Hi, I'm a newbie here and ttc newbie as well! I'm looking for buddies to share experience. Who's with me?Experts tips always welcome
We've been ttc for fe months, before NTNP. However now I'm starting to feel the pressure for BFP.

Oh gawd you two are making me desperate to test! I tested at 12 and 14dpo and was so disappointed I've just been waiting for AF telling myself I could test at the Friday poas party if it didn't show but now I've made it (nearly) to Friday I'm suddenly scared of seeing a bfn as my hopes are all up again! I know I probably don't make any sense I'm just turning into a crazy symptom spotting dreaming of seeing a line Mad woman!

Ah it's tough isn't it. I think only you know if seeing a Negative would be too disheartening. Mull it over tonight and see how you feel in the morning. Remember though, every day that you hold off testing and that AF stays away, is a day closer to getting a much stronger positive result if this is your time.

I'm kind of thinking, that most people who knew AF was 5 days late would be thinking about testing!! Whether they were ttc or not.....

What makes it more confusing is that last month I got my hopes up as I was '5 days late' but that's when I had my first ever 35 day cycle so I figured I must of Ovd later than I thought..

This month I know I Ovd CD17 as used opks and today marks CD35 I think I've been telling myself that until I got through today I wasn't going to let myself believe I was late as last month was 35 days.. Even though my app says I was due on tues..

Make any sense???

That makes sense and vickys right you know what you would find more upsetting.

Id defo wait till your longest cycle and if you make it that's fab x

Well in that case I have now made it past longest cycle if when I wake up I'm still AF free I am going to test. :) I'm soooo wishing for a line!

Thanks for listening to my obsessing! oh god I'm so excited and nervous at the same time.. If I get a bfn.. It still doesn't mean it's over until AF shows, that's always true no matter how many DPO you are.. Right??

Oh no I didnt realise you were alone!! But what a surprise that would be for your dp.

I like tomorrow mornings idea and I really hope AF doesn't show! It's not welcome!!!

Some people don't get lines for weeks after they are late

I know definitely haven't already planned how I would tell him when I pick him up at the airport

Just tested got a bfn

Oh no, but no AF either??

Nope not yet!

No trace of even a faint bfp at 19dpo on a frer surely means there is no chance I'm pregnant... they are really sensitive aren't they?

Hmm that's odd, that's a mega long LP phase if you know when you ov'd. At least no AF that us still positive.

Hope AF stays away for you as maybe test next week if no sign?

I guess so not much to do than wait. I'm sure I ov'd on cd 17 as I got a fixed smiley, pain and lots of cm..

My app says I'm 3 days late my body doesn't know what to think. Just need to try and forget and wait for af and if it doesn't show test again next Fri I suppose!

If I get to be 2 weeks late and still bfn is that when you go to docs? dp and I are going on holiday on 22 Dec and I would need to know before I fly!

I would defo go to the docs at that point broody, I really hope this has a good ending for you!! it must be really really frustrating!

It is!! Thank you so much for your constant checking in, I feel so lonely as everyone in RL around me just keeps falling pregnant or giving birth and I feel like I can't talk to anyone about this crazy time TTC. Today I have odd pains in my back, nausea and still twinges in my stomach. Do you think it could be some sort of infection delaying my period?!

I feel like I'm going crazy.. Last week I noticed my eyesight had suddenly got worse and I needed my glasses to see the sky planner... Yesterday I read your eyesight gets worse in pregnancy!! So ridiculous. I just want an answer either way. Obviously I'd like a BFP but at this stage AF would do!

Must be frustrating for you, I agree with wood if you get v close to your holiday and still no AF or BFP then go see your GP. I really hope lack of AF turns out the a positive sign for you.

Thanks Vicky I hope so too although I am starting to feel pretty tired from all the various pains etc. I'm hoping this isn't what pregnancy feels like or it could be a long 9 months! Did you have any symptoms before your bfp? xx

I felt very very tired before I got my bfp, just lethargic and worn out and like I was getting ill (kind of achey)......and I still do! I didn't get any pains or cramps until I was about 6 weeks so around 2 weeks after bfp.

I have my fingers crossed that you'll get good news but I hope the pains etc go away for you soon.

Vicky that's exactly how I feel. Every day after work I am shattered I even got in bed yesterday. I feel like I am getting a cold in the evening then I'm ok in the morning!

Why do we put ourselves through this ladies??

What are your plans for the weekend? Im going to see 5ive tomorrow and I am more than excited! !

eek Wood in that case how many dpo are you? I'm going to visit my family for weekend while dp is away (including my 8 month old neice) 5ive Oh my god I used to love them!!

Hmm yep how many dpo wood? Those symptoms sound good

I'm going to attempt some shopping tomorrow and Sunday is reserved for Christmas tree purchase :)

I would guess I am 12dpo?? im not sure! I think ive ov'd early because of the meds, im on CD 24 longest cycle so far 30 days
