Hello ladies! Welcome to the new passengers, and sorry to those tossed off the June bus (I was a lurking passenger).

I am managing to keep up with temping, but forgot to turn on my CBFM this morning and it needed a wee stick (first month of using it). I'm only CD9 and I know I never ovulate before CD12 at the absolute earliest (usually more like CD14-16), so I'm not overly concerned.

Can someone remind me of the SMEP routine? Is it every other day while on high fertility and then every day for a few days from peak? I don't think we'll go for it this month, but you know, if we feel brave enough...

I think it is every other day from day 8 and then three consecutive days from first positive OPK miss one day and then one final for luck! I'm not sure how it'll tie in with the cbfm read outs though!!

On cd13 no smiley opk for me , last month smiley on on CD12...wonder when is the latest can ov in 29 day cycle, anyone???? Now regretting twice daily peestick obsession, can anyone chuck me a spare :) I'm off to seduce dh. ..again. He also loves smep, he may be 47 but likes to think he's 27, bless!

I used to exercise a lot before ds1. Now my exercise is walking him toddler gym and smepping. So I tell myself it'll help with calorie burn and bringing us closer if it doesn't succeed in getting another muffin in the oven! Although ask me for inspiration in a week when I'm walking like a cowboy ;)

My bbt has taken a massive dip today and AF is due any day now so pretty sure I'll be needing a space on here!



My next fertile window will be when DH and I are off work for 10 days for his birthday so that's nice!!

Right, I am officially giving up on the CBFM for this month - remembering to temp and wee on a stick is apparently a bridge too far for me. Possibly because I am currently getting up at 5:15am to exercise as it's the only free time to do it during the day . It will make any attempts at SMEP harder, but my cycle is so textbook that I know I'll probably have high fertility from about CD12 and then OV around CD14-16. I think we'll just go for a highly technical 'lots of shagging' approach.

Aw gilly that's not so good On the plus side look at all the positives on the June bus and the July bus is lucky number 7 so we might have better luck on here I just hope I don't fall in Sep/Oct time again, don't want 3 birthdays in June lol

I hope the July bus is as fun as the June bus was. I'm feeling a lot more confident about TTC this month. Went a bit mental in June but I think that was more because I had no real idea of what to look out for, it will not happen again this month. I want to be part of the next show my amateur dramatics group is doing in February so I have a silver lining to not getting a BFP in June.

Sorry to see you've moved to this bus too Londa and hope you won't have to Gilly although you will be most welcome if you do .

Och I'm ok about switching buses Dosney, realistically I know it won't happen quickly for me but I'm glad I've got all you lovely ladies on the trip with me makes for a much better journey Atleast you will now have a better idea of your cycles to keep track of things now
