Hi, I'm a newbie here and ttc newbie as well! I'm looking for buddies to share experience. Who's with me?Experts tips always welcome
We've been ttc for fe months, before NTNP. However now I'm starting to feel the pressure for BFP.

I think if I'm honest I've decided the only way to keep my sanity is to tentatively admit I could be pg and as I'm already not drinking and taking folic acid I figure that's enough for now. If I get to docs and blood says no ill deal with that at the time be devastated and in the mean time maybe I'll get AF or a bfp I'm testing 2 or 3 times a week. AF 14days late today.. BFN

Been reading about how some women have AF while they're pregnant. Mentioned it to my mum and she said she did while she was pregnant with me!! Now I'm beginning to wonder if that'll happen to me/if its hereditary.... So i'm even more confused now :(
I've definately had more period type pains this month altho its slightly more central, towards my tummy button rather than where my ovary is (if u see what I mean)... My period also seems a bit weird this month; slightly diff colour and flow. It was earlier than expected as well.... Any suggestions as I'm driving myself mad. Lol.

I didnt think your AF was due that soon either nursey when did you expect it? Have you googled implantation bleeding?

I hope you get AF Or bfp soon broody im sure that you would appreciate either one at this point. I ran out of opks and didnt realise so just temping for me this month I think im on day 12 maybe so would expect to ov soon ish.

Well done on the bloods vicky. I bet with all the food you have been having they will be pleased at your next scan. Did you get a pram?

Wood I expected it on Wednesday coming, so it was 5 days early... I have googled it in the past, but it only said light bleeding etc... This is similar flow to AF, but isn't a constant flow... I'm working tonight, so will google again if I get time :)

I really hope its implantation for you. Vicky had implantation that she thought was AF so there is always hope!!

Morning ladies, can't believe Monday had come around so quickly again, at least the sun is shining though, hope it is where you are. Hope you all had a good weekend.

nursey Wood's right, I did have implantation bleeding and I thought it was AF. It arrived at 11 or 12 dpo I think and I just assumed it was early AF, it was pretty heavy, just like the first 2 days of AF but was a lot lot darker and just different and then it stopped and went away, that's what got me thinking so I tested at 14 dpo and got my BFP.

Really hope it's good news for you, I shall keep my fingers crossed.

broody hang in there, I agree chocolate is probably the best cure right now. Hope you manage to make it to the docs but if not at least with all of the work you're do

We had a good shop on Friday, we bought the pram (woo hoo!) and just about everything else as well!! We ended up setting up a list and then just zapped everything that we wanted and bought the list at the end. DH was great, I thought he would get bored but I think he secretly enjoyed it :) can't wait for the delivery now.

It's scan day tomorrow with the consultant so I'm back to being really nervous again, just hoping mini V has had her growth spurt.

Hmm... I'll test 14dpo then, which is tomorrow...! Wish me luck... will let you know. Thanks for the info Vicky

Forgot to say I've been really thirsty n also peeing loads for about the last 3 or 4 days. Not got a UTI as tested at wrk. Wondering now if this is implantation bleeding as have more signs of early pregnancy than I first realised.... I don't wana get my hopes up, but can't help it... Eek. Going to test first thing tomorrow morning...

Sounds like a really successful trip Vicky, I bet your bank account isn't so pleased with the day though!

Im on day 15 today, nothing major to report but If I wasn't tracking my cycles id have thought my AF was due today. I was checking my app today and it predicts AF is due 3 days before my next hospital appointment

Its the weirdest AF Broody... started early, darker, intermittent flow, pain more central than period pain... was peeing more but that seems to have stopped now... convinced myself it was IB, now annoyed with myself for getting my hopes up... hows things with u?

Nursey I think you should keep testing. My sister bled ask the way through her pregnancy.. You only tested at 14dpo you could of ov'd later than you thought and not be as many dpo.. test again in a couple of days

broody cycle day 50, that is long. Do you think you will make the docs today or will you need to work? Totally forget about the public nature of mumsnet, I totally forget sometimes and have to be careful.

nursey sorry you got a BFN, but it doesn't sound like it's over yet. Has the bleeding stopped? If so, I would test again in a day or two using a sensitive test like a FRER

wood correct, my bank account practically had a heart attack at Friday's shop but feels good to have it organised.

Had scan yesterday with the consultant. Mini V is still tiny which is worrying me now, I really felt she had progressed. She's only on the 3rd percentile growth wise which is very very small and nobody really knows why. On paper me and DH shouldn't really make small babies, we are both quite tall and fairly normal sized. But, the consultant stressed that structurally she is absolutely fine so she is unsure why her growth is so slow.

They offered us an amnio after 32 weeks to check it is not something chromosomal which sent me into panic mode. But I think we just need to take each step as it comes, next growth scan is in 3 weeks so I just hope she carries on growing at her own pace (or has a major growth spurt) by then.

So, another 3 week waiting game for us

I'm just on my way home from work now so didn't make docs. I've got a small window Fri morning but can't try and get an appointment until fri morning at 8.30... Otherwise it will have to be next week.. Vicky did you get my pm? If the consultant doesn't seem worried I'm sure that's a good sign will be keeping my fingers firmly crossed for you though xx

Broody CD50 that's mental, Would you be due ovulation soon?? I hope you can get in the docs tomorrow morning. Its horrible not knowing!!

Vicky, as much as they are concerned I am presuming they just have to be over cautious, The scans would be more frequent otherwise I expect! Plus just keep remembering she is otherwise fine and the odds of her staying that way are in your favour! Worry about the amnio closer to the time!

SO today I put a temp into fertility friend, normal temp, I haven't seen any peak as of yet and my predicted fertile date suddenly moved to a couple of days after AF when all month it had my predicted ov date as this weekend! Im so confused! just from CM etc I would say I haven't yet! Any advice....?

I'm not sure about retesting as now this is just like AF... not getting any aches or pains, or any other indications I'm pregnant :(
