Just like mine too Bart. But as you say, at least he steps up for the important bit, we defo need them for that bit, the other stuff we can cope with doing ourselves

Mine's told me that he needs counselling after I made him DTD 5 times in a week So he's not even too good at that!

My DH is playing it cool too but I know once I get my BFP he'll be more excited than a kid a christmas. I'm trying not to tell him too much about my twinges and 'symptoms' though.

Sorry for those AF has got. Bart, that sounds like a very short AF. Definitely try the doctor to see what they say. It's probably your cycle just regulating itself but worth checking it.

No sign of ov on my opks yet but I feel like I'm about to (tmi but increased sex drive and ewcm!). Didn't DTD last night as Dh was too tired but he's promised tonight!

Does anyone using opks find they don't work for them? I'm only using cheap ones from amazon. They do show a by feint line but I've had nothing even slightly darker yet and I'm cd 13 which is when I ov last month.... All my other signs seem to point to being about to ov so it's a bit strange.

One I used amazon cheapies and a cb digi last cycle and the cheap ones only gave me a feint line, not a dark one to suggest actual ov. I did get a on the cb but that was on cd6 of a 26 day cycle so who knows if either actually worked!

Oh dear purple that sounds confusing! Yes I've held out on buying the clear blue ones because they are expensive but at least you get a concrete result.....hmmm I will give it a few more days and see what happens...

I had a very very faint line this morning on the opk (amazon cheapies). I'm going to test again this afternoon as I have all the signs of ov too. And it's DTD day here too. I wonder if the length of time when you get a firm +ve with them is really short, so if you don't test at exactly the right time you don't get a good result?

Dumdeedum. I have heard that you should test twice a day with those, because the surge doesn't last that long. If it's faint though I suppose it's coming up?

I am still waiting for AF. Now I'm worrying I never ovulated. I had all the signs though, positive opk, pains, cervical position changed etc. but I keep reading that doesn't mean you release an egg. I'll wait till Sunday, if I don't have my AF then I will test again. Getting fed up though with this messed up cycle that has been going for over 2 months. I just want to know what's going on!

I wonder if one of you lovely ladies can help me.

For close observers of the bus you will know that my period was due on Tuesday 2nd on my CD30.

I had a Mirena coil out on February 8th and since then have had regular cycles ranging from 25-30 days. Never longer. Until April I had a week of brown spotting from CD23ish to CD30 before my proper period started. However since April I have been taking B Complex supplements to stop the spotting and it worked from the very first month I used them. So for 3 cycles now I have had a clear 30 day cycle, ovulating at around day 16 (confirmed by clearblue OPKs) with no spotting and coming on bang on time on CD30.

After some promising signs I tested with a pound shop FRER on Monday and had an unequivocal BFN. Then on Monday night I had very faintly pink CM.

Since then I have had creamy, brown CM which is never getting going. This is now into the third day. If anything it is getting ?wetter? and more translucent. I have no period pains to speak of and my whole uterus area feels very ?tight? if that makes sense. I normally get quite loose feeling and windy during the run up to and whilst on my period, but I don?t have that. This morning (not with first morning urine) I tested on a cheapy FRER and clearblue digital but both were uneqivical BFNs. If this is my period then I am on CD2 or 3 but if it?s not I am on CD32.

Only other symptoms are that I have indigestion, slight toothache and am waking in the night hot and sweaty (but then I am in London, where it is hot!!) I am ragingly thirsty too.

Surely if I were pregnant the FRER or certainly the clearblue digital would have picked up on it 2 days after my expected period?

I am going mental over here! Help!!

I would try tomorrow with FMU. Last month my BFP was 4 days after AF was due. The line was only very very faint.

Although, the hormones being that low might have been something to do with why it didn't stick...

Thanks Fox my boobs really hurt too and I never get sore bosoms. That said I don't really think I can be pregnant because there's spotting

Just back from my twin nephews' 1st birthday party, they are so damn cute, think I may have to have another chat with the oh if I get af on Tuesday, I'm not ready to stop ttc yet

Did you use FMU Dumdee with the IC ov test? on my Amazon cheapies I always get a faint line in the morning whatever time of the month because the hormone builds up over night, apparently it's best to do the test in the afternoon. Or else keep doing it in the morning but if using FMU then remember a pale line is no +ve! That really confused me at first.

My boobs are agony just now too but I had that last month before AF so I'm not counting it as a pg symptom, although they were sore this morning when I got out of bed which I don't remember from last month.

Oh and londa poor you!

You clearly had good reasons for stopping TTC or you would never have decided to in the first place so remind yourself of them and weigh them up against the reasons for continuing. It must be so hard to be around babies and toddlers, if you do talk to your OH I hope you both come to an agreement you are both happy with (again)

Dosney you are very wise for your young years I know we've made the right choice but I'll probably never stop wanting another baby, but I'll deal with it

I don't particularly like other people's children, so seeing babies doesn't make me feel anything. Have never been terribly maternal.

I would definitely count sore boobs as a symptom but then I don't get that with AF, or any other symptoms for that matter. Maybe cramps, actually.

Fox my boys are only 4 and 2 so I don't understand why I feel this way about having another, they are still babies. This is the first month I've not had sore boobs this close to af in forever, it's great, lol

I'm totally exhausted. Shattered and shaky. I haven't had a hard day particularly but I'm so tired! Af not due till next Wednesday though so too early to test.

IWant I will be a hyper nightmare to be around if I am, lol. But I don't think I will be, not got any symptoms at all today, even my imaginary ones have gone I'm gona poas tomorrow and if nothing I'm leaving it til after af is due

That's cause all my friends are idiots and I've spent my life picking up their pieces! I do feel a lot older mentally than I actually am though, maybe it comes from being married at 21

I don't think the feeling of wanting to have another baby will ever go away either. I'll have to make a point of making sure my kids have kids to keep me happy.

Oh dear, TTC does drive you crazy, I'm not even pg and I'm already thinking of grandchildren. Mercy!
