gilly trying to give you hope here - but if you ov'd 1st or 2nd aren't you only 9 or 10dpo? I always thought 1dpo was the first day after ovulation - not the day of ovulation. Not certain on this but it's how I've always worked it out! It probably is just too early for a BFP - hope so for you.

cake late ov could def give you late AF & no BFP. The luteal phase is generally pretty fixed. Do you have any idea when you ov'd or how long LP is?

Trying to give us both hope here gilly, implantation can also take about 6 to 12 days so we ain't even close to out yet

I do have hope but also playing it down just in case! AF is due this Friday... ish!

All my apps say I ovulated on 31st may and say I'm 11dpo but I actually think I ovulated on 1st-2nd so could be more like 9-10 dpo.

Just gotta wait and see!

Not impressed with this pill...had no idea it was "notoriously" bad for things getting back to normal.

Does anyone know if there is anything I can do to help and encourage my cycle to start. Let alone become normal. (Been on cerazette for 5 years) I'm guessing theDr would just say give it time but can see myself getting very frustrated with waiting and having no control.

May have to stock the next few buses up with extra cake and chocolate. ..orders please!

Ahhhh Disney I'm a BIG fan of GoT but can't watch tonight's one til later this week soooo don't say anymore!!!!!!!!! Read all the books and a huge fan of the series. LOVE IT.

Sillymeagain I was also on Cerazette for years before TTC#1 - came off about 6 months before we started TTC to give my cycles a chance to regulate and I remember having a few irregular months but it all settled down and we conceived on my second cycle of trying, so fingers crossed for you. I went back on briefly after DS was born but decided I didn't like it any more so came off and we used alternatives up until this cycle when we started TTC#2.

I think I've read that the Dr's can give you something to help bring on your first period if it's taking months Silly but don't quote me on that. Probably best to let your body sort itself out though as frustrating as it is.

Loving the GOT appreciation Disney and Gilly, its immense isn't it. Gutted that's it til next spring, 10 episodes just isn't enough! Won't say anymore if you haven't seen it yet Gilly.

Hi Ladies, don't know whether this is good or bad but I am achy and bleeding a little. I am useless with the terminology sorry! I got a smiley face on my opk last Tues - so not sure or not if it is good news! Was so convinced that I missed my window (smiley face only one day and v late) that I drank a little wine on Friday and Saturday (not much) now I am paranoid I could have done some harm... Due to my mc's and my stillborn DS I have tended not to research too much etc. My dh thinks I am worrying about nothing but I can't help it x

I was up at 4.40 with a sick dog so didn't POAS this morning (didn't want to anyway) exhausted now. Just want to crawl back in to bed. Unfortunately work calls

Why did I test???
At 8 dpo it's clearly going to be bfn...and it was.
All the nausea, sore boobs and exhaustion (went to bed at 8 last night) convinced me that I'd get a BFP. Not convinced enough to tell DH I was going to test tho :/
