a 26 day cycle and somewhere between 5-7DPO at the mo not sure which though since my efforts at tracking suck ha.

Well that's a plus Smile do you take specific conception ones or just separate ones that you buy as individual vitamins? Because I've been thinking about swapping from pregnacare conception ones.

Also sorry I'm on my phone and for some reason it's posting my comments twice :S

justb01 · 19/09/2013 14:47

Yes, you're supposed to temp after waking up, possibly every day at the same time. It isn't as bad as it sounds, I thought it'd be more complicated, but it's just a routine. You'll easily get used to. And setting alarm really helps :)

Hi girls well in new to this but not new to ttc sadly we have been trying for little over a year now I have had bloods done and also had a scan last week to just rule anything out that was clear now they are wanting us to try for another year!! Personally I don't think I can do this for another year it's so stressful!

woodwaj · 19/09/2013 17:01

Hi nikki how old are you? that seems odd I thought you were referred after 1 year even if there was no obvious reason. Has your OH had any tests done?

Nikkilouise26 · 19/09/2013 17:22

Hi Woodwaj
I'm 27 and my dp is 26 he hasn't had any test done because he has 2 boys from pervious relationship! I have only got as far as I have with the scan because I changed docs as last was total pants I'm going to book to see doc next week and just ask if they can refer me any quicker because its just getting way to stressful which doesn't help the matter!

NeuroticSweetTalk · 19/09/2013 18:37

Aah right I might do a bit of shopping around ready for pay day Smile

woodwaj · 19/09/2013 18:42

The vitamins can be so expensive but I suppose its worth it they keep colds at bay!!

Its a strange situation nikki I dont know why they aren't doing more for you! It sounds like you need a 3rd opinion!!

Nikkilouise26 · 19/09/2013 18:45

Woodwaj I'm going to wait and see what they say next week when I go see my doc and just try and push things along. She mention clomid but is this best for unexplained fertility ?!?

woodwaj · 19/09/2013 18:53

Im not sure I am on clomid but for pcos i think its just supposed to release an egg so I dont see why not

Nikkilouise26 · 19/09/2013 18:57

Suppose I need to stop stressing and just see what happens next week because right now my dp is working away and I'm not helping myself by working myself up while alone just so stress out about it all I would have give up long ago if I didn't want kids so much. :(

VickyVix · 21/09/2013 10:16

Yey, I have found wifi again! Been completely off the radar for the last week or so, hi all and welcome to neurotic, justb et al.

onelife how is the 2ww going? You must be nearing the end?? Really hope project anniversary baby is the one for you, have everything crossed for you :)

woodwaj how's the Clomid going?

Have only skimmed through latest posts but agree the CB digi OPKs are the simplest to use.

News from my sun lounger (sorry) is that we only have a few days of hol left and I'm still getting negative OPKs and am currently on cd17! Think project holiday baby will turn into project just got back from holiday baby.

Thought I would ov earlier this month, last month was cd22 but it looks like that may just be the way I roll! We've practised a lot though :)

woodwaj · 21/09/2013 21:05

Hi Vicky Glad your having a good holiday, be ready for winter when you get back!

I will be in the same boat as you from Wednesday that's our official moving date and sky wont reconnect our internet for almost 4 weeks! don't know what im going to do!! This is also the day of my PCOS scan so looking like im going to have to go on my own now.

I have finished the clomid but as a guess I would say I haven't Ovulated yet, no signs anyway but we are DTD every other day.

Had a girls night out last night VERY rough today. Its not helped with packing but was needed!

VickyVix · 22/09/2013 04:32

Ooh no is it really cold? It's been a blissful 32-34 degrees here for the last few weeks.

Great news your move date is sorted, hope the packing/ moving goes ok. We moved last year and it was all a but stressful but totally worth it.

Best of luck with your scan too, hope it goes ok.

Yet another negative OPK for me today, CB are going to make a fortune out of me!

woodwaj · 22/09/2013 08:49

Its warmed up towards the end of the week but summer is defo behind us!!

Thanks ill try and pop in to keep you all posted

its horrible to think how much money CB are making from us but once you POAS its hard to stop!!

Hi all,

Given advice on here I'm going to get a thermometer to track BBT as well as POAS. But which thermometer do you use? Ear? Mouth? Any recommendations or ones to avoid?!

Good luck to everyone waiting.

woodwaj · 22/09/2013 14:11

Have a look on amazon milk, you can search for them based on bbt so you know you have the right one. They should be under a fiver

Milknosugar33 · 22/09/2013 14:27

Thanks wood. Will search now.

onelifeonechance · 22/09/2013 17:09

Hello ladies Smile

Sorry I've been keeping a bit of a low profile, I've managed to claw my way through the 2ww, this one has by far seemed the longest! I thought not coming on MN might make me forget about it for a bit yeah right like that's ever going to happen but i'm still only at the dizzy heights of 10dpo and don't want to poas until Thurs if af let's me, she's due either tmrw or Tues so want to see if she's late first.

Feeling usual af cramps last night and today so not feeling confident, but know people say they still got those with a bfp so trying to stay positive! Next few days I'll know one way or the other I suppose.
Hi Vix, so jealous of your sun lounger messaging! Hope you've had a fab hol and keeping fx for a positive opk v soon so you can get cracking!

Excellent news on the house move woodwaj, finally! Does that mean you've got this week off? Good luck with it all and hope your scan goes well.

I'm off to twiddle my thumbs for a few more days (hopefully, if af stays the hell out of my way!!)

Hope everyone else is well and enjoying this last burst of summer Smile

Nikkilouise26 · 22/09/2013 17:29

Finger crossed the witch don't turn up and you get your BFP :)

onelifeonechance · 22/09/2013 18:43

Thanks NikkiLouise Smile How are you getting on? Where are you in your cycle? I'm not sure which bit is harder, the gutting realisation af has arrived, the wait for it to pee off, the fun/stress of trying to dtd as much as possible, the waiting and the waiting and the waiting and the waiting during the 2ww, or these few days prior to testing, all of it is difficult/exciting/stressful/hopeful/tedious/fun in equal measures, I was not prepared for how much of a rollercoaster ttc would be!

Nikkilouise26 · 22/09/2013 19:18

Well my dp has been working away this last 2 weeks he only back 2nd week of October so nothing for me this month sadly :(
I'm at my doctors tomorrow for the results of my scan even though lady told me everything looks fine so hoping thymes might put me on clomid to help me ovulate as I have irregualr periods so I don't think I ovulate every month and never know when I do if I do but we will see, and yes it is very stressful indeed, more stressful because I have never been pregnant before so I don't know if I can but it not coming easy if I can that's for sure!!
