WAITING FOR PERIOD DUE NEXT WEEK. DONE EVEYTHING i SHOULD HAVE, STARTED MINOR BROWNISH DISCHARGE A LITTLE LIKE EARLY PERIOD BLOOD BUT FAR TOO EARLY. IS IT IMPLANTATION BLEDDING (HOPE SO!)? aNYONE ANY EXPERIENCE OF THIS?

I had implantation bleeding with dd. the way it was for me was a single spot of 'ribena' - sort of watery and dark - about 2 days before AF. I thought 'ooh, that's strangely early' and put a tampon in before bed. woke the next morning and was even more surprised to find no AF.
If it doesn't increase then it could be implantation bleeding for you - how early are you talking about?

Hi Wright4845. What CD are you on? My AF is due on the 19th June, so am on CD22 of 30 day cycle and I had the same as you yesterday - slight discharge and what felt like minor af pain. Let's keep our fingers crossed that it is not the deaded af coming early but the start of a baby!!

well i'm on day 23 of cycle too. keep my posted on your changes and I will too!!! Don't feel pre menstrual though. No sore boobs.. so excited but scared to be! getting a bit obsessed examining my knickers!

i think its calendar day ie as in number of days since last period but don't quote me on that!

Well, as I understand it "old" blood is ok. Does it look different to the usual start of your period?

Hi Wright4845, I haven't had any more spotting yet today, although I am obsessed too. Every time I feel something a bit damp (sorry, too much info)I think, Oh God, here comes af and rush to the loo.
I have no other symptoms either that I get with af - ie sore boobs, although feel irritable - could be due to having drunk a bottle of wine last night!!

hi again. was bit devastated before, went to loo, big clot like thing. tried to explain it hubby but he didn't get it (women's bits confuse him!!!) so was narky with him so suppose I'm irritable too. Since, however, nothing no brown/red or anything!!!if that's it, lasted 48hrs. think that could be ok. Feel bit better now Seriosly though AF was on her way!! bein stupid I know but was gutted!!Plus scared to drink alcohol and just been to world cup party and everyone drunk inc hubby & me sober enough to make any one cranky.

Hi there, sorry to hear about your clot - I am sure it's nothing. Men are hopeless aren't they. My dh cannot even mention the word period - he calls it my thingy!
I managed to drink a whole bottle of wine last night - kept being topped up - and now feel so guilty if I am pg. Avoided drinking today to make up for it.
Anyway, hope you are soon in a brighter mood.
I am off to bed - such a sad old thing!!

I had two epsiodes of bleeding at the start of my pregnancy. Very small amounts about 4 days apart at about the times my period was due.

Does your tummy feel hard? That can be a sign and it was for me.

it might feel hard but is buried under a bit of flab so cant tell! Arte too many burgers to make up for lack of alcohol today! will keep you posted.

hey there, any more goings on wrighty? I have what feel like ov pains today - CD23, so cannot see how it can be. No pant checking today though as everything seems fine! Sorry, gross I know!

nothing at all today. can't bear to wait until next week to do test but no i have to. Such a waiting game. When did you start spotting? I had pains when I started on thurs but nothing since. When you gonna test?

i cant bear the waiting!!!!! got up at four am with the sun and did hpt obviously it was neg as only on cd 24. gonna test on sat with will be cd 29 as long as AF doesnt arrive first
