Found the bus. Well, heavy spotting for me yesterday (one week before AF due) although a lot lighter today. 99% sure this is AF on her way but will still cling onto the back of the bus (and to hope) if you'll still have me.

Does anyone else get a lot of spotting pre-AF? I never ever got it until after DD was born (she's 2 now) and after 6 months of trying I do worry that this is a sign of something the matter. Have read it can be to do with low progesterone levels. I just don't see how if I start bleeding on day 21 (28 day cycle) there's ever going to be long enough for implantation.

Does anyone else have experience of this or any thoughts? Thank you!

Apprantly certain vitamins can help with your luteal phase captain, they supposedly lengthen it. will see if I can find some links for you.

I used Internet cheapies. Have cb digitals in the cupboard to confirm if I do get a faint line in my next one

Congratulations homeby & disney it's looking very hopeful.

gilly I think only about 50% of women get a BFP at 10dpo. It takes 6-10 days for fertilised egg to trek along f tubes & get nicely stuck in. I guess it's the speedy implanters that give the early BFPs. So all a BFN tells you is not enough Hcg showing in your wee yet. Games not up until AF arrives or BFP - preferably the latter!

I might poas later today as still no sign of AF but only 13dpo so might get BFN as a bit early for me...

Google vitamin b6 to lengthen your leuteal phase, it's supposed to help. I took complete vitamin b complex to help regulate my hormones Smile

Just been googling as well Cookie, thanks for that. Have ordered myself Vitamin B complex, agnus castus, basal thermometer, OPKs and calling doctor tomorrow to follow up a scan appointment they were meant to be giving me. Time to get serious about this!

By the way just to add hope for those with earlier unclear/bfns - I got a bfn 2 days before AF due and then a BFP one day after when I conceived DD so it's worth holding on and retesting.

Hi there, I found you all!

Captain, I had spotting 3 days before af years ago when I was failing to take on the pill and got pg with dd2. I've also had a couple of years of it since when not on the pill - then I had 'fun' contraception time and no more spotting.
Some people have spotting in early pg so it doesn't necessarily mean af must be on the way.

I only got my bfp Tuesday and feeling sick comes and goes. Thanks hmm due date between 8-20th February as my cycles were 33 and 41. each online calculator says something different depending on af date, conception date, luetal phase and cycle length Grin I did a digi and it came back 1-2 weeks on Wednesday. how about you champagne?

Yes the ante natal boards can go so fast. least if we start one from the june bus bfps? maybe Gilly can give us a name to start one as I think she started the june bus Grin

Can I hop on please? Am feeling very overly optimistic that we have been successful this cycle. Dtd last fri & sat, got positive opk sun so dtd sun and mon night. Think I'm about 7dpo. AF due 18th June so trying to wait at least another week before testing.

Did a cheapie Internet test today and surprise surprise bfn

Wow the thread has been busy today, been out all day enjoying the sunshine so only just got on here.

Crista To answer your question on the other thread I'm going to wait 3 days before I test again. I tested on the day af was due (friday), again yesterday and also did a couple before I was due and they were all BFN's, not even a tiny hint of a line. So figured I'd wait and if no sign of af by Tuesday I'll test again knowing I'm about 5 maybe 6 days late. Still hoping!

Haven't had a chance to read all the replies so hope everyone is having a great day! :)

I'm afraid I am gilly. Though since we had ds2 I really don't ave the time so haven't got on much lately, really love Eve Online but also like a fair few of the console games too. Must be ,ad to ttc #3 probably won't have time for gaming/hobbies for many years to come lol!
